Having just retired I had a long list of things that had been neglected through the years. Oh I had the time now and experience in my old and outdated ways, but times have changed, not only was it harder for me to do it, but there were new and better ways of doing things that required new tools and know how and besides I just didn't want to do this stuff anymore. TheDude Abides: Brought in 2 karate jackets needing patches sewn on. Pinned the front patches exactly where I wanted but got them back sewn on different from where i had them....the patches on these karate jackets need to be offset and not parallel to the hem because it's an angled front flap to the jacket..I think everyone knows what a karate jacket looks like....so now the jackets have the front patches that look like they're falling over to the side...I can't seem to find a tailor that understands this simple concept....waste of time and money for something so simple...what do you think i had it double pinned for?....on to the next tailor I guess...eventually there has to be someone who gets it right....staff not too friendly either

Gary Sharp: Advertised 24 hour turnaround, so I went to them before a work trip. I dropped off shirts & pants - they said it would be ready for pickup the next day. NOPE. They hadn't even started the pants - blamed a failure in their computer system - then got annoyed when I asked for the pants back / a refund since they hadn't started. Said it was a big inconvenience to process and asked why I couldn't just come back for the pants at a later date. Unreal.First & last time customer!!
