They took very good care of me, listened to all my complaints. We made an appointment, I showed up and they quickly brought my truck in. They fixed everything perfectly! They were unable to. I called around and out of all the places I called, Audio Specialist seemed the most interested in fixing my problem. Charles, the representative I worked with, was super helpful. They fixed my issue no problem.

Dennis Ash: Was one of the worsted experiences I ever witnessed. I spent good money 💰 for lousy service. It should’ve been a two day installation which turned into a 4 day installation. After getting my vehicle back I noticed that the alarm was not working and carpet was not attached back to the floor like it was when dropped off. Manager Jake is very rude and definitely not a people person yet alone lacks having customer service. I went in today to have the items fixed and at the same time witnessed Jake the manager get so frustrated with me complaining he handed over the keys to the owner and said I quit. The owner Bruno agreed with me in knowing his manager Jake is definitely rough around the edges. Then after the owner received the keys from Jake he chases after him inside the store to beg him not to leave. A few minutes later the owner Bruno comes outside and tells me that he is losing his business today because of me complaining of the job that was done. The installer Nick was the only one with any customer service there and apologized for what I experienced today. Nick fixed the carpet and alarm and I think he should get a raise because he does have the skills to make sure the customer is satisfied. To the owner Bruno if you are going to lose your business because of one person I don’t think you have much of a business in the first place. I believe if you put a new manager in there with a customer friendly attitude and knows how to make people feel like they are important along with their business counts for something I believe may watch your revenue increase. Also hire another installer and quit working Nick so hard and then the manager won’t have to lie to customers on why it’s taking so long to get there vehicle done. Don’t Waste Your Time Or Money Here!

It was a good experience overall, though. They knew what they were doing but I didn't like having to pay for labor again. I would still recommend this place to others.

Sean Poyser: Update : Sales rep I spoke with retaliated by sending me a facebook message request along with a snooty message after I submitted this review just so he could have the last word. Additionally he posts review glorifying a service that was not offered.:: Would not do business with ::Purchased $100 pair of Focal 4". One of them started rattling about 3 months into use. I play mostly Zen meditative or gentle music. When I went to have someone look and tell me why it was doing that, they refused to help saying they didn't install them when they did. The sales rep offered to install them as part of the purchase bundle. He then asked me to bring in the speaker so they could test it. I don't carry a screwdriver like that in the car so i asked if I could borrow one to remove the speaker and bring it in. They said they don't have tools to do that and acted like they didn't want to have anything to do with me. On all I felt like I really wasn't given basic courtesy.

Terry Douglas: Very professional home theater team in Granger, were able to install my TV and sound system very quickly despite it being around Labor day(when other installers told me they could not do anything until the following month). Had some specific problems – in particular, wanting to mount my TV in front of a faux-rock fireplace – but took care of that! The price was good, but the work quality was amazing and will be using them again soon.

Leaving us with no internet or televisions.We had a house full of guests on a Saturday that were going through withdrawals.I texted Allegro.. and sent them an email...not expecting a response until Monday.Shortly thereafter, I received a phone call saying that "Nathaniel" was driving back to South Bend from an event in Chicago...and would stop by... ON A SATURDAY NIGHT!He arrived and got us up and running...and came back Monday morning for a permanent solution.That kind of caring service is unheard of these days.I wish there was 6 stars...they deserve it!

Reed Mishler: I walked in here on sort of a whim while looking to upgrade my home theater. I wasn't sure if it was a custom install place or retail or what and when I walked through the doors and saw 10s of thousands of dollars of McIntosh equipment I thought I was in the wrong place (I wanted high end but not that extreme). I was helped by a guy who happened to be the accountant and had limited knowledge but he did his best since all sales people were gone. We went to the listening room where there where speakers ranging from affordable up to the extreme. He entertained my ears best he could and I was unsure about it all until the owner came in. The owner was EXTREMELY helpful and knowledgable. I was there a good couple hours at least and they never once tried to force me to buy anything or push me out the door. I was only looking into a set of speakers and not 10s of thousands of dollars of equipment for theaters or my mansion or custom install but they took all the time in the world and treated me in the same manner the would a millionaire client (or so it felt like). I bought a pair of B&Ws and will return to upgrade my system.
