Andrea _: I bought a card and decided to browse for gifts/decorations. There were a few things I really considered buying, but my shopping experience was uncomfortable to say the least. I was followed and spied on, as if I was a shoplifting by an employee(s) the ENTIRE time.I did wait for the employee to stop. Because, a check here and there is somewhat normal. However, it was more like I had a shadow, who kept acting like they weren't visible behind displays. She could have at least helped me check the prices on the things that I couldn't find the price on.Totally rude and disrespectful behavior. This was my first and last shopping trip at this Hallmark store.I only ended up buying the card, and I should have just left it.

Angie Marciniak: FBTY went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. We had originally planned our event for November of 2022, and due to a wild snow storm had to cancel very last minute. Because we knew we would be rescheduling our event for spring, they were able to hold our spot/reservation/order for us and complete the project 4 months later. Our cancelation was very last minute, but because of the nature of the event, they went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of in the spring. They called me a month ahead, then a few weeks ahead and then week of, just to confirm that we were on track for the event. When the day of the event came, they were on time for set up and were able to operate in our tight window for setup/tear down, with ease and professionalism. I would highly recommend this company for all of your balloon needs and will definitely be using them in the future.

The owner, Jennifer was very flexible and even went above and beyond to be sure the last minute name of the baby was included on the sign.

Both her wonderful balloon twisting and the massive balloon display were huge wins with the guests and the birthday boy. It's been over a week and the display is still going strong and somehow survived all the abuse of two small kids. Communication throughout the booking process was great and Jennifer was punctual on the day of the party. Despite a crazy group of kindergartners, she maintained control and was balloon twisting nonstop! My son still says having her there was the best part of his entire party 10/10

It’s fun and the recipient feels special, yet the presentation isn’t tacky. They offer multiple options and themes to make sure they nail what you’re looking for. You even have options to extend how long it goes up. I wouldn’t trust a special occasion that I wanted to express with yard signs or balloons to anyone else!

Shiloh M: employees are rude. i asked for help finding masks and was told they were “in the back corner” of the store… i asked where exactly and she pointed in a vague direction. didn’t give an aisle number or any details of the products or sections of the store that might be near them. after wandering for a few minutes i found them near the front of the store. when i reached the counter, she very judgementally asked “where are you going that you need to be wearing these anyway?” as if that’s anybody’s business but my own. all i know is if i showed my customers that much disrespect, i wouldn’t have a job.

My daughter has food poisoning and I wanted to get the items to relieve her discomfort quickly. The order was filled before I could even get my shoes on. Once I got to walgreens to pick up my order I barely waited 3 minutes when it was brought to my car by a very kind person. All around an amazing experience that I would recommend.

K Eberhard: Third month in a row this pharmacy is out of a prescription med that I get refilled EVERY month there. They have given me a partial refill. And then I make a 2nd trip for the rest. This month they are completely out. So, I have to go without it for 3 DAYS! I am going to be in bad shape in 3 days! I will NEVER spend any more money at Walgreens. The pharmacy is bad!!

Mindy Welker: Pharmacy now closes for "lunch" at 1:30pm because they don't staff enough pharmacists. Can't pick up or even drop off prescriptions during this time. Employees/pharmacy staff are rude and snarky when you ask about it. It's not a clean store either. Ive been a loyal walgreens customer for many years and in a few short months of going to THIS walgreens, I will never go back in another one. Transferring all of our many monthly prescriptions elsewhere.

Put my order through four different times online due to their errors... and then the final time to find out upon arrival that they didn’t process it! So wasted an hour of my time waiting at the store as I did them again! I would pay double to not experience this again!

Michele Woody: Was a long time CVS customer and when they stopped being 24 hour, that was enough for me to pull the plug. EVERY time I went thru the CVS drive thru line there was a line of cars. And it simply took forever to get a rx filled. Meanwhile, across the street at Walgreens, there is hardly ever a line, and if there is, it moves along quickly. I also noticed that some of my maintenance rx are free at Walgreen's, not the case across the street. One of my rx is over a$1,000 (before insurance) a pop and the way it is written/dispensed, I could very well be paying that 2x a month but they worked with me to insure that I only have to pay it once. Every employee I have encountered, whether it be in the pharmacy or out on the floor has been friendly, kind & helpful.

Brian Sullivan: The pharmacy is not open 24 hrs. And you can't even get some of the over the counter stuff because they keep it in the pharmacy. They just give you blank stares when you need Advil cold and flu.
