She was very professional, was interested in our individual needs, and provided many options for us to choose from. James Smith II: No too impressed. She was 45 minutes late to our appointment. Not good to keep a new customer waiting. Then...all she did is what everyone can do for themselves, sign you up in the ACA website to see what kind of health plans you can get. But she offered no other alternatives to what ACA offered. I must of been expecting too much as I thought they (Health Markets) could offer you several options to your healthcare needs. I was wrong. So I post this review to let others know what to expect. Nothing more then you can do for yourself. Signup to ACA yourself and save you the trouble of going to Health Markets.
