g burdette: Talked to sales mgr today about 2011 Honda CR-V only to find out there were to recalls on the car. That's dumb that the dealership hasn't taken care of the problem before trying to sell it!

Took vehicle in to have a screw removed from tire. Easy check in. Service done in a professional manner. Oil change and tire rotation. Tech let me know the estimate on fixing passenger tail light and fixed left front tire. Oil change had tech order new tail light and informed me of other things that need done

Brenda: Took my car for an oil change ask them to put air in a tire next thing you know they're telling me a valve stem is leaking. They've told me this every time I've ever taken my car there I've had all new valve stems put on my car every time my car goes there every oil change every time I take my car for service when it's due I've been doing this for 10 years they can't fix tires I take my car somewhere else now. This is what they did to my car.

I originally placed a down payment on a Honda Ridgeline in the color red for my wife. However, when my wife realized that the Ridgeline is smaller in size than what she wanted. Her words were, “I want a full-size truck, not a baby truck!”. Jonathan Osorio, our sales person went to work looking for the perfect vehicle for my wife that was “red” in color. Within a couple of hours he provided me with two Chevy Silverados that met my wife’s specifications. My wife decided on one of them and we headed to Elkhart. Jonathan was awesome, no pressure. As soon as my wife drove the Chevy out of the parking lot on the test drive, she stated “yep…this is what I was looking for”.
