Gwen: Had Action Glass make 3 replacement windows (glass and frame) last summer for an enclosed patio. One of the windows recently broke and the cost of the just the glass to repair the window was 51% higher than what we paid for the glass and new frame 9 months ago. When we questioned the increase, the response was rather curt - "Well, if it breaks again it will even cost you more." Not exactly a professional customer service response.

Andrew K: Positives: Pricing is very competitive and the business owner is very polite.Negatives: Employee installed window and damaged our wall. Employee was asked if anything fell or hit the wall and they said, "no". When I pointed out that it was heard ( that something fell and was struck) the employee hesitated but then admitted something(s) did fall, and eluded to the fact that the wall may have been hit. Employee was caught in a lie and lost all credibility. Employee also got finger prints all over wall and scarred trim pieces around window. I was polite and kind to the employee and plainly stated I would follow up with the business for mitigation. We were then told by management that is was our word against the employee's- even thought he was caught in a lie, and the location of the damage was clearly where he was doing work. I was also initially told by management to fix the wall myself? Management went on to state the business never has experienced any issue(s) with damages to customer property before. I later learned directly from another employee that claim was also a lie.I would strongly encourage anyone that uses this business to be present during the install to avoid the fiasco we went through. If you can manage to be there and have a good installer, it will be a 5 star experience.

Sherry Scott: This place can do just about anything window and door related repairs except for Pella replacement parts and windows.Highly recommend for screen repair or re-build. Turn around time is less than 2 days!!

Finished quickly with ZERO disruption to me. Cleaned the area and left. 100% professionalism. I hope I never need glass repair again but if I do I am very happy I got a place. A+

Nicholas Lowe: After another popular glass company needed more than a week to replace my drivers side window (in the middle of winter), I decided to call Glass Doctor. They fit me in the next day! I was pleased with their kindness and respect over the phone. Upon showing up for my appointment, the business was clean and my car was taken in on time. They had a wonderful, kind dog in the lobby with the receptionist. So, that's an added bonus. The whole process took about 45 minutes and they vacuumed out my entire car and included a bottle of glass cleaner. Very pleased with the service I received. Thank you
