While on vacation we received daily updates and best of all photos so we could see how they looked and were doing. APP will also get your mail,bring in packages and other light chores you may need taken care of. Chynna V took excellent care of our 2 cats and we plan on booking again for our next trip in June. The website is super easy to use. If you have a last minute emergency, they seem very willing to work with you so your pet is safe. Also, they try to keep you with the same sitter so your animals don't have a lot of variation which I really appreciate (especially having cats).
