Alejandra Robles: To begin with, this is probably if not my favorite Wings Etc. location, so to notice how bad the customer service was tonight is saddening. I arrive and the sign says to “seat yourself” so my guest and I do. We sit at the first high table. A male waiter notices us but instead goes to the cashier and starts to count his money for about 10 minutes before my guest decided to stand up and look around the restaurant for help. She finds three waitresses huddled up just gossiping. Then I ask the gentleman for some help. He proceeds to come and take our drink order while a snotty waitress under the name of “Taylor” comes and throws us the menu. I asked her to not do that and she takes one away because at that point my guest was furious and told her to take it. She does not apologize nor does the gentleman, Nicholas, for such behavior. Nicholas not once interacted with us, just dropped off food and made us feel as if we were a burden just by being there. Overall the experience was extremely upsetting, coming from my guest and I who both have experience in waitressing, it is never difficult to treat somebody with kindness.

Timothy Firestone: Service was marginal at best. Food was cold. I’m not sure why this location is so much worse than other wings etc. Locations. I keep saying I’m not coming back to this location, but I have permanently learned my lesson.

Verlet Velazquez: I came in with my brother and cousin after a long day of work we did not look our best, maybe miss judged us from walking in. The lady serving us asked out loud and rudely for our Id clearly I’m 4,0 my brother 37 and my cousin 35. We showed and id and a passport. She proceeded to say it was fake and humiliated us for being Hispanic. We asked for another waiter and he was rude, on our way out he threw the money on the table and did not even touch us his name is Sam! Made us wait to serve us over 30 min our food came out first then he gave us our drinks and threw the straws, ignored us all our meal. Sent the cook to bring our sauce we ordered and slammed our drinks all while apologizing and saying he will get our change from his change cup!! Absolutely the worse service ever. DONT GO THERE THEY DONT LIKE HISPANIC PEOPLE

Keegan Bell: I ordered online and it said it would be ready by 12. I walked in the door, the sign said go by the bar for take out orders. To paint a picture it’s a Thursday morning. Not many people. so I went to the bar, not one server even looked in my direction. I waited there for a good 10-15 minutes and then I had to go hunt someone down to ask if my food is ready. I did find someone. she asked my name and she said oh that one will be a couple more minutes. I worked in food service before, I get it food takes time to cook. so I waited about 10 more minutes, she finally came out with the order that WAS NOT MINE. But get this, right behind the bar there has been a takeout order that’s been there for 45 minutes. Turns out it WAS MINE the whole time. nobody even looked or asked me about it. Not good service guys,NOT GOOD. This is the first bad review iv ever written in my life. But hopefully it will be used as constructive criticism.
