Carl showed up promptly and I have to say, in my 40 years of driving trucks, despite the fact that it was raining, this has to be by far, the nicest road service mechanic I have ever had to deal with. Great job Carl and great job to whoever does the hiring at this location.

Luke Caldwell: Had a rear lawnmower tire that needed repaired and called them up to see if they could take a look at it. One of the guys, Jake, was able to take a look at it and then repaired it on his own and gave me an unbelievable deal. Great service there.
Serena Anderson: On my way to work, I noticed my rear tire had very low air pressure. I Googled "tire repair shops near me" and Pomp's was first on the list with numerous great reviews! I called and was told to come on in. Within 15 minutes, my tire was removed, the nail and screw that were stuck in my tire were removed, tire was patched, and I was good to go! Come to find out, Pomp's is more of a semi/truck garage, but the men working on my car were so helpful and clearly experienced!! Thank you again! 10/10

The keys to Dale’s Service Center have been passed down to Mike and Tony Tatich of TMT Automotive. TMT has two other locations, one in Granger and the other in Bremen- this South Bend location will be their third. After years of hard work Dale was happy to hand the keys over and start his retirement. Dale sees dedication to quality in the new shop owners, who have been shop owners since 1984.

PZSHANNON Stuart: Super awesome store manager! He explained everything in detail to not just me but everyone he helped. Mechanics came out and explained things as well. Happy to say I’ll be back here again even though Dale Miller has retired.

Michelle Schildknecht: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR AUTO REPAIRS! My husband took his truck for a transmission flush and oil change three weeks ago. When the truck was returned the transmission was slipping. He called and explained what was happening they told him to bring it back in, they would redo it and there was a filter they didn’t know about. The truck is still not right. And to top it off we checked the oil today it was a quart low and dirty, so clearly they did not do the oil change. Very disappointing. When my husband told them he was not happy they had no response other than “understood”. There were no problems with our truck before TMT got a ahold of it. We will never be back!
Austin Hochstetler: This company prioritizes speed over quality, and profits over customer care. Avoid if you can!After spending close to $4,000 on repairs at this shop I came away with a car that still had a significant problem that was caused by how the work was done that day, (and eventually led to my cars engine being ruined). The main reason I did not return after the initial work was completed was because I felt like I was manipulated into spending a lot of money, (and would have continued to be had I returned). I even had the pleasure of chatting with owner Dale as well while I waited. They wouldn't even take my money for helping me with my tire. I would highly recommend Dales for the people and the wonderful service they gave me.

Gerald Jones: Hello Michiana!!! Again patiently waiting for a direct response from TMT Leadership as to when my car will be repaired. It has now been over a month. Just a refresher... my vehicle went into have transmission work performed, I was told it was done and apparently not as days later the same issue arose and the car is not driveable. Since then I have been contacted by their attorney to only communicate through counsel only and not to communicate with TMT ownership...wow and okay???

Amy Nimtz: The gentlemen here were all very friendly and helpful and most of all HONEST, I have never been to a company that actually took the time to explain exactly what is wrong with My vehicle and refuse to do the work I requested done on my car because it needed a few more things done before they could do their job correctly.

Kristine Willoughby: I was looking all over for someone to replace my windshield. I found out that Belle tire does it & and they said it would be three days or so to get my special windshield ( I drive a cargo van) I have an appointment next week. BTH is half what Safelite charges.
Sheri Leazenby: This morning my tire light came on due to the cold weather. Went to get some air from there. The air pump actually took air out of my tire!!! I pulled up to the garage doors, bc now my tire was down to 11 and explained what had happened. The guy said “yeah, my boss told me last night it was broken”. I said, “there’s no sign so I wasn’t aware. Could you guys just tap it off so I can make it to work “ he said “at 8am, we’ll be open and someone can”. Ok, I went in and waited my turn at 8. Got to the guy and explained the scenario. He was rude and said he knew it was broken and he had put a cone there. Ok, the cone could be there to stop people from hitting the curb in the snow. The machine came on, asked what tire pressure I wanted, and appeared to run until it said error. Then I checked the pressure to see that it went down. The man was completely uncaring and said I would have to wait 6 hours for them to add air to the tire. 6 hours? 6 hours for a problem that YOUR machine created?!? No thank you! I left and said choice words on my way out, which is completely out character for me but I could not believe that he wouldn’t help me
