I along with a friend observed about a year later that the roof did not seem to be done right and there were some other issues that needed attention. I contacted Denny Shay who came out and agreed that the roof was not done properly by the last crew and he would look into it. Admitting the job was not done properly, Home Works hired a better crew who replaced my whole roof at no other cost to me. The crew was out there non-stop from 8:30 am untill 6:00pm and did a fantastic job! This company 100 % stands by its warranty!

Kate Alber: We contracted with HomeWork to remodel the outside of out home. Their project management has been nothing short of subpar. They forgot to tell the painter we wanted the soffits painted, so now it has to be done after the siding which is going to cost thousands in prep work. They also miscounted the number of shutters needing to be stained. They scheduled the shutters to be installed before they were even stained. We were told they could do metal railing to enclose the basement egress but have now been told that was never part of the contracted price. I haven't seen the project manager since before the remodel began, despite her saying she'd be here weekly to monitor progress. There hasn't been a worker at my home in 2 weeks, and I have 50 shutters just sitting in my garage waiting for install.The ONLY redeeming fact is that their contracted companies for siding, gutters and painting are wonderful. Save yourself the headache and save money by contacting the individual contractors yourself!

He had already done an aerial review of my roof so he knew how to appropriately quote prior to our meeting.He was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions.I ended up going with HomeWorks per their certified methods of install that would allow for craftsmanship and materials warranty. If I move, new owners can get the warranty. I also liked the sales rep a lot and the price was good!Crew was very hard working and got the job done in a day. They worked many hours that day. E R: UPDATE 2022: My home looks fantastic, and I have people stopping to say how much they love the improvement. Thanks to HomeWorks for helping my home's curb appeal.It was well worth the wait to have siding, exterior painting, and some masonry done, and I am beyond happy with the results! This was likely a once-in-a-lifetime project for me that I saved up for over a few years. I had a lot of hopes riding on it, and they met every expectation, were honest, skillful and prompt. My home was covered with cedar shingles which needed to be removed, then siding installed trim painted, and natural stone details articulated with the siding. The worksite is challenging with narrow and very high access to some points (1920's era home with "character").They replaced most rotting wood they found for free. I experienced FANTASTIC communication with the administrative assistant/project coordinator (Savanah) who was nothing but polite and responsive throughout the entire process. When I needed clarification about any details, Savanah and Jeremy (who sold the job without pressuring me) were patient and EXTREMELY good at clarifying due to being articulate and intelligent. I was anxious to have the work done, naturally, and unlike some companies, every member of the Homeworks crew (painters, guys who worked on the stones, demolition crew, project supervisor Tony, the carpenter who replaced the wood, and administration/supervisors Jeremy and Nathan) were thoughtful and kind to me. These are crazy times and life is stressful enough, so many, many thanks to Homeworks for making my project a satisfying one. I would confidently recommend them to anyone.Service:Exterior painting

Shawn Nickholds: Unfortunately I have had two vastly different experiences with HomeWorks. I used them in 2020 to finish my basement, and was very happy with the experience. They were very responsive throughout the process, worked with me to make sure I was getting exactly what I wanted, and I was happy with the final product. Because of that experience I went back to them when I needed to do some repair work due to some water damage. Unfortunately this second experience was completely different. (I believe this is a separate department within HomeWorks for what that is worth). After initially reaching out I was contacted to get some basic info and was told someone would follow up with me to set up a walkthrough and estimate. That never happened. After not hearing back I reached out again and was told they were busy but that I would get a call back. Again that call back never happened. In the end, as much as I wanted to go with HomeWorks for that job I had to go with someone else who would actually respond. So, while I would recommend them for larger remodeling jobs, I would definitely not recommend them for smaller home maintenance/repair jobs.

The project was complicated and involved adding new plumbing and sewer connections, new wiring, new walls - the works! HomeWorks did high quality work at a relatively quick pace, coming up with solutions to inevitable difficulties and keeping us well-informed on the progress. Thanks!

Dad: If I could give this company more then a 5 star I would. They were very professional and did exactly what they said they would. They put on a roof for my mother and worked late in the night to finish, because of a rain storm coming the next day. I appreciate them and will use them again.

Ben Barnett: It was ok. They have a good selection of Medallion cabinets on display along with different counter tops. We were greeted when we entered but not very enthusiastically. The lady seemed hesitant to help and was more worried about commuting lead time and long delays than getting the process started. I know lead times are long but wanted to get started. We got handed off to another associate who stated again the lead time and it would be a month before they could even start the project. They didn't even take out information to follow up or schedule a future appointment. Just told us to look around and review products to get an idea of what we like. Felt like we were in a big box store, lacking personal service. Business is booming right now with plenty of work but shouldn't dismiss customers that could be the future. Was overall an underwhelming experience. Will be looking for a contractor or a cabinet place that provides a more personal touch.

Marvin Dawson: Very bad experience. We thought cabinets were good decision till one of the drawer tracks broke. We suspect is was broken all along as we had Tupperware in the drawer. We have waited more than two weeks for a part to fix it and haven’t seen it. We have never received an itemized bill and are sure we were over charged. When you spend nearly 30k and get no service you realize what a poor decision you have made. Run the other way from these guys. Seriously run.

Erin Filson: We built a brand new home and ordered cabinets from cloud brothers. They were delivered in March of 2019 and we still are struggling to get our remaining cabinet doors now in January 2020. Customer service and follow up are almost non existent. I was blamed because of a sink I ordered didnt fit correctly but I emailed the sink specs to the salesman before I even ordered it. He also came out to our house and measured himself yet our washer and dryer still didnt fit and had to reorder a cabinet and have our granite counter top recut. The cabinet doors under the sink were also measured incorrectly twice. I was told cloud brothers would be contacting me directly a couple different times and I never heard a word, I had to keep reaching out to my contractor. We also had to return multiple cabinets upon deliver because the quality was poor- they were nicked, scratched or paint was already peeling at mitre joint. If I want to really complain, the salesman actually gave me a sample for a different color than what I thought I ordered so when my cabinets came I wasnt thrilled either but I chose to live with it because of the delays and lack of service. I take responsibility that I could have been way more vocal and complained. But at this point I'm at my breaking point. I dont recommend them for anything now. So disappointed and wasted $15K when I could of got a better product, service and price through a big box store like Lowe's.Also, if your management is going to respond to this message, they dont need to waste their time with the generic message they post on all negative reviews. I can and already have read those and I can email the contact listed.

They were suppose to give us a little discount as we had a friend who worked for them for many years. Went back to purchase and take home. When we got the paperwork we asked where the discount was at. The sales lady said there isn't any. She didn't know the product very well and allowed a gentleman to help us who also said he'd give us some money off. We had done business with them for over twenty years. We had removed and thrown out our old mattress so we needed it that day. No discount and it was very rude to say one thing and not follow through. Very dissatisfied with them. Not the place it use to be. Should never lie to customers.
