Veronika Mirage: I don't ever want to check out my own items and continually there is not a live person to check you out. It's ridiculous. I'm going to stop going to this one and move to the Mishawaka Target. Also they only have one person at the pharmacy during rush hour. Almost an hour while I'm the 4th person in line is too long. He gave 2 covid boosters in front of me the night I was there. Those things should never be scheduled during that time.

Ramona Eppler: We were at this Target yesterday and spent over $200 in items for our daughter who was moving back to her college dorm.When we got back to the dorm we realized we had inadvertently left one of our purchased bags at the self-checkout lane.We tried over and over to call Guest Services, but no one was answering....so we drove back to the store to see if any honest person had turned in our bag.When we spoke to the agent at Guest Services we were told that since no one had turned in the bag we could re-gather our items and would not be required to re-purchase these items.Wow!! That is an AMAZING policy and we were ever so thankful for this.(As it turns out, we were able to find our bag at the self-checkout lane. An honest person had indeed turned it in there, so the attendant had our purchased bag.)Thank you, Target, for this amazing policy of permitting us to re-gather our items and not having to re-purchase! It saved us a lot of anxiety!And thank you, Honest South Bend Shopper, for turning in our purchased bag of items!

David Storey: I purchased a shirt for my wife last week. We would have come into the store to use the dressing room, but the changing room is on the second floor. Since my wife is in a wheelchair there was no access to the only space to determine a proper fit. Upon making the purchase the sales person did not inform me that all purchase returns are for in-store credit only, nor was this information posted in the store or the receipt.When I came back to the store to make an exchange for a larger size (at first they thought I was returning the shirt), Ali informed me that because they’re a small store only in-store credit is given. Seriously, because of their size, my funds are held hostage and thus forcing me to return whether I want to or not.Fortunately, the exchanged shirt fit my wife; Unfortunately, because they are not ADA compliant, and their return policy is so out of step with these current times, we will be returning.

There is nothing on the website to indicate when I can pick it up, no option to contact customer service. When I called the store to see when I could pick the item up b/c it was for a birthday present I was told I couldn't because they didn't have any in the store and Ali was out for vacation. This was not indicated on the website anywhere nor did it ever say there might be a wait for any items purchases. When I said i wanted a refund b/c my card had already been charged for the item they said they didn't know how to do a refund.

Ericka Hernandez: Went in to just look around, I love coach bags. I wanted to purchase a bag. Only one lady greeted us and mentioned their spring collection coming in. The other two workers seemed so unfazed. The lady handed us a Dino paper for my son super sweet but the energy of the room of the other two ladies were just so ugly. Maybe next time I go in I can feel like I can purchase my bag 🙄. Better workers need honestly.

Levi Ebersole: Literally the best Coach Store I've been to. I spend a lot with Coach and by far the cleanest and friendliest store they have...and I've been to many. They even offered us water while we were looking for bags. They don't pressure you to buy anything you don't want which I love and they even cleaned my own Coach wallet while I was looking. Seriously couldn't be any happier when I left! I will definitely be coming to this store every time and it's well worth the drive.

They don't work off commission, so don't feel like they're trying to pressure you to buy something. Everyone that works there are all real people and are honestly just trying to find that perfect bag or wallet. Im glad they finally have a mens section. There is this bag I have been lusting over for about a year. I stopped in one day and they finally had the mens section. Obviously the bag i wanted was there, I could touch it and feel it to see if that was the investment I wanted to make. Needless to say I walked out with my new bag in hand. It's something I'll be using for the rest of my life.

When she no longer needed a lift Alex's took them off with the exact same quality results. And the shoes were finished in a very timely manner. I can't say enough about this place and quality of work.

René Casiano: This place is the only shoe repair place in the area. I work downtown and often take my shoes and my wife's shoes here.I've had all kinds of services done here: zipper replacement, full sole replacement, partial sole repair, shoe cleaning, tap placement on shoes, and shoe shining. While the results of these were acceptable, I was less than thrilled about the zipper replacement (poor stitching on the zipper replacement, but it's not visible 95% of the time) and the full sole replacement (poor stitching on the sole replacement). The things I wasn't pleased about were structurally sound, but were cosmetically flawed.Their shining and cleaning service is good and the turn around for all items is usually about two to three business days.I think this place is good to go to for simple repairs, but I would save complex jobs for a more skilled and delicate shop. Also, the customer service is a bit cut and dry: no banter, no joking around, just...a pretty serious encounter. Not that important because the end product is what's important, but at least you know what you're getting yourself into.

Went in to look at furniture’s close to closing and I understand how that feels working retail management for over a decade. While testing out multiple couches and beds laid on a bed with no signage staying no to sit on this particular one. Diane comes on over days don’t lay on that it’s for display only in a very disrespectful tone. Then as they are asking away day “you shouldn’t even be in the furniture aide” when I asked them sorry what did you say they walked away. This person should not be in this selling to customers unless they have proper training.I don’t want to say I was profiled but this is how it made me feel as minority and yea while I was wearing shorts and hoodie does not mean that I don’t have money or belong. If you do shop don’t do it from her she and as for me I will be buying any other furniture somewhere else since they don’t want my money. Not hard to understand why they are closing locations when they hire people like her
