Julian Lewiecki: I have nothing but positives to say about Grace Hospice. They have been very responsive to not just my mom's needs but really for the whole family. I feel my mom is getting wonderful care and they are only a phone call away anytime something is neededRhonda, who is also the Clinical Manager nurse, first took care of my mom and was very helpful and caring. A new nurse was hired, Cindy, and although I was a little aprehensive at the change of caregivers she has been fantastic as well. Sonja is the social worker who has worked hard at meeting the needs of our family. Kudos and thanks to all!

Greg Fink: Heartland Hospice stepped right in and took over treatment for my father on a Saturday afternoon. The care and concern for my father was, in our opinion, unmatched. If you have a need for care of this nature please call them. These are special people!

Sarah Prillwitz: I don’t even know where to begin! Working in hospice requires a heart of gold. I was fortunate to work with so many amazing people at Heartland Hospice. I have never met so many compassionate and caring people. Jennifer, the administrator, would even take it upon herself to go into the field when their were days we short nurses. She started off as a nurse and never forgot why she went into the hospice profession. I always knew if I needed anything she would be there for any of her employees. She wasn’t your typical boss you felt afraid of, she was always ready to help and do whatever she could. I am proud to say I worked at Heartland Hospice and have given their name to many loved ones, when the time has come for needing the extra support and care.
Yolanda Hunt: Heartland was a great place to work my administrator Jennifer was the best, so much compassion for people. Being a nurse herself, she understood and appreciated the knowledge of her employees. And would come out work with her staff when we were short handed. I couldn't have asked for a better leader.

Linda Shedd: My husband Jim, passed away 2 months ago. Three years ago he was with Heartland Hospice for 6 months. At the beginning it looked like he wouldn't make it for 2 days, let alone 6 months but with their help, their Doctor and my son, he actually graduated and stayed with us 3 more years. I can't say enough about their kindness and compassion. He passed in Memorial hospital, with Heart to Heart right by my side. I thank God from the bottom of my heart for the availability of such a wonderful organization. God bless all of you.
Sheila Wright: My mom fell and refused to go to the Doctor and she was not able to bear weight. I took off from work to care for her and was able to call Heartland and they were right out with a nurse to evaluate my mom for free. We found out mom qualified because she had C.O.P.D. and A-FIB . It was more than just a fall, she had much more going on. Thank you to all involved! you were kind, caring and acknowledged how I felt going through this tough time. I truly do not know what I would have done without you. Mom Passed away and the follow up has been terrific as well.

Sara Hummel: We were able to get Dad home with his family and dogs. Southern care was able to get all of his equipment needed in the house to pass away with loved ones surrounding him. Couldn't ask for a better team ♥️

Annette Chamgomo: I worked here for 9 months. I must say they are a great bunch of people. Co workers were amazing and there is no one I can complain about. I started in the ipu then switched over to the HHA and I love all of my patients. One of the most caring places I've ever worked. The only negative thing would be at times they are short staffed so your work load can me overwhelming but the nurses are all willing to help when needed.

Laurie McFadden: I can't begin to say enough about the wonderful, caring, compassionate staff at the Raclin House. My father, Rudolph Reiners, received the best care imaginable. His pain was always controlled. The staff explained everything to us as he moved toward death. One night, while I was sleeping on a couch beside my father, I felt something. It was the nurse covering me up, as I kicked the blanket off. That may seem like a simple thing, but it spoke volumes of how they care for the entire family as well. They were supportive of my meltdowns, and gave wonderful hugs when I needed them. The Social Workers, housekeepers and Doctors were extremely supportive as well. They held a service upon my fathers arrival honoring his military service, which was the last thing my father was involved in before he became unresponsive. His face was filled with joy and pride. It was beautiful. We will be purchasing a wall plaque to honor my fathers service in the Korean War to place in their Veterans garden. The grounds and facility are absolutely stunning! I spend a lot of time outside in the gardens reflecting on things. Thank you to everyone at Raclin House for helping us through such a difficult time. We will never forget your kindness.

If you are in a situation where hospice is called for I highly recommend the blue book they have about how to understand when death is coming and why the stages happen the way they do. It really helped my family and I.
Gail Heckathorn: It really nice and everyone was so friendly and caring. The place was very clean and was very peaceful. A big thanks to all the staff for all they are doing.
Stephanie McCann: Not only is the building beautiful, but the things hospice does for the community are so amazing. For anyone who doesn't know, they offer greivency counseling at no charge.

Sara D: While no one wants to think about having to have hospice care involved, when it came down to my father needing care, we were blessed and thankful that Zac was assigned to be my dad's nurse. Zac only got to meet dad one time, but they hit it off so well. I was sad for Zac that, the day of his 2nd scheduled visit, my dad had passed away. Zac was an amazing support to our family and demonstrated such GENUINE care and compassion and for that we will be eternally grateful. Keep up the great work, Zac.

Laura Robin: “Staff is kind and patient but the communication is horrible”
Butterfly “Butterfly” Butterfly: This is for everyone who automatically thinks badly about hospice. I used to be one of those individuals. Recently on 12-2022 had to think about additional help for my mother-in-law, and it was suggested that we involve hospice. Of course, the family was scared that with all the horror stories from others that hospice was going to just make them die faster. That is not correct, they have gotten a bad reputation because they are for the most part there to help everyone and everything. Hospice is not bad at all, especially if your loved one is in the home. You're loved ones, are in your care. Hospice for home patients is to help be an extra hand. These groups of individuals that we deal with are compassionate and love their job. To say the least, Jessica her bathing aid is gentle, and very efficient, and couldn't have asked for a better aid. Her nurse Dayna, wow is truly a loving, sentimental, compassionate nurse. She is walking in her calling. This group of individuals we are working with know their stuff and don't waste time and get down to business to take care of your loved one. You're loved one is in your hands, not in the hands of hospice, and is there to help. Just keep that in mind.
Patricia Gardner: I would not recommend this place to anyone. Yah the nurses and aids were wonderful but the corporate office was terrible. When u called for help they didn't send anyone out and they lied all the time. Please do not use this company.
Cheryl Gentry: I would recommend Heart to Heart Hospice to anyone in need of hospice care. It was the most compassionate and giving team of people I’ve met. They absolutely went the extra mile to make my brother comfortable and made sure he had everything he needed daily. The nurses were phenomenal with their compassion and expertise in care giving. They always have a thorough examine each day and took it upon themselves to clean him up when the hospital care givers never did it. I want to thank Lorraine, Heather, Kacey, Chaplain Ken, Casey and Samantha for all your kindness. You truly know how to treat people. The Kwieran and Gentry families can’t thank you enough for all your help and kindness. Blessings to all🙏
D T: Heart to Heart was an absolute joy to have in a time so rough. In 2021, my mother's doctor decided to refer us to them, and I am so grateful they did. Her nurses were a joy to have around. There were a few that would not be a match, and I would ask her head nurse not to send them out again. There was no problem. I felt very secure with the information that was given to me. Never once did I feel that my calling was a burden. I would call 3 in the morning, and they would come right out and have the biggest smile. It was truly a blessing to have so many people who actually cared if mom was getting the right treatment and to be a part of my family in such a struggling time.Thank you, Heart to Heart for making my mother end-of-life treatment bearable.
Cathy Fedder: Mom was staying at CREEKSIDE and everyone there was wonderful. However, Hospice began on a Friday. She had her initial hospice evaluation on Saturday about 3pm. She was in some fair to moderate pain as she lay in a semi-conscious state. She didn't get her morphine for over THREE HOURS because they couldn't get ahold of their physician to write an order. Saturday night - I don't care - if you're the doctor on call, take care of your patients. CREEKSIDE staff was incredible. My mom passed quietly the next evening. Thank you, Creekside. CANNOT RECOMMEND HEART TO HEART!
Lesa Kershner: Strongly advise against choosing this Hospice Provider. I have personally lost 4 loved ones whom all chose Hospice. Although I was not the primary caretaker directly interacting with the Nurses, Social Workers, Case Managers etc. I have heard many positive reports from grateful and thankful hearts, singing the praises of "The Hospice Program and it's people whom make it all happen." I now find myself in a caretaker role for someone whom has also chosen Hospice. Initially I was scared however I found strength in my recount of reports from the past experiences as I too expected to be experiencing the help, guidance, comfort, support and peace of mind the Hospice Program and it's people reportedly provided to get us all through this....It's only been 7 days and although I still believe in the concept of the Hospice Program, I quickly realized, the choice of Hospice Providers is the defining difference. In fairness to Maribel (admissions) and Kaci (our one time on call nurse) my heart is thankful and grateful.
