Steven DeMeyer: Went in to trade a pistol for a G17 gen 5 that was priced at 700 was told they could take pistol plus 100 which was fine didnt have cash on me at the time went back a week later with blue label certificate which brought glock to $454 they then told me now it would be $150 plus the pistol that they previously were giving me $600 dollars for and now only giving me $300. Was then told by someone that overheard our conversation with employees before we went to back room to talk that the other employees were talking s*** behind my back. Will never do business with this shop again they are a bunch of con artists and untrustworthy.

Paul Poe: Let me start off by saying I don't spend a lot of money there I don't buy high-end guns and stuff like that most of my purchases are small random things but I found all of the employees there to be absolutely amazing whether I'm buying a $5 thing out of their clearance section or inquiring about a high-end rifle or suppressor they treat me with the same respect either way it is become one of my favorite places in the area to shop at and I recommend everyone I know to go there

Jeffery Merrill: All I can do is relate MY experience with this company. Take from it what you will. I am into black powder rifles due to my civil rights restrictions from 30 years ago. They have 4 black powder rifles in their clearance section at 50% off. Was told if I purchased more than 1 they would offer a better deal. Showed up today with cash, inquired what their best price would be for all four, was told $650. I offered $600 and they accepted. They proceeded to ring up the sale, I paid the $600 in cash, and received my receipt. I was then informed, AFTER PAYMENT WAS PROCESSED, that they required a background check. I replied that for black powder muzzle loading rifles Federal Law does NOT require back ground checks. The sales associate asked me to wait while he talked to his manager. She came out and I explained that due to my legal situation I could purchase and own a black powder muzzle loader but not a cartridge rifle. She replied that it is company policy to treat every rifle as a cartridge rifle and requires a back ground check, then proceeded to inform me that they were refusing my purchase, AFTER I HAD ALREADY PAID. They then processed my refund. What few civil rights I still retain were abjectly denied, I believe with no legal standing, and will look into whether or not I was the subject of discrimination and violation of my civil rights. These are the exact events as they transpired and will attest to that in a court of law.

James: TOP SHOT is a great place to buy sell or trade. They have remodeled and expanded the building. I have always had great customer service here and recommend them highly.

I never brag on any place, however this was a great experience and a huge thank you to all the staff and the owner.

Mine Notyours: This place is an absolute joke. I was in there for 20 minutes. 7 people in the "break room", and not one person offered to help. I was in the market for 2 Berreta 9m, and got sick of waiting. Oh wait, as I was walking out the door, a guy said "hi. Slim pickins". The help was too I guess.Save yourself time and go somewhere else. Please.

Timothy Schlimpert: I recently purchased a rifle from Top Shot. I'd never been there before but they had the rifle I was looking for in stock. They made me a fair deal so I took it home. I witnessed them working with several other customers and the common theme is they are very honest, offer very fair prices and spend time with the customers to ensure they are getting just what they need. I really like this store and love how they work with customers. They have my complete confidence!

Stephanie McCann: A very nice gun shop and it's a small business which is even better. My boyfriend has bought a few different parts for his AR and AK and one time the part didn't fit and he had no issues trading it out for a new one (which also didn't fit so he got a refund without any problems). They usually have a pretty good selection of firearms as well but we've never bought one here actually. From what I know they're decent price as well...

Prince Vapors: This place is awesome. I originally stumbled across a clock they were selling. I ended up with two , since then I have had two others coated and now the best one yet. I asked them to make me an Aquaman themed gun. And they did and amazing job …. The staff is always great and helpful.

It doesn't matter whether you're a first time gun owner nor you have been shooting for a while, Andy will taking care of your firearm needs. For first timer, he will provide you the right information and advice to help you make the right choice on your first firearm purchase. For veteran, since you know exactly whatever firearm you want or looking for, to purchase, but the store doesn't stock them, Andy will try to locate and order one for you. And if you're looking for an trusted FFL to transfer your firearm sale, this is definitely the store to go to. I had my handgun transferred and checked out here by Andy, the transaction was hassle free. Thumbs up for Andy and the T&Z Armory's staffs as well.

Mark Corso: Not sure if his policy has changed in the last year or so, but drove 2+hrs to go to another shop in that area, through word of mouth we heard about Lens and decided to stop in. Talked with him for over an hour, picked out he items I wanted(over $700) worth of components, before he rang them up he asked me where we were from, I told him, and he said, "sorry son, I only sell to people from St.Joe county". The guy is very knowledgeable and fun to talk to, but didn't want/need my money.

Chris Gualtieri: Alright… I want to address the negative reviews before giving my review of Len’s Ammo Shop. As everyone knows, right now there is a HUGE supply problem with reloading components. Manufacturers make a much bigger profit selling loaded ammunition than they do selling the components separately. Compounding the already huge supply problem, a lot of people who have no interest in reloading are buying up everything they can from the store so they can resell it online and make some fast money. To combat this, it appears that Leonard isn’t selling to people who live outside of St. Joe. That is not true!!! I talked with Len and made it clear that I live an hour south of where his business is located. He had absolutely no problem selling some 38 Sp/357 mag hollow point bullets to me! He has one main concern. He wants to keep reloaders reloading. Period. People are saying that he’s discriminating. It’s his business!!! As long as he isn’t discriminating against race, religion, nationality, etc. he can sell to whoever he wants! If he only wanted to sell to people who are less than 5’ tall, then I guess I’m out of luck. Welcome to America where a business owner can sell to whoever they want! That being said, here’s my review.I am new to reloading. I was in the area and thought I would stop by and see what was there. MAN am I glad I did! I lost track of time, but I had to have been there for well over an hour talking with Len. The owner is a wealth of information, and while I’m brand new to the reloading scene, he never once talked down to me. He had a ton of equipment and his prices were really, really fair. The shop isn’t very big, and no, it’s not in the nicest part of town, but at no point did I feel unsafe being there. I am beyond thrilled to know that if I need supplies or advice, I have the perfect place to go to.

Rusty rad: Len will not sell to anyone who does not live in st Joe County. I live less than 20 miles from his "shop", asked for some bullets and as he reached for them asked where I live then he refused a sale. The store is a cluster of random boxes laying around unkept. It is about an 8x8 room that doesn't look like it has ever been cleaned and the outside definitely fits a ghetto area. Not sure how he can legally discriminate, and there is no chance of "6ft social distancing". This shop should be closed.

Nate Pierce: I walked in here with plans of purchasing a shotgun for home defense. I checked out their merchandise and had a few questions about a particular firearm. I couldn't help but notice that all of the available staff were busy besides a couple of them actually helping a customer lol.Besides the looking at me like I either didn't belong there or as if they've never witnessed a customer who was in need of help before, the staff led me to start laughing out loud at how horrible they were at customer service. As I was heading towards the exit, a staff member did ask if he could help. He seemed like a new hire so I gave him a few minutes of my time to check out a 12 gauge. I hope he quit and found employment with the living outside of that building.

maintman1960: I was at Midwest last weekend and made a few purchases. When i got home I found an item missing. I called and after they did their investigation. I was told they would replace the missing item. Outstanding customer service, but communication was left up to me. No call back from the store. But again they definitely made it right and i will make the trip back the next time I'm in the market for a firearm. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.

They price gouged on ammo pretty bad during the pandemic. They still charge 3% on card, and $75 for a simple transfer??? As a customer, all of this makes me feel like I’m inconveniencing the store by shopping there.Cool place to look around, terrible place to buy.

They have a no refunds policy and even if the product can be put directly on the wall as if never before used they charge you 20% restock fee and you cannot use the remaining 80% on anything but similar products. They do not have a Walther Creed holster and the holster sold to me doesn't fit my gun. 20% loss and now I have a small pocket knife.Never buying anything here again.

It only had some gunpowder residue in the breech. It functions perfectly well. THIS COMPANY are scammers!

Christopher Rimes: One of the stores I will never be shopping at again we spend around $500 here almost every year for the kids sports stuff and they don’t seem to care that they sold us a $79.00 defective bat that was dented beyond use after 2 games by my 8 year old daughter! And all they could say was that it’s not their fault and we have to contact Easton to get it replaced. Well I will not be buying over priced garbage at this store ever again very disappointed and terrible customer service from people that don’t stand behind the products they sale. We bought my 10 year old son a bat at Walmart that he has used for 3 years dent free for half the price. That is were I will be shopping for sports items from now on!
