Bob Brewer gets an A++ for both communication and service, as both products were designed and installed flawlessly under his supervision. He quickly responded to all messages/questions as we navigated the process, and successfully trained our dog to the fence. A few months later, a mole chewed through the Invis Fence wire, and WISSCO did a same-day repair! Big shout-out to Jay, Tim and Larry also for the excellent service! Kimberly Min: This is my first time ever to leave a bad review on google and it's based on my three prior experiences of using their services. I was kind of sucking them up until I became really upset today.First service call - I had them come over to repair the sprinkler system after I moved into the current home. Not only they charged me $254 for the investigation visit, no repair at all, but also it took them two weeks to send me the quote for repair. Instead of sending me the quote, they scheduled me two new appointments which I had to call them each time to timely cancel those and clarify that I did not request for a service visit but was waiting for their quote. An evidence of their malfunctioning communication system.When I finally received the quote (of $2,100), it was not itemized to show the broken-down cost of each different service and part, which I specifically asked the service person so I would not need to go back and forth with them to find the necessary information to decide which repairs I wanted to do at the moment. Additional evidence of their malfunctioning communication system.What was even worse, the service person diagnosed that my rid'o rust motor is broken so replace it with a new one costing over $300 only for the part. In fact, later I found out that the motor had no problem at all, I simply had to turn on the switch back on the motor. Evidence of their substandard professionalism.Second service call - I hired them to repair a leakage in one of the zones. I knew the exact point of leak, so it was not a job like he needed to dig everywhere to find the rupture point. The service person adjusted a few sprinkler heads but there was no other additional repair because we had already done a major repair less than a month ago. It took them one and 45 minutes to dig a shallow hole to recap a loosened capped off pipe-end. The worst part is the leakage was not completed repaired. Additional evidence of their substandard professionalism.Third service call - Yes, I am not happy with the conversation with Tereasa. Wissco's communication system is definitely not working well since I did not receive your reminder emails. When a customer asks about any additional consideration could be given if she forgot to cancel timely because somehow she DID NOT receive any of your reminder emails and she's not like complaining or anything like that. You really shouldn't threaten the customer to charge a full hour rate as a cancellation fee which is illegal under the customer protection law or say it's the customer's fault not to mark it on a calendar since I made it clear I wasn't trying to argue whose fault it was. Such a poor customer service, really shouldn't respond back to the customer that harsh.Service:Irrigation system repair maintenance
J B: Worst customer service.You caused a leak ,told us it would be okay till spring and it would get fixed. Leak froze over winter and cost us hundreds in water bills. Asked someone to come look at it , and was told it would be 4 to 6 weeks out. Was referred to plumber who charged us a couple thousand to fix your mistake. Have documentation stating leak was caused by irrigation company from city water and plumber. Wissco comes out to turn on sprinklers ,and has no record of any of this , except an issue with my meter. Charges me another 700 to reconnect but never tested or turned on my system. Jacob Kisor: I have used Wissco to install 2 invisible fences on 2 large yards, one about an acre, the other about 1.5 acres. I also had them install irrigation sprinklers and flower bed drips on the larger property. From start to finish, I have never had less than a GREAT experience with the company. People are ALWAYS courteous on the phone when I call, Bob Brewer is an excellent person to work with and always goes above and beyond what I would expect. They have taken great care to help my dog feel comfortable with the invisible fence, fixing sprinkler heads, teaching me how to use the app enabled sprinkler system(worth the extra money!) and I am glad to k ow they’ll be available in the future should a need or problem arise. I wholeheartedly encourage anyone to reach out to Wissco for irrigation systems and invisible fences.

Tyler Springer: These guys are the real deal. Punctual, professional, and fair. They were able to come out in a few days (not weeks like other places) and were very reasonably priced. There was one sprinkler head that wasn't working 100% afterwards and they even came out after hours to fix it on their way home one day.

They have the best price of all surrounding irrigation providers and have great customer service. They installed super fast (both times)with ZERO issues. Daniele Schiavazzi: Terrible experience. They charged me $165 for the replacement of a PVC pipe without even making it water tight. They wanted to convince me that the problem with my irrigation system was the insufficient pressure in the house, and to spend $750 so a plumber could replace a 1/2" supply pipe (it was actually 3/4") with a 1" pipe. The problem turned out to be completely different, and related to a valve in the backyard that wasn't working, and a disconnected pipe in one of the zones. Glad I did not listen to them and called someone else with the patience and the determination to solve my problem.P.S.: I have a gravity system that does not require to be winterized.

Keith Stone: Have had Trademark out twice this year - once to fix an inoperable system (thanks to the prior vendor who left our system completely disconnected electrically so we "had" to call them back), and once to shut the system down/blow out the lines just a couple days ago. Shaun Stanley: If you read the negative reviews you will find that ALL the 1 star reviews are all about BILLING issues or a misunderstanding and have nothing to do with the actual service or quality of their work. Billing issues can be easily resolved whereas high quality, reliable and affordable service is hard to find! Joe has been out to dig in preparation for a major project twice and I have nothing but praise for the work done so far. I will update again when the final work is complete..** Update 8/7/20Fast forward two weeks later to the actual irrigation repair which was just completed last week. One zone was completely destroyed by the septic work and one zone partially damaged. By damaged, I mean completely torn out of the ground. Trademark's crew of 4-5 arrived right at 8AM as promised and powered though the work until its completion by 1PM. I did not ask their names but they were polite, professional, and accommodating. They even added a couple extra heads to our system which is 30 years old (the design of the landscaping has changed a lot since then so it was needed) without me having to ask. One of my neighbors came out and asked them to run the zone a bit further away from her property compared to where the old zone was located and they complied perfectly. Happy neighbor and happy customer!I have had many experiences with getting skilled labor jobs done during COVID. They have ranged from poor to barely par to slightly above average. I'm not overly picky and I expect some level of professionalism...but what really matters is the finished job and WOW! Covid or before, this has been one of the BEST experiences I have had as a 20 year homeowner with any company. Definitely my new go-to guys for irrigation should anyone ask.I received my invoice today which was very detailed and the price was quite reasonable!
Janet Cooper: Trademark Irrigation is very professional and responsive. I had the underground sprinklers installed, then the sod laid. We were in the middle of a heat wave and the sprinklers needed to be adjusted after the sod was laid down. They showed up on my doorstep within 24 hours to make sure the sprinklers were adjusted and save the sod from scorching. Now THAT'S customer service! I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Keith Hodgson: Absolutely horrible experience with this company. After working on our sprinkler system, I came home to water gushing out of a pipe into my lawn. Twelve days later I finally received a response from their customer service regarding the situation. They said the pipes were old so they refused to assume any responsibility for the damage. Never again!! (6/3/2020) It's amazing how quickly the company responded after the review was left. I guess that matters more to them than their initial customer service.

Aisha Stitt: Didn't have the opportunity to become a customer. After a 6 week process from trying to book online. They offered online booking; when they came and took a look at the home the understood a push mower would take longer than expected. 1 wk later; sent a person to scope out the size of the yard. Was "Upsold" one a one-time clean up job that seemed a bit overpriced considering I had my lawn maintained 2 weeks prior before their first visit. Another 1-2 week to finalize on a quote. The next week they came out to start work on the lawn. Had to cancel due to rain. [UNDERSTANDABLE] the next 2 days I received text notifications from the "House Call" app stating they would "Be there Within the 1Hr", For 2 days straight, only to find my yard now at 12" height. NOW I believe I need a one-time clean-up, after a 6 week process. I do understand lawn service is an essential job and will give them the benefit of the doubt, but a live-person courtesy call would have eased some of the frustration.

Michelle Roberts: I contacted Weaver Lawn & Landscape for a project we needed to have done in our backyard. I asked them to set up an appointment to come by and give us an estimate. The next day, the co-owner came to my house unannounced and without an appointment, walked right into my backyard where my daughter was playing. Then he told me what I need to do with my yard and what he would charge. He never asked me what I wanted to have done-he just told me what he thought should be done. He rushed away and I never got a written estimate. Later I find out that he only provides written proposals if we accepted his offer, which to me is backwards. Meanwhile, the other co-owner emailed me and asked to set up an appointment for an estimate. I responded and told him that his co-owner just showed up at my house without an appointment and just walked into my yard. I never got a response from the company. I work in the service industry and if a customer ever had a complaint like I did, we would do our best to make it right, even if we never hear from that person again. This company has poor customer service!
