Carolyn Rozmarynowski: We love visiting this store. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, always happy to answer questions, and the store is always clean and well stocked and organized. It's an added bonus that our dog is welcome to shop with us, and the staff is very friendly to him too!

Sandra Wheeler: Very expensive. Frames were buy one get one free. However, greatly marked up to the 'be on sale'.
Matthew Bennett: Had a good time shopping there. We found what we needed within 15 minutes or so but there was so much interesting stuff we were there for an hour more enjoying ourselves
Clayton Hale: Friendly staff, clean place, and surprisingly pricey. Other than that, it's a great place to get supplies for any art project you may have.

April May: Refuses to trim a print to frame. Then you don’t do custom work and shouldn’t call yourself a custom framer. If I have to obtain the tools to properly trim a print, I may as well frame it myself too. I’m done with companies grabbing my money but refusing to offer actual professional services. If Michaels won’t “accept the liability” of trimming a print as instructed, why should I trust them with it at all?
