Ryan Johnson: Bought a tube here in 2015 and had some issues with it. To be short, I think they did a fair job trying to resolve issue. Eventually, Marquis covered faulty part but I did incur expenses before it became aware of manufacture defect. Although frustrated, was pleased Marquis and Hot Tub Co did decide to replace entire electrical box. I have had no other issues with this tub other than before mentioned. Heather is very knowledgeable and helpful.

Not even sure why the brand matters. Asked for explanation but got no response. Had electrician in today. Diagnosed part needed within 5 minutes, problem solved and tub running great. Would not recommend this company!!!

The features and benefits were all explained fully in the showroom while shopping, and all the chemicals, maintenance, and operation was explained in great detail today by Tyler and Rick. Communication through the whole process was extremely good. I would highly recommend this company to anyone interested in a hot tub. Eleanor Krueper: We have been using Jason for pool repairs for the past three years. Recently this company replaced our pool liner and they did it in a timely and professional manner. After the liner was replaced they came back two days later when the pool was full and finished everything. Jason has replaced our pump and our filter over the past three years. When we had a leaking problem, he came out quickly. He also repaired our pool heater when spiderwebs caused a problem with the electronics. I would highly recommend this company.

I talked to a very nice man said we will see if it covered under warranty and send out a service tech. The next day the tech called not sure why but then he stated that he knows this will not be covered under warranty because he has seen this before and was kinda belligerent about it. At that point I no longer trusted him to come out and do his job which, I think he really didn't want to do. The smart way would have been to access the problem first. Will not purchased anything from here again.

Andrew K: I meant to write this review a long time ago and never did... Recently I called with a question about a parts availability and after being treated rudely on the phone I figured I would actually do the review that was well deserved a long time ago. We purchased a home with an inground pool and we opted to pay for an inspection. I asked if I could be present so I could get a better understanding of the pool system and how it operates, I was told that they would not tell me anything and I would have to schedule and pay for another day for them to be there if I wanted to get any other information on the pool explainef to me beyond the inspection. As much as I felt a couple questions wouldn't hurt anybody I can understand that. Fast forward to when we got the inspection report for the pool. The report was written very poorly, it was like the person was half asleep when they wrote it. In the report, nothing notable that would help was listed. They just measured the pool, said what kind of pool it was, and then said there was an air leak somewhere in the system. Somehow they missed that a chemical feeder line was installed backwards! Because of this our pool was unable to maintain adequate chemical levels the first season we had it. We could not understand why because other than a small air leak there was supposedly nothing wrong. I don't understand how I can pay somebody to inspect the pool system and they can't even tell me where the air leak is or notice that a chemical feeder line is installed backwards... Fast forward to this past spring, my wife and I watched a few videos online and we were able to diagnose and take care of everything ourselves. My advice is, pools are not as complicated as some would think. I would never trust or give business to bontrager pools. I hope they see this review and whether or not it makes them mad I just want them to know that a Polish guy and his wife are far more qualified to service pools than they are...Mic drop.Service:Swimming pool summerization

Mark Herman: I’ve been a customer of Bontrager’s for over 10 years and was just treated like my business didn’t matter to them anymore. I have had them close my pool for the last 13 years as well as several other service needs during that time and always felt to be treated fairly with good customer service. But now I was just recently charged $185 by Bontrager’s for a tech to come to my home which is 2 mins from their store to check my pool light issue. They charged a $100 service call along with a $75 labor charge for which they claim was 45 mins long. According to my home surveillance, the tech was here for a whopping 10 mins. When I initially scheduled this appt Jonathan never disclosed a $100 service call fee and instead only told me what their hourly rate was for which I was fine with. When I called to discuss this egregious invoice along with the shotty reinstall of the pool light that they did, I was met with rudeness and condescending remarks by both the assistant service manger, Jonathan, as well as his manager. Both were not tactful nor professional and treated me as if my business wasn’t meaningful to them. And because of that I will now be taking my business elsewhere. I actually just got a quote from Paradise Pools to close my pool this year for less than half of what Bontrager’s has been charging me, so I would like to say thank you to Jonathan and his service manager for motivating me to find another vendor for my pool needs. At least you guys are good at something!
