Chris Papai: In hard times, WWP has been there for me. Instead of a loan with outra outrageous interest and financing fees I'd rather take my stuff to them.They've taken good care of it and they allow me to extend it if I can't get the money right away to pay them back.They've really helped me a lot. I'm grateful for them. Quality merchandise & excellent customer service .

Lifestyles of the Poor and Unknown: Bought a gaming headset several weeks ago. I asked the employee who was assisting me if the headset could be used on Xbox. His reply, "yes, you can absolutely use this on xbox". Got home, turned the game on, and to my surprise the Hyper X headset I purchased is not compatible with Xbox. Some licensing issue. I tried to return it and was greeted with an equally snobby, and stuck up female employee who quickly dispatched me with her Supreme rudeness, in telling me, "the item couldn't be returned as it was past 10 days.A great policy, when you have individuals working for you who lack both knowledge and common sense. Basically just screwed my out of $30. There are too many places to shop, places where you're treated with respect and not given misinformation. I have one item at this pawn shop, and in about 2 weeks, I'll be getting it out, and I'll never shop at Worldwide Jewelry & Pawn again. It's easy to lose customers in this day, but not so easy to get them back. Shop carefully.

Tiffani bell: If I could give this zero stars, I would a month or two ago I went in there with the MacBook and I pawned it. I got 50 bucks, and I got it out Maybe a week later there was screws missing from my MacBook at the bottom not only that I tried pawn it again, a week ago And they said they couldn’t take it but took it to three months ago. Terrible customer service. DO NOT GO HERE unless you want your item broke and terrible customer service I’m friends with drew the general manager he will be knowing about this

Abaddon Lucifer: They offered me $100 for my $1500 Yamaha brand Trumpet.Rule of thump when going to World Wide Cons, look on eBay for the CHEAPEST listing you can find from someone who doesn't have any idea what they are selling, then give yourself 10% of THAT listing.So recap, of somone on ebay listed a playstation 5 (for example) for $10, then WorldWide Cons will offer you $1 for yours so they can "make a profit in the current market"Meanwhile I've seen products on their shelves for MORE than retail price is for those items new.The biggest problem is no morals. I don't believe people should take advantage of stupidity and ignorance. But the World Wide moto is "if they don't know any better, take them for all the are worth"

Thank you and hope this steers a few people away from there avoiding people who Would take advantage or profit from someone in need.

james cook: I'm the owner of gold and diamonds we havnt sold g shocks since 2010 and the ones we did sell were 100% real diamonds if you bought it here and you were told the diamonds were not real , why wouldn't you return it . Your still more than welcome to bring it back , but I know for a fact if it came from here the diamonds are real . Bring it in . I will personally guarantee if it's from here there real. Sounds like you had ammituers look at it. I think rival shop asked you to leave a fake review.

Two previous shops we’re sketchy only offing 700 less calling our gold coins scrap price only is what they will offer.Well at Chirstos all our questions were satisfied were had fair numbers that he was willing to move up on a little. We had been set back by Covid hitting and just need to get fair a market price we could. We were happy with the deal we made. Would recommend highly to just start here. Thank you

I had called ahead so Basil was expecting me, but I'm not sure he expected so much to look at. He was very friendly and was not at all shocked at how much I had brought. I was there about three hours, but it did not seem like three hours. He, his wife, his friend Nappy and I visited and shared stories. It was not like a business transaction. It was more like meeting friends. I knew nothing about the coins I had and Basil took the time to explain a lot to me about what to keep, what to auction, etc. I thought he was very fair on prices. In fact, I plan to take some more of my own items up there to see what he might be interested in as I downsize more of my possessions. Thanks Basil and crew for a fun morning

Dalana McCain: Jr Foxx on Ireland has exceeded our exceptions. My husband went here with his mom to pick out my engagement ring, with little direction from me. Nick (husband) gave them the ideas of what I was looking for, and he said they gave him a very good selection. The consultant also gave Nick some advice on when/where to propose because he was so nervous. She suggested doing it when doing something we normally do together, she told him her husband did it while cooking since they cook together all the time. Nick was so excited, he did it as soon as he got home.I have had 2 small diamonds fall out, and they replaced them and I had my ring back and cleaned within a few days. I wouldn't go ANYWHERE else but here for fine jewelry. So happy with the service and the selection. They also offer easy financing options as well. They answered all our questions, and were honest to make sure we didn't spend out of our means. 10/10

TG Willis: I purchased a Seiko watch here last year. I recently dropped the watch off to have a pin replaced for the bracelet. I was informed it would take roughly a week. I called after about 6 days to inquire, and I was told that the part would arrive sometime in the following week, but that they were not sure when. I understand that shipping times are odd in the time of COVID, so I waited another week and heard nothing. I stopped in to pick up my watch and was told by a staff member that Seiko had not sent the part, and that it was not under their control. While I completely understand that, a little bit of communication would have gone a long way. I am very disappointed by this experience and will be purchasing/servicing my watches elsewhere.
