Chris G: Sub par movie theater. I’ve been in pretty worn down theaters and this definitely fits in that category, though it gets the job done in showing the movie with no audio or projector issues.I prefer the other AMC in Elkhart compared to this however since while that one is fairly run down too, it’s not as bad IMO.Really, this place deserves to be a dollar movie theater more than an AMC theater

Caleb Campbell: We love movies and will travel..ha. this theater is a main attraction in all of michiana. It is located close to the bypass and easily found by any wandering traveler who needs to enjoy in the movie viewing experience. 16 theaters and a bar/ libation station, this place had it all except an arcade , which is why we went early. But the bar has overtakes the video game playing. It's still a great place to see movies.

Calea: They told us to be quite so we did and they came up to us again saying we were being loud and we weren't I whispered something vary quietly so I do not recommend u come here

Riley Colter: Show times are 25-30 miners later than posted way too many previews. Nothing indicating what movie is playing in what theater. Staff had a baby on the counter.

Paul Fox: I wouldn’t send an enemy on a bad day here. I almost went today to see the woman king, a movie I was wrongly directed away from, but simply didn’t feel like being treated poorly, risking my health in the bathroom, or inspiring someone hiding from customers to throw their staff out as cannon fodder. Too ugly an experience to even see a five dollar movie.If offer to fix the hard water stains for the cost of supplies and a couple months of a-list but not even my regular patronage is of any value to them so I can’t imagine anything else I might offer would be.Avoid this theater. I know it means it’s likely to close but I doubt my encouragement is exclusively related to such a sad likelihood.Maybe amc can figure something out so this place gets cleaned up and more presentable in every way.

brittney Whitaker: for as expensive as it is these days, it could definitely use an update. Sat there for 3 hours watching a movie and by the end of it a part of me had wished we gone to movies 14 with the better seats at least. Snacks cost twice more than 2 tickets for crying out loud.

Jeremiah Sult: So sad to see this theater in this condition. We arrived early for the 9pm showtime of Avatar 2 in theater #9 on 12/30/2022. The condition of the seats is appalling! Our group looked around realized every seat was severly worn, badly stained, falling apart and gross overall. The entire theater has a bad smell. I could hardly get comfortable after that. Multiple people and thier groups made similar comments upon arrival. This theater needs a major upgrade and it doesn't seem like the ownership is willing to make the necessary investments which is just sad for the Southside and South Bend in general. The parking lot and entrance has also been neglected and has portions closed off rather than be being repaired. Nice AMC promo trailer before the movie showing a modern theater and how AMC theaters enhance your experience. Well, not this one unfortunately! So close to home but we will be going elsewhere until the ownership decides to get this place back up to par! We paid over $100 to see this movie for our group and this is the experience we got. Get it together AMC!

Crystal Castle: On Friday, my boyfriend, his son and I went to see John Wick 4 for the 12:30pm showing. We bought our tickets around 12:15, got our snacks and drinks then walked all the way to our theater room (room 4). Not only did the hallway smell like sewage from the bathrooms down the hall at the corner but inside the theater had an odd smell to it. It had sort of a musty kind of smell. I look to my left to see a whole section of seats blocked off with caution tape due to the big whole in the ceiling from pieces of the ceiling falling in. I'm assuming water damage. Not only did it smell but it was almost unbearably cold in there as if there was no heat on at all. Anyone who walked in there seemed to comment on it and wondered why that room wasn't closed to showings till it was fixed. Based on a post from a month ago, I see the issue has yet to be addresses and you are still allowing people in that room regardless even though it appeared whole has gotten worse. I watched multiple people get up and leave due to it.

Gabriella: Theater 14 was dirty but the biggest issue was the screen. Their were dark lines and a fairly big dark spot like someone threw something at it. And in the upper right side it was out of focus and had some weird smoke effect. Not a good movie experience.

It was roped off to keep people away from sitting too close. The theater was pretty dead. The parking lot is full of deep holes.It's a theater. Seems in sad repair. Only one in Elkhart so I'm glad for it.

Jared Rinehart: I love that this theater is located where it is because it's the only theater left in that area. The closest one to AMC is still about 30 minutes away so overall it is a good spot for those who live near by. The prices are kind of expensive at the concessions but what movie theater isn't?

Noel Bergeron: This theater is filthy! Literally has a hole in the ceiling with a trash can below. Caution tape strewn across the chairs. The floor is filthy. The customer service is seriously lacking when we went to the counter the 5 associates literally argued with each other over who was going to run the register. Will not be visiting AMC again. Better theater chains with clean amenities and excellent customer service are out there.
