Josiah Twiddy: The arm of my glasses broke, so I wanted to see if they had any way to fix it. I guess maybe they don't repair glasses there, which is fine, but the only question they asked was, "Did you buy them at Walmart?" It just seems like they could have at least asked to see them or suggested somewhere I could go without my prompting. Not upset, just also not impressed.

Heather Misiukiewicz: The people of this vision center are fantastic. Dr van fliet is thorough and always takes time to answer questions. I have several children and we have all been here for our eye needs. They are all very patient and kind , especially with my children. They are quick to meet the needs of all who walk into the shop. I would recommend all of my family and friends go to this vision center.

robert hoyle: If you want cheap glasses this is your place. If you want good service this is the last place you should go. Stood there waiting for 20 minutes just to get an itemized receipt for my insurance and there was no one in the Vision Center. I went to the service desk to ask where the person was and after they got done chatting and playing and actually decided to help the customer, another 3 minutes wasted, they said ummm oh there she is she's heading back there now. Where was she you ask, I'm glad you did, she was doing her shopping while she was supposed to be in the vision center helping customers. Worthless people at Walmart!!
Ashley Gage: HAD AN EYE EXAM DONE, WENT BACK TO PURCHASE CONTACTS AND WAS TOLD THAT SINCE I NEVER MADE AN APPOINTMENT FOR A FOLLOW UP VISIT AND IT HAD BEEN OVER A MONTH THAT I WOULD HAVE TO PAY AGAIN.. WHY? WHEN NO ONE THERE EVER TRIED TO SCHEDULE A FOLLOW UP VISIT, SO THEN AFTER PAYING AGAIN TO GET "SIZED" , I WAS OKAY... NOW TODAY I CALL TO GET A COPY OF MY PRESCRIPTION FAXED TO ME AND THEY DON'T KNOW IF THEY WILL HAVE IT AVAILABLE AND WILL HAVE TO CALL ME BACK?!... THE PRICE IS THE CHEAPEST AROUND, BUT WHEN YOU HAVE TO KEEP COMING BACK AND PAYING MORE OR CANT GET YOUR OWN RECORDS, WOULDN'T IT JUST BE EASIER TO PAY MORE SOMEWHERE ELSE?? Rita Seams (stormy): Had glasses made there , will not ever waste my money again. Received my glasses and couldn't see when I looked from side to side. I was told for another 300 bucks they could give me the full Vision. Not only that I told them they were to strong. They told me to wear them until my eyes get use to them. So I lost over 300 bucks on glasses. I'm not wearing glasses until my eyes get use to them. Dont waste your money

Brandy: I was diagnosed with pink eye, wasnt given an antibiotic ,and was told I could go to work with the public & to just practice good hygiene, well I brought antibacterial had sanitizer etcAnd still spread it, for 4 days after.my visit I was beyond miserable and possibly spreading this HIGHLY contagious pink eye , before I got REAL help for my condition. I had assumed anophthalmologist would be best fit for a condition involving the eye, clearly I was mistaken! Font waste your money or time here.

Doug Posthumus: Dr. Robbins-Winters has been my eyecare provider since my surgeon recommended her after eye surgery. Dr. Robbins-Winters and her technicians do a great job. Dr. Robbins-Winters is very patient explaining my eye issues and answering all my questions.I recommend Eye Care Associates of Michiana.Updated 4-12-2023:A month ago I had cataract surgery. Dr. Robbins-Winters coordinated with the eye surgeon to provide me with the best vision I have had in many years. A standard lens was used to repair the cataract and now the vision in my left eye is to a point where I don't need eyeglasses or eye correction for the first time since I was 8 years old. I can't thank Dr. Robbins-Winters enough for the eye care she and her staff provide for me

Every single person there was so nice, knowledgeable and helpful. I've seen Dr. Mprton since my stroke in 1999 and he's been the absolute best.

Elizabeth Rowell: Dr Morton fit me into his schedule because my left eye was scratchy and itching. When I removed my contact a few days earlier, it had a small section missing. Dr Morton thoroughly checked my eye for the remnant. When it wasn't there, he prescribed eye drops. Thanks, Doctor...I am almost good as new!

My daughter saw Dr. Mrs. Avena and she was so patient with her as it is her first time needing glasses. She was so empathetic with a teenager needing glasses! The front staff; Amber, Tiffany, Alyssa, Jeremy, Umekia were ALL amazing! I'm not sure I've ever been to any office where the person at the front desk all the way up to the Doctors have been so extremely fun to work with! They helped us stay within our budget (hard to do with four pairs of glasses!), they were fun to be around, and were so professional with everyone who walked through the door. We are very excited to finally find an eye care doctor's office that we will come back to each year! Thank you!
Jack Schnell: I would definitely recommend MyEyeDr to everyone! From the moment I checked in with Abbrinnia, to the moment I left, everyone made me feel like I was part of the family. I had the most comprehensive exam from Dr. Avena who took the time to answer all my questions, as well as made sure I felt completely comfortable about my prescription before I picked out frames/contacts. Umika did a great job during my pre-test by keeping the atmosphere light and fun, while still informative. Alyssa asked me questions to pinpoint my concerns and issues before seeing Dr. Avena, she also was very professional and accurate and made me feel comfortable that she knew what she was talking about. Once I was out of the exam room, Jeremy assisted in helping me pick out frames. I ended up getting both a pair of glasses as well as sunglasses and will be coming back for years to come. My experience was professional, friendly and fun and made me a lifetime customer now that they're keeping me looking great and seeing great too! Kudos to the South Bend team, this team knows what's up!

Dr. Whitney Purtzer is very thorough and I feel confident she will catch any serious problems with my eyes. My prescription is always accurate and I love my glasses. The frame selection is plentiful as I have a narrow pupil distance and can find frames that fit my face here. They will also gladly order the correct size frame to fit your face. My family sees Dr. Purtzer as well and have had thorough eye exams resulting in glasses. They are seeing better now! The service is always on time and I have zero wait time even if I’m early. I appreciate Good Service, Thank you!

Brett Crowe: Ordered glasses $729 waited a month for them to come in. Can only see my phone when I hold it 6 inches from my face. 1 in closer or further away completely blurry. Can see fine far away unless I turn my head I centimeter to the left or right then again completely blurry. They told me it might take awhile for my eyes to adjust. I've worn glasses for15 years and have never had a problem before with much less expensive glasses. Both of my roommates got medicaid glasses from focused. With anti glare and scratch resistance at a cost of $0 extra. I paid and extra $192. I am not at all impressed with focused eye care. I can see better out of my pair of drug store glasses. They simply dismissed my issues but I guess they've already been paid in full so why would they care that I am not at all satisfied not to mention cannot see out if the inferior glasses they sold me. The most expensive and absolute worst glasses I have ever had. And they say you get what you pay for...Ha! Last time I splurge on myself.
Danashe Thompson: The receptionist lady is Beyond rude, and she book a appointment that I missed and was not aware of after a call with questions and concerns on the situation due to my child. I was told to go see my primary doctor. Due to it not being time for his Eye exam time, but because I have 3 miss appointments it’s my fault even after explaining what happen, but best wish.

Dennis: Had metal shaving in my eye and they fit me in in-between appointments and took care of me quickly. The staff and doctor on hand were extremely friendly and very helpful. I was very appreciative of the fact they took me on as a walk in and got me in and out quickly and throughly checked my eye and made all the foreign material was removed.
Mrs. Lindow: The entire staff works together to provide a quality experience. They assisted us on numerous occasions, including the time my daughter’s glasses broke less than 24 hours before a special family trip to the mountains! She had her new glasses in literally hours. Our entire family sees Dr P-that’s 6 of us!- and we have always been happy with our experiences.

My eye dr is the greatest she takes the time to listen and she really cares about what she’s doing and about her patients. They go out of their way to make sure your comfortable and happy with the glasses and how they fit. Now if your like me where I can’t make up my mind on which pair I want, they’ve helped me with that too. I’m always happy with the results and very pleased when I receive my glasses!!!!!
