loudog92377: Came here for a couple of coffees and sandwiches. Waited 30 min started asking where is my drink finally made it out with my food absolutely cold. My girlfriend at that point didn’t even want the cold sandwich or the butchered drink that was horribly made. This place made me never want to step foot in a Starbucks again. 30$ for terrible service and horrifically made coffee

Michael Schafer: Went to this Starbucks at 715pm, ordered a frappe, and they said, "sorry, we can't make that, we already put our blender down for the night." They closed 45 minutes later at 8pm. Been here on several other occasions where they've been missing several items from their menu.

Dianna Taylor: Recently visited this location and I have to say I’m very disappointed. I didn’t have any issues with the product just the whole attitude with the manager towards her staff. Jaime is verbally abusive towards her staff and inconsiderate of certain needs to say the least.Customer service in the food and beverage industry shouldn’t be demanding as we as consumers are already demanding. Pushing your staff to emotional breakdowns is very concerning and as a supervisor I would think that a manager would have more respect for the employees that work under her.

Courtney Baker-Beck: LONG DRIVE THRU LINE, which is to be expected between location and it being starbucks, it did take about 5 mins to get my drink and only about a minute for someone to realize I was there to order. The sounded like they were short staffed, which is pretty common anywhere you really go right now. The staff was handling everything they could really well.

J: I have to say my Best Reuben has been mine and My Moms forever. The Reuben panini soooo good , chicken dumpling soup awesome. My son had iced caramel mocha he was very happy. Kat Sky: As someone who absolutely loves coffee and supporting family owned businesses, I was so disappointed. I wanted to like this place so much. I have a cup of coffee almost every morning and I've tried probably 100 places in My life and never once have a had to have someone discard my coffee because it was so bad. I legitimately feel like I would've gotten sick If I drank the latte because it tasted like cleaning supply. I've worked at 2 coffee shops in my life and I know what espresso tastes like, it shouldn't taste like I'm drinking febreeze. I tried to give them another chance and asked if I could trade my drink that had one sip out of it for a cold brew and I was told no I'd have to pay. I already paid 30$ for a hard cookie, cold sandwhich, and 2 lattes that neither me nor my roomate Liked. I had her throw away the full lattes for me. No refund offered, trading it out was forbidden. Terrible taste and terrible customer service to be honest.

Nicolette Potter: I live very close by so I have been excited to try this place out ever since I noticed it 2 weeks ago. Finally found time this morning and am disappointed. The coffee is good and the muffins are delicious, but they have one young kid running the entire shop by himself on a busy Saturday morning. Waited to order for nearly 8 minutes and then waited for my coffee 23 minutes as he slowly made every order and stopped each time to take an order in between. Definitely not a place I can try to sneak into before work unfortunately. Let me know when you hire staff that can handle the rush or at least a second person to run the register while another makes drinks. The wait was actually laughable 2 other customers were laughing about it as well. We all felt sorry for the lonely barista.

Couldn’t even redeem my birthday reward which was a disappointment because I was not turning back around to go back into Mishawaka or take the long way out to Ireland rd. Those ways were out of my way from home that accept Starbucks rewards. So I was pretty disappointed that my birthday reward had to go to waste because the location closed 8 hours before it was to be closed. And I love going to Starbucks, I put a lot of money into Starbucks.
