Cameron Robbins: Yard is great! Nice vehicle selection. Does get muddy frequently, so bring boots. Staff is nice and understanding. Only thing that I can't stand are the prices. All lKQ locations, not just this one. Unnecessary warranty and core fees. Lots of parts you can get for cheaper now brand new and have shipped to the house. And core fees like $8 for a Tailgate. I just spent $70 on a Tailgate and you want to charge another $8 on top or tell your customers to spend more gas come back with a Tailgate that you're about to sell to someone for $70. I guess the main thing please tell us the full listed price including fees and everything. Stop putting in hidden prices.

Roberto C. Santos: Employees are very customer oriented. Yard is very organized and found most vehicles in their assigned lots. Found a dog house for my van but was not sure if it would fit. Prices are a little high but at least theu told me to keep receipt and have 90 days to return. wow! I love this place :)

Lucia Bianchi: Pay very close attention to how you are rang up. You must SPECIFICALLY SAY NO WARRANTY, or they will take you to the cleaners! Some parts a warranty makes sense, but other parts it is grossly unnecessary, like plastic trim pieces etc. Do your homework, don't leave anything of value unattended. Bring a friend, and do not stay long, and always watch who is lurking around you.

Rina: Got a headlight and the assembly bracket and mirror - all parts purchased cost MORE THAN NEW PARTS ONLINE! and they added warranty for each part without even asking. 1st time buying there and do not plan on going back-

Why can’t I call the yard and ask if the car I need is still on lot when it was on the website the day before and not now? “Yards don’t take incoming calls” dumb as can be. Do not try to call them for anything cause all you’ll get it the runaround.

GL productions: If I could give a zero star I would. Worst junk yard ever to go to. Nothing but a bunch of scums. They give terrible prices and Terrible customer service. I’ve been here more than just a handful of times so trust me when I say there prices are jacked. I will never come here again the Paul’s in Elkhart is better prices wise and they treat a customer better. This junk yard is by far the worst I’ve ever been to. Don’t reccomend this one it’s junk just like the workers there lol.

No explanation on why they chose to go with an older vehicle and label the parts tag a year newer. Fil Cevriz: Needed a part I couldn't find anywhere. The dealership wouldn't sell me the part alone and they requested $200 for a diagnostic and $2k to repair the part.I found Veldman's online, gave them a call and they were able to work with me and get the part shipped to me all the way up to Canada!Great customer service and communication. Got the part quickly and was able to fix my car myself saving me over $1800. Thanks again guys

Doug Wilson: I found this auto parts company through an ebay search. The part I was ordering was far cheaper than other dealers for the same part. I also hadn't ordered from ebay in a while and though I tried to update my address in the middle of the order, ebay still defaulted to my old address. After a couple calls and an email to confirm my information, the staff at Veldman's were able to override ebay's auto shipment and rerouted it to my correct address for me. The staff that I spoke to were all extremely friendly and helpful. Will order from them again in a heartbeat! Thanks!

Robert B: Had a recent dealing with those guys and unfortunately it wasn't handled professionally. Bought 4 items from their ebay store and things went silent. No replays to messages and when I called I was transferred to the eBay guy I charged with no luck but voice mail. In fact the last call the person on the phone told me the eBay person right here but once again voice mail. Last when I left voice mail to ask for the tracking number then sent me a message back saying there are damage to the Items. ALL OF THEM. Lol. Which a man in a flying horse can see what's happening and a refund was issued. I would be careful dealing with them online. Maybe in person better since I also check the feedback on this matter. It seems to be the same as my issue. If it's too good they keep it.
