ssjfe4rr2012: Micheal is an awesome lawyer. We didn't wanna spend the money at 1st but we dealt with 2 other lawyers and almost got screwed out of some money. And got our process delayed for a few months. He gave us straight answers and pretty accurate time frames. My wife had her interview on jan 14th. The officer didn't like my Indiana birth certificate cause it was half page. Told her to get a long form then she would get her visa. Within minutes micheal emailed me a letter to send to the consular officers saying that Indiana issues the half sheet. He came through in a very clutch situation for us. Her visa was issued the 17th we received it on the 22nd. And we got back home to south bend on the 23rd. I highly highly recommend you do all in your power to try to get him as your lawyer. These situations are too important and life changing.

Emmanuel Gonzalez: Awful service. I work for Customer Service and I do sales for living but I can tell you what Monterosa offers is definitely not good sign of customer service. Lack of communication and transparency, constantly my petition is getting delayed for "misspellings and typos". I am the client, yet my mom is the one who communicates with me the information. Email and not response. Too bad I live away from my mom else I would have take my businesses somewhere else.

Emma Lozano: I rate it one because we got her for my dads paper process and waited cor 3 years and she didnt do much at all and we rehired someone else and it only took a couple months for him to get his papers
Karen Montoya: We paid her $2000 to acquire a manuscript. We never received a copy. She never returned our calls. When I called to complain I was told she was out of the office. I said I was upset because my calls were not returned. She then proceeded to tell me it was her and to forget about my case becait was too hard. Good bye $2000
