alicia whitmore: Not many vegetarian options here in south bend while I’m visiting, that are organic. Had a ton of quinoa in my bowl, which is fine, but I would’ve loved more beets! I will be returning to this restaurant:)
Tyler 64: Great place for proper nutrition! But for the smoothie bowl price I shouldn’t be getting premade chocolate moca smoothie base that you can tell was sitting in the fridge for 3+ hrs so all the worker had to do was throw on the toppings and send it out the door. It shouldn’t be like the consistency of ice cream it should be like a smoothie. We all like freshness! Other than that I love the place!

David Smith: Such a great place with great healthy options! While it’s a little expensive, the quality of food and service is always consistent. Be aware of going on Notre Dame home game weekends just because it can be very busy. Also, pro-tip: ask about their oatmeal deal on Sundays 😊

Cinimod Groption: NEW REVIEW: Dang! This place is reallll good! I used to have some issues with this location but I’ve come here a handful of times since and everything has improved. Great selection of juices, smoothies, and other consumables. The people who work here are kind and attentive. I just love it! I come here a few times a week. I love the chocolate maca bowl which now comes with 4 toppings! Anyways, just had to edit my review because y’all have stepped up your game and I appreciate it!OLD REVIEW: I have loved Purely Pressed for years but this location is slacking. The interior and expanded coffee menu is nice but the bowls here do not have that INCREDIBLE factor. They look sloppy, especially compared to the original location. Also, the flavor/texture seemed off from what I have normally experienced. If you’ve only had stuff from here I strongly suggest trying the one on Cleveland, it is superior from the staff to the smoothies. I’m not saying it’s terrible or anything… just not worth what you’re paying at this price point.
Tracy Warhop: I have purchased from both locations multiple times and the quality of organic and fresh food here is unlike anywhere else in the area. I have very specific food needs and the employees made everything exactly how I needed it with the knowledge to do so. Thankful for quality and care of nutrition.
Deana Hummel: I love their bowls and smoothies! However their service is extremely slow on Friday July 22nd, with no customers to wait on. Going back to the location in State Road 23.

Brooke Laine: Ordered the açaí bowl and it came out melted, and runny. I am Vegan so I asked if the granola has honey in it and they gave me a weird look and said they didn’t know. They even asked the owner and even the owner said “I don’t know”.One would assume that if you own a business you know what food your buying and what kind of ingredients you are serving your customers. If you have a food allergy I definitely would not recommend coming here.
Sydney: Great people work here, but I think the quality of the bowls has gone down recently. I often find fruit chunks and toppings amounts has gone down. For the price, it should be perfect.

John Gladden: We came tonight after making an order with Uber eats for over $55 worth of stuff. Really excited to get our order when we showed up and turns out that somebody inadvertently (accidentally? Maliciously? I guess we’ll never know… :-)Anyway it turns out our order was picked up by somebody else. Not to be deflated, we explained the situation to the staff (Serenity and Aleajaih)... and they were very helpful and went about making our order again right away. The evening manager, Whitney, took care of us straight away and facilitated the whole ordering process. Everyone was super friendly and all at the same time they were in the weeds with drive-through customers lined up around the block. Excellent customer service in spite of being incredibly busy and great food to boot. Definitely recommend! People don’t ordinarily think that corporate stores can give that down-home, old time customer service vibe that you used to get from the franchise spots. Not true! Thanks!!

Timothy Bush: Small chicken tenders like the ones I buy at Kroger and bake are bigger, got our food no drinks at first had to remind the staff short staffed only 3 workers during a lunch rush, on guy seems new, don't know what you have to do to get more staff maybe pay more who knows?

Zcall: Had a pickup order with purely pressed. Came in and was told someone else had taken it already. The employee there at the time was unwilling to make the order again and was rude and dismissive.
Jessie Parker: Probably the worst latte I’ve ever had, super watery and coffee grinds in every sip. Oatmeal was just ok, sprinkled a couple blueberries for .50 cents. It seemed like the owners were there, which I would hope for better service considering.

Dora Madsen: Excellent smoothies and staff. Love the option to replace bananas with cauliflower. Management/staff are very friendly and knows repeat customers by name. A little on the pricey side, but smoothies and bowls are not diluted with ice as a filler, as well as ingredients are organic, so as they say, you get what you pay for!

Mae Bond: Smoothie King In Granger.One of the worst services I've ever experienced. The drive thru cashier had an attitude before she even took our order. She had liquid flowing outside of the cup, and when we asked to have it wiped off first before heading it to us, things really got worse. Finally, we had to ask for our money back (she only gave us a portion of it back while dropping our change on the ground). When we asked to speak to a supervisor, she was still talking badly about us with an attitude and continued to do so in front her supervisor. Plainly no respect. If you have an bad attitude, stay home because it cost your employer money and time as well as their customers. We're never going back because this is unacceptable, and we will be taking our money else where
