To recap our experience, Gavin came to our home to assess the roof, explained what he saw and provided pictures of the damages. Then, he returned to our home to provide a couple of options, provided a presentation of the different products, warranties, and pricing. We never felt pressured to make a major decision on the spot. We did our due diligence and had two other companies provide us with quotes. We chose A & M based on product and warranty for the money. For the service, the crew showed up on-time and had the house done in a day. To beat all, the clean-up was great too. Wes stopped by to check on the job progress. Then, Wes followed up the next day with final inspections, took photos, and payment. I received my warranty via email. Anna D'Amore: Giving 2 stars because as far as I can tell, the work that was (finally) completed yesterday should hold up.I had waterproofing done in my basement with drain tile, a new sump pump, and new sump pump routing in my back yard. It was a $5600+ job. I put the 10% down June 15, 2022 and nobody called me for 2 weeks to finally get scheduled (I did call several times to try and get scheduled). The first time they were supposed to come out was Tuesday July 12th. There was an emergency (I understand) so they did not come out that day but said "probably Wednesday or Thursday" to which I said, I need to know specifically when because I work full time. They ended up not coming back out until July 22nd, when they did some of the work, but were stopped by the town because they didn't have a permit (which you would think they would check if they need a permit--they're a big company). They could not come out again until August 5th, but then their truck had issues and they didn't have a functioning back-up truck. Then they were supposed to come out August 8th, but on that day they said the truck wouldn't be done until Thursday, so they would come out Friday, August 12th. I had smelly ground-water just standing in my basement for 3 weeks because they needed a permit to fill in the concrete. They came out the 12th but the routing outside was pushing flowing water onto my driveway so I asked for that to be fixed/moved. They ended up needing to move it completely and add an additional drain box, so they had to come out the following Monday (August 15th).I had asked for a discount several times prior to the work being complete because this "one-day" job took two months to finally be finished. They're waiving the credit card fee for me since I asked for that as well, but it's been like pulling teeth and now they're refusing any type of discount because they had to take on "extra expenses" for a permit they should've checked for in the first place. I'm currently waiting on an itemized list of expenses to see what else there is and to pay my invoice (update, they "can't").I will say that the men doing the physical labor were amazing and explained everything to me and were very professional, so I did appreciate them a lot. If I need anything else done, I will shop around more in the future.

The quoting process was easy and Josh Fairchild answered all of our questions and gave us several roofing options to match our price range. The scheduling of the installation was handled by A&M and communicated clearly, even around rain storms. On installation day the supervisor explained how the installation team would proceed and answered my questions. The installation team was very efficient, and worked fast. The materials estimate was very accurate because all of the materials received were used and there was nothing left. The installation team cleaned up everything when they were done. Mathew Nuber: Do yourself a favor, find another company!In April I hired this company to clean a small portion of my gutters that are on the 2nd story. They utilized Gary the Gutter Guy. He came out, but a few weeks later I had water spilling over that same section during a decent rain. No new leaves had fallen, as it was May at this point. After a call to Michiana Gutter Pros, they advised Gary owns the company, and to call him. After several texts and calls, the issue remains unresolved in September, with water pooling near our foundation when there's a decent rainfall. There's even a small plant growing where they were supposed to have cleaned.

Justin: This company might have "Pros" in the name, but don't let that fool you.I called on Saturday about cleaning my gutters. 'Brad,' no last name or title given, set me up with a quote and scheduled an appointment from 4-6 pm that Monday, 6/27. I got off work early to be there when they arrived, and they never showed up. I called at least 4 times trying to reach Brad, but everytime I rung through to voicemail, until the last call (at 6:15 pm) he put me straight to voicemail. I left a message requesting a call back, or I'll be forced to charge back the deposit I put down.Evidently, that must have gotten his attention, though not with any urgency. It wasn't until 5:30 pm the following day, nearly 24 HOURS LATER, that I even got a call back. Brad said he had me scheduled for Wednesday for 1-4 pm, which wasn't even an option he gave me when I first called in. He was unapologetic, and wanted to stick with the Wednesday booking. I told him that was unacceptable, and I can be there for 4-6 pm on Wednesday, though I'd have to leave early again from work. Brad was reluctant to schedule for that time, but eventually agreed, saying his men would be there promptly at 4 pm.Wednesday, I come home to check on my dog and have lunch at 12:30 pm, when I see a pickup with ladders sitting outside my house and men in my backyard with the gates open, ladders on my house. Obviously, I was livid. They claimed that the boss, again Brad, didn't tell them about the change in schedule. They had been at my house, unsupervised, since 11 am. That's 3 HOURS before the supposed scheduled time that Brad would have had in the books. My dog luckily didn't run out the door, gate, since I have a doggy door to my back yard. She was hiding in the basement, and is usually very sociable, making me suspect they might have been less than kind to her.I called Brad of course, only to get his voicemail once again. He called back right after his crew left the scene, which is suspect in itself, but also was apathetic to the entire conversation. A direct quote was, "I mean, we got the job done." Even though the gutters were clean, they didn't do much cleanup, so be prepared to spend a day afterwards cleaning muck out of your grass and gardens.Michiana Gutter Pros isn't only unprofessional, they don't care about you, your property, or your privacy. I wouldn't be surprised if Brad has had a history of cutting and running with the deposit. They might have a cheap price tag, but in this instance, you get even less than what you pay for.EDIT: To reply to the company's response, I received no cancellation calls, nor did Brad say they had cancelled during my eventual call back on Tuesday, but that he had mistakenly scheduled me for Wednesday at the wrong time. I was also not contacted about a time change for the work on 6/27/2018, but instead they did the work without my presence against my wishes.Safety always comes first, and I would have understood if inclement weather had been the reason for rescheduling. The whole reason I was looking to hire professionals is I didn't feel safe doing it myself! If I had been told there was a reason for cancellation, or that the service was cancelled at all, I would have been more than happy to reschedule when it would have worked for BOTH of us.I'm glad they were happy to take pictures of the clean parts of my lawn, but I'm uploading pictures now of the leftover mess, the same day as the work was done, 6/27/2018. You can clearly see this is grit and grime from the roof that was sprayed out of the gutters and wasn't picked up.
