James Weaver: Took a cylinder in to get a seal put in. Quote was 400 and the bill turned out to be 1200. The cylinder leaked worse than when I took it to them. Said they don't leak test. Took it to fluid power and they said that it had wrong seals in it they fixed my issue and only charged me 110 dollars called Westside and they can't do anything for me. Never again. Got me once

foxdenn fox: Salesperson was Bryan. Uninformed about product. I was led to believe I would get an owner’s manual and a full tank of fuel. I called Bryan about the owner’s manual. He said it was not available. Company with 17 stores can’t get an manual for a 2017 3025E tractor?🤔 Maybe it was his first sale or maybe he just doesn’t want repeat customers. So, if you decide to look at Greenmark ask questions about the sales person and get it in writing.
Steve Boussom: Since Greenmark has had the green and yellow they have always taken great care of me while seeking parts and service.
Josiah Kauffman: Had a bead battery in my car right by the dealership and no body would lend a hand.
James Smith II: Service will not return calls. You loose money that way!!Update 4/13/2022 - Service called me after my review. They have repaired my lawn tractor in a timely manner. Another update will come after I test the tractor more to see if the repairs made was done properly. Then, maybe another star will appear.
TIM HIRSCH: Purchased a Gator and a Zero turn mower on the same day sale's was great to work with. Service on the other hand is horrible. Had leaf bagging system installed on mower a few months after purchase was not going to honor the price that was quoted when machine was purchased. Second there service is very slow and they do not p/u and deliver when they say they will. They do not return calls when you leave them a message. My Gator has been there for a week and I have no updates, called this morning to find out they have not even started working on it. I know it is hard to find good people these days but for a company to just not care about the customer after the sale is crazy. You got my money so why take care of me.

Robert Basker: Don't go to Lowes, Walmart or Rural king for your outdoor power equipment. You will find the best stuff in the market here.
Ted Tomaszewski: Can't say enough about the helpful courteous staff at the plow building. Made sure I didn't buy what I didn't need, and gave me quick tour. I will make the 40 min drive from s.w. Michigan whenever I need something.

Taylor Coquillard: There are a few local mower dealers and service centers in my area, but Weaver Ag and Lawn have been the best to work with. All three dealerships hold the same level of professionalism and a customer-first mindset at the top of their priority list. With their caliber of work and sales, it is understandable how service-times can be a little longer than most, but when my equipment is ready to be picked up, I can guarantee it was looked-at and serviced to the best of their ability. Big thanks to Joe, Brett, Chris and the Weavers (Adam and Ken) for taking care of me and my equipment!

Tj hauling and mowing: Very knowledgeable and we will be coming back here for more business and if things go be buying quite a bit of equipment overtime since my business is slowly growing they are doing a lot better job than tractor supply since tractor supply need to learn on how to treat your customers they need to be more like these guys who knows they'll equipment so keep up the good work
MereJosh Baker: Was really excited to come in and talk to someone about buying some new equipment but I never got the chance.. No one greeted me as I walked in, no one came to see if I had any questions about what I was looking at either. While I was looking at some equipment I over heard some employees behind the counter choosing some less than professional language when referring to a customer that was “giving us problems”. Overall the trip was a waste of time and I was very unimpressed, So I went elsewhere and bought everything I was looking for at Riggs. If you are looking for a buying experience where your literally on your own till you swipe your card or write a check this is your place!
