Paul: Everydry told us all we need to do is move everything a few feet away from the wall. (Our basement is finished) They destroyed our property with concrete dust covering everything. Try to wipe it off and it scratches items. The dust is in our vents blowing upstairs everyone the heat comes on. They said that they have a vacuum system that would prevent this from happening which either want used it didn't work. We spoke with customer service in person and she was rude and incapable of having a reasonable conversation without eye rolling and aggravated mannerisms. They broke a part of our gutter and tried to half a** fix it like nothing happened after we caught them they told us this is better than it was and this is the way we want. I did the gutters around the entire house last year they're brand new. We spoke with workers that actually do the work and they said this happens in every home. They say in there comments to contact them directly but the receptionist is incredibly rude and tries to use intimidation. So don't bother talking to her on the phone or in person go straight to management. We didn't have a leak but did have moisture be and mold I won't be surprised if we have new problems after the work I've seen from everydry. They will tell you that you will not know they were ever there however. You will need your vents cleaned and a cleaning service when they are through be sure they are responsible for cleaning and damages because they will deny. Take before and after pictures of your entire house not just their work.DON'T USE EVERDRY SCAM.If you'll notice they won't even reply to me because they know what they've done can't be defended. I will continue to edit and keep my review current.

Daniela ZB: I was happy with the work this company has done for my home until now! First invoice to pay the warranty and absolutely no instructions on how or where to make a payment... this is a red flag for me. When a business makes it difficult to pay your bill...they are looking for a way to rack up those late fees! Then when I called, it was still going to be another 24 hours for the payment link. Which then set me over the deadline... so guess who got a late fee. Ridiculous!!!

Supposedly there isn't a filter you can change.. so logically thinking wouldn't it get clogged and dirty?? But Supposedly no maintenance?? Yeah... don't buy it. I can fry fish at 5pm and still smell it at 10 am next day... if you call and say my purifier isn't working they say Oh unplug it and plug it back in... when that doesn't work they say Oh turn it up or down... When that doesn't work you get radio silence...Also if you have a front porch that is concrete with steps they will lie to you to get your business but refuse to fix the area under your porch, because depending on the structure of your basement walls it could collapse and they don't want the liability. They also charge you 75 dollars a year for the life time guarantee. They refused to fix the area under my front porch, after we signed a contract so I have a ditch in my basement ( the part that's under my porch) that they won't fix until I can find someone to tear out my front porch ( which BTW the workers said they would do for a grand under the table).. They do work fast and they are clean but they lie and their 3000 dollar air purifier is Bs and they say they will do your whole house but they dont.... saying Oh yeah we don't do under porches any more.For 20 grand you can do better.

Jimmy Penn: Went here for a job interview… first red flag was the water damaged building (you’d think they’d have it waterproofed) second red flag was a statement by the interviewer “ we don’t drug test so you don’t have to worry about that” you are required to have a DOT card but not pass a drug test??…..and the third and final red flag was the horrendously low pay ( Costco and sams club pay more)

Karl Suher: They do not back their warranty. Called and Jason Quick came out for the warranty repair took a couple of pictures and said he would get back with us. Took off work for repair not to be two hours late and in and out in two minutes. Called at least ten times and Jason would not call back, receptionist kept saying she would leave him a message to call us. Had to call A&M to come out and repair, they were excellent and even came back out to check on it on Christmas Eve. Would not recommend 3D to anyone!!! Family Lopez: Have lived in our home for over 20 years. The front porch/step developed a crack overtime. I used another company who tried to inject concrete and this caused the crack to explode. 3D Structural provided a free quote, came as scheduled, and not only tore out the old concrete and installed new, but rebuilt the 2 story front posts on my home. While rain caused a little delay, the workmanship makes up for any extra days they took to replace this concrete porch/step. I'm very pleased with the results.

Tyler Hawkins: 3D Structural Soultions was contracted to level 1 slab of my driveway and part of my sidewalk in Oct. 2011 for close to $600. Within 1 week of the work being completed I could tell that the cement mixture they used was not curing properly in several spots (it rained for several days following and they did not cover any of the areas or tell me I needed to do so). This past summer I had one of the foreman come to my home to assess the situation. He stated that the cement mixture (which I chose over a synthetic grout) was not covered by the 24 month warranty. However, in October 2011 he stated it would be covered for 1 year with the rest of the work. Now in April 2013 my driveway and sidewalk look worse now than they originally did as both have started to sink again and the crack in my sidewalk was made about 3 times bigger to fill in, now 100% of the fill has come out which is the case for nearly every other area they filled including 1 of the 6 holes they bored in my driveway to raise it. In short this was money completely wasted and now I am looking at spending thousands more to have it fixed properly. Never again would I consider 3D Structural Solutions to do any concrete work at my residence.

David George: Called these guys because they were highly recommended to us and we prefer to do business locally, but we couldn't even get them to show up.We set up an appointment with them and they didn't show because the "appointment wasn't confirmed." We decided it was fair reason and rescheduled three weeks later and called them a day in advance of the new appointment to confirm and had to leave a voicemail during business hours (we were told leaving a voicemail was an acceptable way to confirm). When we called the morning of, they said they weren't coming out because the appointment wasn't confirmed. We responded that they need to come out today because we've already waited so long and followed their procedures, and that was when we were told to take our business elsewhere. We'll comply, gladly.Whoever is in charge over at Forte, I'm sorry we didn't get the chance to do business. I'm sure you do good work, if only your customers could get the chance to experience it for themselves. It seems in order to do so, they have to get through the scheduling gatekeeper first.

Jenelle Horvath: Used them in 2014 for installation of egress window. Apparently the pipe in our house was cracked (unbeknownst to us) and while they were using the wet saw to cut the cement, the pipe leaked. By the time they sent someone inside to check on the progress, after cutting about 3/4 of the cement, they had done $25,000 worth of damage to our basement and items in it. Their negligence caused our insurance company to drop us and we were considered high risk for years, causing us to pay more in insurance.Edit: I emailed Mark Forte after he requested a call back after reading this review. I explained in detail my issues with our experience using his company and he never called or emailed back. Not surprised.Forte was WELL AWARE of the issue when it happened! He did not care about what happened and told me to file a claim with our insurance, that they would take care of it. I asked what the point was for them to be licensed and insured then if they weren't going to right this negligence on their part, that this was their fault, and the owner told me it was our water pipe that was the issue, which is covered under our homeowner’s insurance. Mark Forte has no clue what’s going on. I am not mistaken. This is ABSOLUTELY the company we hired to put two windows in our basement. The second one was not available when we ordered it so we had to wait until October for it to be put in. If we hadn’t already paid for both of them at the same time, we would’ve used another company for the second one. There were red flags from the beginning that I should’ve paid attention to. They don’t return calls or respond to emails. Please find another company with integrity!!

Chris Hildebrandt: These guys were amazing. I called and explained my problem, they asked for pictures of the leak and within 10 minutes sent me a written quote. Appointment was set and they they provided a 30 minute window which was met right on time. The installer called to let me know he was coming and sealed my leak within 45 minutes. The office followed up with a written guarantee and sent me all documents via email. This may have been the most professional organization I have ever dealt with. Well done and I would recommend them to anyone with foundation and structural leaks.

Justin Perkins: Do not recommend. Very unprofessional low-quality work. You will be calling another plumbing company to fix the work that Forte does (and does not do). They did the absolute bare minimum they had to do in my basement to get it dry, not caring at all how or where the water exited the house. I've wasted many of my own Saturdays trying to fix the problems they left behind and now I'm spending $1k on a real plumbing company to do the work they should've done in the first place. These guys put lipstick on a pig and tell you she's a fashion model.
