Jerry6789 Callahan: This place is a hidden gem. With every bite I promise that it be a flavor explosion in your mouth...Me and my wife just love the food and how nice Sunny and her worker's are to us and to everyone...
Paul Schermerhorn: Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 4/5Recommended dishes Chap Chae, BibimbapMore
Greg K: Very good food. However they stop seating at 6:00.
Ray Owen: I really enjoyed the food here. I grew up in South Korea, and the food is definitely authentic. I stopped in with my wife after ordering some desserts down the street at Westside bakery, and it was a nice impromptu date! Definitely stop in when itโ€™s warmer out, because their outdoor patio area is nice.
Robin Liebetrau: Awesome Food, Thanks Sunny!Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5 โ€ฆMore
Jaynie Bruce: Best food ever. Staff is friendly and owner treats partons like family love this place highly recommended for all
Kraftyla: Super great food, very friendly and just generally nice
Andy Spite: Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 4/5More
Angela Sahli: Great food, friendly and helpful staff! The outdoor seating is really lovely, but you definitely come here for the delicious food made with love. Not a huge menu, but plenty of great options. Quick service and the homemade cheesecake (totally unexpected) was really good.
James Mitchell: So good, southern Korean style food here. Don't expect veggies in your bulgogi. When bringing the heat expect more a salty/sweet
Jim Hurst: Ilove Sunny's, but their hours....difficult to make it after work....everthing else is great!
Matt Christianson: Great place! They have great bibimbap and a nice little patio to sit at. Their kimchi was also really good! Definitely a place you wouldnโ€™t know about if somebody didnโ€™t tell you, but Iโ€™m really glad someone told me!
Samantha Wamsley: Me and my boyfriend found this place sometime last week and learned very quickly not to judge a book by its cover! It was a small and older building, but once we sat down, the magic that has enchanted everyone else made sense. The food was incredible and high quality, amazing portions for the money spent, and the server was knowledgeable and kind.Cons: Due to the heat we couldn't enjoy their beautiful outdoor seating, and the inside is a bit dark, dated, and cramped, but charming, with the traditional decor. Curb appeal was a little lacking but a small facelift would make this gem shine even brighter. 3Vegetarian options: They had tons of options for vegetarian or vegan diets.
Jessica Bancroft: I can't belive we've been in Mishawka for 7 years and just now had this delicious food. I can't explain it but a good home cooked meal left us elated for the rest of the day. The food was absolutely delicious. Best Korean food I've had so far. I feel like we will be life long customers now. Sunny is amazing, after our meal she spoke with us for some time and is such a sweet lady. We immediately went to Martin's and bought her awesome sauce and kimchi! This place is a must!
Michelle Walters: Met friends and had a great dinner. Ate on the patio and enjoyed the beautiful plants.Vegetarian options: The food was delicious. I am vegan and had many dishes to choose from. Our group shared many dishes and I liked them all!!Parking: No problem parking. Just a few feet away.
Mackenzie Garrett: Wonderful staff and delicious food! I'm not from around here but I wouldn't mind coming here again just to visit the restaurant
E Wil: Great bibimbop! Love the Kimchee! Will definitely come again when I'm anywhere near the area!
Myo Win: Taste was great. but very pricey for portion of the food.Dine in: Yes Outdoor seating: Yes Takeout: Yes Delivery: No Curbside pickup: No โ€ฆMore
Boka Mash: Dine in: YesMore
A Whaley: Food was salty and she tasted to tell me it wasn't salty. I couldn't even eat my food, because it was so salty. Wouldn't compensate our bill or nothing. Also, they give little food for the prices.

Theodora Vanyar: So! First thingโ€™s first: I have never had Korean BBQ before, so I have no basis for comparison. However! The house-made kimchi is the BEST I have ever had.We did the Korean in-table grill thing and got the beef ribs and bulgogi/bulgoki. I highly recommend both. Our server was amazing, attentive and helpful for a n00b like me.

Jamie Stacy: Just tried this place for the first time tonight. It was amazing ๐Ÿ˜€ loved all the sauce and fixings they served with the tender meat, everything was so fresh and delicious and flavorful. Nice staff also ๐Ÿ˜Š Canโ€™t wait to try more things, we will definitely be back ๐Ÿ˜ƒ
Rebecca Forsythe: Food is always good and the owner is very helpful!
HUNTER 57435: Great sushi. I almost tried everything on the menu and I love it allFood: 5/5|Service: 4/5|Atmosphere: 5/5 โ€ฆMore
้˜ฟๅˆ—ๅ…‹่ฐข: The restaurant's aesthetics give off authenticity. Food items were authentic too, but the quality and taste of each dish could vary quite significantly. The fried rice, for example, tasted like something an exhausted parent scooped out from a large bowl of leftover fried rice and reheated by microwave for crying kids after a long workday. The portion of each dish was by no means generous by the American standard. (Alas we shall surely first blame this extremely inflationary climate for that.)
Ryan Rininger: I would consider myself to be one of their regulars. If you ask my friends where I want to eat, they will all say Seoul Garden. The food is always absolutely delicious!! The staff takes care of every customer and treats them with the most amazing hospitality! I absolutely love this place and make all of my friends try it at least once or twice.
Carmen Ryan: Amazing authentic food and very friendly service. The food is very affordable as well. Definitely one of our favorite places to eat.Vegetarian options: Lots of options to choose from.Parking: Lots of space to park.
StacynBrody Prather: Very disappointed with the sushi here. I was on my lunch break, stopped in, saw some of the others food, looked and smelled delicious, so I ordered. I got two rolls to go. When I got back to work and opened my container, this is what I received. One very poorly wrapped roll, practically falling apart. The nori on both rolls was super tough and chewy. The fish did NOT taste fresh at all, had a freezer burnt taste. The other roll was wrapped in eel, which was supposed to be crunchy, but they wrapped avocado around it or under it( it was hard to tell) and it was just mushy. Very bland. The ginger tasted like antiseptic, and was bright pink, so it probably came out of a bottle with a bunch of chemicals and the Wasabi was not hot. Overall very, very disappointing, especially because the 2 rolls came to just under $30!
Soonphil Hong: Polite & Kind๐Ÿ’• I love โค๏ธ to eat Authentic Korean Barbecue Grill Cooked Right at your Table-I love ๐Ÿ’• Sushi ๐Ÿฃ๐Ÿ’•Sashima ๐Ÿฑ
Stephanie Luallin: Had the Korean pancake, wasabi dumplings, and bibimbap and it was all SO good! Especially the wasabi dumplings. Highly recommend

Kory: Trash. I ordered gyoza, yakisoba, and yakitori. I received gyoza with no dipping sauce/gyoza sauce, yaki udon, and two shriveled sticks of unseasoned dehydrated โ€œchickenโ€. The yaki udon was ok, despite not being what I ordered. The gyoza were good on their own, without sauce. And the yakitori were horrible. If this is a reflection of what I can expect regardless of what I order, then I will not be eating here again. Regarding all of the positive reviews, I can only assume the reviewers were intoxicated or that the restaurant was under different management at the time of their reviews.

Noodles and Company: what do users think?
Jeremy Gesicki: Always a great place to stop for lunch.Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5 โ€ฆMore
skyla crafp: I was so excited to try this place but ended up so disappointed. There was dust and dirt everywhere. A woman came out from the back and started โ€œsweepingโ€ (pushing dirt around, she didnโ€™t even have a dustpan). Definitely DONT come with children because I heard f-bombs dropped at least 4 times. They were blasting rap music when we walked in and the girl up front was on her phone 90% of the time I saw her.
Jake Renfree: This noodles is terrible. Takes forever to get food. Waited for 25 minutes after ordering food. Then opened it up and the portion was tiny compared to other noodles locations Iโ€™ve been to. The previous time I walked in and waited 5 minutes with no one acknowledging me so I walked out to get dinner somewhere else. Not going back.
Shawn Jackson: Lady that I asked for a drink carrier was extremely rude.Service: 1/5 โ€ฆMore
Brian Westfall: Great pregame meal. Food was fast and tastyFood: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5 โ€ฆMore
Errol Pal: Closing an hour before they are supposed to messing with my money. Had a huge ubereats delivery from there and they shut the lights off as I walked up to the door. This location is useless, act like yall been somewhere before unreal.
Grzenia Mannion: In September of this year I filled out the survey to express my disappointment in the portion size of my noodles because it had happened a few times before. I got a nice email from the general manager, Alissa Bennett, apologizing & offering a gift card to return. Never received said gift card & no response when I asked for an update a month later. Today I decided to give it a shot...I was about to order online and thought it would be better to order in person. I walked in and saw several people waiting and got in line. Three employees looked very busy making food and that was good to see. But in that time no one ever acknowledged my presence or came to take my order. I saw a co-worker waiting for his meal that he placed online. After I watched an employee take a dish out to a waiting customer at a table and the customer tried to tell the employee that it was still wrong and was ignored...I decided I made the right decision to not order online. Right as I decided to leave, I went up to my co-worker and told him good luck and told him how I've had such bad service lately. He informed me that his order was 20 minutes overdue. Then someone else chimed in that their order had been wrong twice. NEVER GO TO THIS LOCATION! The staff do not care (although they are never rude) and management does not care or follow through. I walked straight to Five Guys for my lunch. I'm going to write a review for Five Guys because they've never disappointed me...expensive but never got my order wrong or took too long.
Jason Swift: I wish I could give this restaurant less stars, because they don't even deserve one. Only go here if you have an hour or more to kill, because that's how long they'll make you wait. I put in an order that said it would be ready at 12:36pm. I arrived around that time, and my order was not ready. While waiting, they served 2-3 people at the order counter. Those folks received their food before I got mine. I had to ask the wait staff 3 times before I received my food. Each time I asked, the server acted like I had never made the request before. She was more interested in chatting with a friend who was in the store visiting. To make matters worse, they marked the order as "ready" 20 minutes before I got my food. Then, once I finally received my food nearly 30 minutes after promised, it was WRONG. They added toppings to my salad that I requested not be on it. They gave me the wrong dressing. Charged me for extra dressing when there was none. Hardly gave any protein, and the flatbread side was crunchy. While I was waiting, another woman in the store expressed her frustration as well, after the waiting staff gave her the wrong order TWICE.The customer service here is abysmal. This is not the first time either where the wait was this long. In fact, it's this long of a wait more times then not. Would not recommend this restaurant to anyone, because it's certainly the worst on Eddy Street.
H. K.: Our family has gone to Noodles and Company for years over in Mishawaka but lately it seems like they're always closed. So we tried the South Bend location for the first time today and it'll absolutely be the last. My son cannot eat dairy so we got the same order we get every time we went to the other location; macaroni noodles with no cheese and some veggies and protein. (We've gotten this order with zero issues for years in Mishawaka.) They brought it out with cheese on it so the employee took it back so they could remake it. About 5 minutes later, I heard someone say "No! You weren't supposed to put cheese on it!" So they made it again and another several minutes later I heard someone else say "wait, this isn't supposed to have cheese on it?" (Mind you the kitchen is 10 feet from where we were sitting so we could hear everything they said.) And if you're keeping count, that's 3 times they've made a simple dish incorrectly. So after several minutes waiting again, everyone else at the table was done eating but my 3 year old son still hadn't received his food. So I waited in line to speak with an employee about getting the order to go since everyone was done. She went back into the kitchen and it was apparent that they still hadn't fixed the order. In fact, several people came into the restaurant and got their orders in the time we were waiting for them to make a dish without cheese. While waiting again, I heard the chef ask confusedly, "so they just want it with noodles, tofu and broccoli??" Like was it THAT difficult?? Either way, I'm definitely not going back if a simple request like no cheese takes several tries and the staff is not even caring enough to get it out in a timely manner. Especially since we spent over $50 on just two adults and two kids.
Benjamin Pykare: Took 20 minutes to get 1 of our 2 meals that we ordered. Showed them our half empty bag and now waiting another 10 minutes to get what we paid for. Avoid unless you want to get ripped off
Margarita Kawakami: Vegetarian options: Tofu is very dry and hard. Customer service was very good.Kid-friendliness: Kids food was great.
Dominique Watson: I was so excited to get some noodles. There was no line but a small wait for the food because it was cooked fresh. I finally got my food. I made it all the way home on the other side of town only to find that my Lo Mein Orange Chicken had ABSOLUTELY NO CHICKEN in it! The lady even threw in free cookies for the wait but i feel like it was a setup because she knew my food was not correct. I am very unhappy and will not be back. The other location in mishawaka was better and they filled up my bowl.
Jack O'Leary: Always a nightmare. Food routinely 25-45 minutes late and never less than 10 minutes late no matter how simple the order or how far in advance it is placed.
Beth Dinwiddie: This place has five star potential and should be buzzing with customers. I have tested this place out several times over the last couple of months and order from here at least twice a week. The food is usually super tasty which makes the rest of the experience pretty disappointing. There was only one issue with food that I will touch on later. All but two of the times I have gotten food here, there is a crazy wait just to order and not because there is a line. It seems to be the practice that whatever orders are in, those orders have to be completed before more orders are taken. This is rather silly because if they take your order and your money, you've gotta hang around. When they don't take an order for minutes, respond to customers, or greet customers, it makes it super easy for people to walk out and go to another place. Once the order is taken, my food is usually out in 11-12 minutes if it's not busy.Weekends are decidedly worse. Sometimes there's a faster response for an order, but you will often get an unexpected one as a customer. One weekend my husband went to pick up an order before closing and was told (along with other customers) they weren't taking orders because they sent their cashier home early. Someone did eventually come out from behind the prep area and take customer orders. Customers are frequently told that machines are down and they're not taking orders unless you ordered online. I have heard a dasher be told that they never made the food because "dashers don't normally show up." The dasher said he always shows up to get his orders and at that point they began making the order. Another night we were told that they are not taking orders because the cook was let go an hour before closing. On these occasions, it can take 30 minutes or longer to get your food even with an online order. The longest wait we had was just under an hour with an online order (due to staff being sent home). Today I was told they weren't taking orders while working on a catering order unless it was an online or Door Dash order. The manager said it would be 15 minutes before I could order in person. The only food issue was when they were adding salad chicken to the food rather than the baked chicken I had ordered. When it was brought to the managers attention, he quickly corrected it and said that shouldn't be happening. It has not happened since. While it is discouraging the number of times I have been told they are not taking orders, the food really does taste great. The fresh ingredients taste fresher than the Mishawaka location.Dietary restrictions: I have lots of dietary restrictions due to certain foods making incredibly sick for days. The main ones I have problems with are dairy and gluten. The Pad Thai is my go-to for a safe option with no alterations (baked chicken is a great addition). Most of the cooks (yes, the cook, not the person at the register) at this location already know that there are no changes to the recipe and to keep utensils separate or use a clean pair. Despite how difficult it is to order food, I have never gotten sick from cross contamination or anything else. That's a big deal to someone with limited options and takes a chance every time they order out.
Sean Healey: NOODLES get them here. Short ones long ones, thin ones and thick ones. All sorts of noodles. Ramen, Spaghetti your choice NOODLES
Olaoluwa Balogun: Sweeeeet
Harley Beaver: First time ever going to noodles and co. Food was good. However, the manager who took my order was probably the most condescending person I've had take my order at any establishment.. ever. Not impressed I feel bad for the two employees working with him because he had an attitude and was not talking nicely to them at all. Probably won't be going back.
Ashanti Tobar: Very rude service over the phone .
Danielle Wales: Noodles and company is usually a go-to for lunch for me but this location was horrible. I was the only one in the restaurant and waited a full five minutes for my order to be taken. When I did get the chance to order, I had to correct the cashier twice. I waited 15 minutes for my food to come out (again I was the only customer when I arrived) and my food was ice cold once I received it. I am very disappointed and will not be returning.
Kate Hawkins: Seriously? This is the pad thai you packed in my to go order? Did you dig it out the trash? This particular location should be closed!
Clay Goldman: I like the Noodles & Company brand. Itโ€™s a simple product with a lot of tasty options, so it is not very hard to make it a pleasant experience. With that being said, this location can be very slow. Itโ€™s poorly equipped for high volume times due to size and arrangement of the facility.
