Tai Gunter: I had the pleasure of working with Rachel to get me the fixtures needed for my bathroom remodel. They have a great showroom and were very knowledgable to the different features and products that they offer. I did most of the work myself but they also recommended a few plumbers to me to help me with the install. Since then I have come back a couple times to buy fixtures and parts for other projects - much higher quality stuff here than the big box stores.
Tony Finn: I have not one not two but three OA Smith water heaters in my basement because they fail before even three years out of the six year warranty just sitting there

Andrea Boyce: I don't believe that this place is open to the public. I was quoted just over $800 for a Zoeller sewage pump. The quote showed an additional $35 freight charge. I was able to order literally the same pump, elsewhere, for less than half. Free shipping. SAME PUMP. Would've loved to shop local, but I can't afford a 100% markup.

I can call my order then and they'll be promptly ready for pickup and even when I am walking to the door a service fee with smiles and and hasteful service. JW berkheimers is my favorite place to go the personality and a first name basis and generally when I go in there with multiple orders they got it.
