Mary McFadden: We needed supplemental care for my mother, who was in assisted living. Noracare was able to provide this care, with the flexibility we needed. Noracare was accommodating with the hours we needed. They were receptive to our feedback, and adjusted their services to my mother’s needs. They have been proactive with Covid safety. Noracare was quick to respond to any questions & concerns we had. Communication was easy with directors, but access to caregivers, learning details or issues about the day, was more uneven. Some caregivers were very hands-on, and went that extra mile. My mother happened to need that extra engagement and cueing. Some caregivers did better just “shadowing”, supervising, which wasn’t always enough in our case.
David Pava: We have been using Noracare for a number of months for elder care assistance (Certified Nursing Aides). They have provided us with a very good level of support, attention, and education, and the aides they have selected for us have been very good. Would recommend as an option for anyone looking for elder care in the area.
Emee Miller: Never disappoints, Had gone above and beyond care issues. Thinks outside the box because compassion is the key.

T Bibbs: VERY FRAUDULENT:Very unprofessional employer. Jasmine the manager is getting paid to leave the office and run personal errands. Terry the "owner" is getting paid for absolutely nothing, when she doesn't even know how to run her own business. They will leave you high and dry without training or instructions while they have girls time, and go home on the clock. I am certain the funding that is being provided is being taken for granted and they are getting paid extremely large amounts to curse all day and put work off on other employers. The company is by far ratchet, ask anyone who works there or has ever worked there. The worst place I have ever worked to date. Very unorganized, and everyone is getting paid less than what they deserve while the manager gets paid 3 times more than anyone, not including all the illegal activity. I am sure the business will be audited soon be the IRS, or lose funding. they are taking advantage of those poor needy souls.
Jasmine Lampkin: Personally, I am sorry that you had a bad experience Tristian, but I can’t say we have ever met. Illegal activity would mean we couldn’t operate and seeing though as we just had survey and are still open, we can bet that’s not the case. Also, any information you have received 2 Nd Hand is no good, you should give us a try on your own merit.Thank you and Be Blessed.

Joan Jaffe: Firefly Home Care LLC agency is perfect for those who need someone to pop in and check on a loved one. I still had to work while taking care of my husband and just needed someone who could check on him at lunch time. Firefly would communicate if there was a change in time or person stopping by. His care person even took the time to give our golden retriever attention and made sure he went outside.
Debbie Radloff: Kim M. was an excellent aide for my mom and really looked out for her. She was a blessing for our family!
William Hayes: firefly is not the first home care I have had, but it is the best home care that I have had. The things i like the best is having the same aid show up most of the time. This person is always on time and always does a very good job. I'm very happy with the work done.when a sub has to show up, they know just what has to be done. they also know all about me from my likes to my dislikes. You feel like they have been here many times.then there is the office personal. they have called many times and check how everything is going. They offer to do anything that they can and then they do it. This is a company you like to deal with.everybody is very friendly and makes you feel like their only job is to please me.

They work so hard to create a schedule that is suitable to the clients needs. Without the additional help of transporting and escorting my father to his Dr appointments…his quality of health would have gone done hill.I trusted and relied on these folks so much.I live in Colorado and was sole caretaker of my father. My dad recently passed away and he would tell me he did know how we would have got by without their support, care, knowledge and brightening his day. Thank you Firefly 🙂

Firefly was there when his after surgery care was more than we prepared for. Their office staff was so helpful, and matched us with a great caregiver. So thankful for them all!

It's a place that's kind friendly and it makes you feel at home it makes you feel that you're working with people that understand you know you're different needs your different hours and if something come up they are there to help you with anything that you need help with it's a great company I'm so glad I signed up with the company I signed up a little bit after the pandemic and I just needed somewhere that I could really consider myself at home or I find a home and I have I'm amazed at how the people are so nice when you talk to them on the phone how nice they are friendly you can tell this saying it with a smile I enjoy working there I tell people ask me where I work at always best care they like what yeah always best care yes it's a nice company sign up with it you won't regret it I'm glad I do it I'm really glad I did

Natalie Chavez: Overall a great company to work for! They do a wonderful job recognizing caregivers; from big recognition like a monthly caregiver award and random drawings, to small recognition such as any time you visit the office you are free to grab snacks, beverages, gear and more often than not there is some type of food they have ordered that is available. They really don’t hold back in this area! There has been quite a bit of changes made in office positions within the last year. Response time, outside of the scheduling department, can be improved upon.

Gary McClure: I've had caregivers for about 5 years now. Only having been disappointed and frustrated. Since Always Best Care came into my life, my worries have ended. I never knew if previous caregivers were going to show up, or do what I needed. Everytime they would complete a task, they would sit down and be on their phone. Kari and Jamisha finish a task and right to the next. No problems. My mind has been put at ease. They are very professional yet so so friendly. They ask, what else they can do for me. I also have my ABC emergency call button. Now I have peace of mind if an emergency should arise. My case coordinator Stephanie Stevens. Stays right on top of my case. Thank you so much for making my life easier. I have recommended your company to others that may need assistance in the future.
Ruth N: Had too many caregivers that didn't want to work they want to be on their phone what you I had I don't get that often
LaVon Thomas: They were my mother's caretakers up until we moved away to seek life saving treatment. It was hard for them at times, because sometimes the homecare aides sometimes called off last minute. One time something came up missing, and the owner personally delivered a replacement. They're not perfect but they try their best.
Ann Hunsberger: I would recommend Always Best Care. They were so helpful. The people that cared for my dad were kind and attentive. They were quick to respond and help get the paperwork completed. They were great all the way around.
