Stephanie Smeal: We bought our golf cart a year ago and have absolutely loved it! Tom the owner was nothing short of amazing. He took our custom order and turned it into a dream golf cart. Tom also delivered our cart free of charge and walked us through everything we needed to know at the time of delivery.

Anjie Brenda: Bought a refurbished golf cart in spring of 2021. Paid $6k plus. We needed service on it in the Fall. Called 5 times. Voice mails were not answered. The owner told me twice he would call me back. Never did. We removed the batteries today because the cart won’t start. All 6 of them are from 2012. It came with a charger and I bet it’s just as old. They only care about making a sale and not the customer.

Kristofer Wrathell-Denton: My rating is based solely on the service. The looks of my golf cart is stunning. it's beautiful. The second time I took it out it quit working. Almost as if it were dead, reverse and forward got nothing. Pushed it back on my trailer, while doing this I have to remove my roof due to it hitting the top of my trailer, I scuffed the seat and a piece of body. They supplied touch up paint with purchase so I will fix body myself, and the seat I had them repair ($149). I called last week on Monday to see if it was ready, they said no, it should be ready "tomorrow or Wednesday" that they would call me when it was ready. I never received a call, I JUST called to see if it was ready for pick up (Wednesday of the FOLLOWING WEEK) since they've had it going on 6 WEEKS now! And they said yes, it was. I asked how much I owe them, they said, $379, I asked why so much. 2 hours electrical diagnostics, and seat repair. I told them I understood the seat repair but the electrical issue should be under warranty, I've only owned the cart for less then 2 months and there is a warranty on it. He said he will have to check with owner when he gets back from lunch....and so during this time, I'm writing a review on their POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE PRACTICES. And how I feel they just want your money on a purchase and don't want to do anything if any issues arise. I won't be purchasing anything else from them! Buyer Beware.

Then proceeded to tell us "well that's a bigger project" when we went to pick it up. Then "lost" the back bar they took off our golfcart that we said we wanted to keep.

Just recently I went in to buy a new charger and he showed me there was nothing wrong with my charger it was my batteries were two dead to activate the charger. He could’ve easily sold me a $300 charger but instead showed me there was nothing wrong with mine. I will definitely be going back here again and again

Carrie Barcus: I’m only giving a 1 star because a zero star is unavailable. I called and inquired about a specific tire and was told they were $120 a set for used. I called back and asked about new tires and was told a set was $240. I again verified the size and said I would be driving 1 1/2 hours. Upon arrival the tires were a completely different size but they had other tires they could sell me for $350. I was told they must not have listened to the size I needed. When I asked the owner if he would come down in the price since I called twice and drove so far he very rudely said he wasn’t going to just give tires away because he only made $60 on them. I again explained how I only drove to Elkhart because I was told there were 12 tires in the size I needed. In reality they had 3 different sets of all different sizes. I informed the owner his store didn’t have good customer service he told me I could leave if I didn’t like it. . I wouldn’t recommend this store to anyone.

TwoFeathers RV: They opened a half hour late. Turned out they did not have the needed parts for our half parts. We had to go to another place.
