Meagan Gilbert: Consider this a zero star review. Lab lost my husband's sample. It has been almost three weeks and it was supposed to take no more than four days for results. Has called multiple times with no answer or return call. At his appointment, the front office staff was berating and cold, and from reading the reviews, it doesn't seem like she was just having a bad day. It would be in your best interest to avoid this location if at all possible.
Mark Maher: Very convenient location. Staff is very nice.Used multiple times. Not understanding why there are so many negative reviews.
T.A.T T.A.T: According to your Google site your open until 5PM Mon-Fri. Arrived before 5PM on Fri and all doors to building were locked and unfortunately I had no idea where the entrance door was due to not one door saying entrance on it So I tried them all with no luck. So unfortunately it was all wasted effort. 😒 Maybe you can help future guest by stating which door is your entrance door Lab Corp... Thanks
Alivia Rose: Came in today with my grandmother and the doors were unlocked with no sign for lab hours. (Online it said open until 2pm but I could have been looking at the old buildings schedule) We walked in and no one was in any of the offices. I heard someone yelling from a room I couldn’t identify and it was very unprofessional. I would have liked to talk to someone face to face to get office hours. Very rude.
Theresa Robertson: They have very rude worker's at this facility. I will not go back there, I will drive out of my way to another labcorp to avoid this one.
Brian Zubkoff: They expire my standing orders before I even get the second one done. They never seem to receive lab orders from doctors. Their Lobby has no heat I'm sitting out here now and I'm freezing. The staff can do not not listen to the patients . Some staff is quite rude, especially Caroline. ALL my doctors complain about using LabCorp. South Bend Medical Foundation is missed.
NATURALLY DAY’S EYE: I was very curious about this location because of all the poor reviews. However, it wasn’t all that bad. Another patient and I walked in to an empty lobby and receptionist area. We knocked on the door to find out that there isn’t a receptionist and you have to checkin at the kiosk inside the sitting area. The employees there are very short with you. Once the phlebotomist called my name, I was escorted to the back. I am not an easy stick. She got it on the first try. I shared my concerns about not visiting this location due to the reviews. She said that sometimes it depends on the patience of the patient. My experience was much better than expected. I wish I remembered her name. Don’t forget to take a mask with you.

Tina Taylor: If I could leave a ZERO I would. This was my 1st and last time going to Labcorp on Notre Dame Avenue. I saw the reviews before I went and started not to go, but I went anyway. One of the ladies there was VERY RUDE and GHETTO. She was so UNPROFESSIONAL. I think she should find another occupation doing something different or stop working on Saturday’s. Do yourself a favor and find another location. I usually go to the one in Mishawaka. That’s where I will go from now on.
David Smith: The staff were cold and uncaring to us as we tried to get a test done for our newborn. There was a complication with the lab order and the staff was very unhelpful. Would recommend trying out a different location.
Liah Griffin: Lab reports take way to long to obtain. We called several times to find the result, left messages and no return call. Test were pre-operative tests and results are to be sent to the surgeons office. Perhaps Corporate should stop buying labs and manage the ones they have. Very frustrating. Service from South Bend Medical Foundation was so much better. So sad Labcorp obtained them.

Danielle: I hate to even give them a one star. This is the absolute worst lab in town. No one ever answers the phone. You can’t ask them questions because they never have answers. They are rude when you have questions. They are horrible with special needs clients. I have tried to reach someone there for over a week. Not one time has someone answered the phone. Do not recommend at all.

John Nunley: Went here from my mom's heart doctor's to get blood tests because the heart doctor's lab closed at noon and no lab at the houspital except the er that could do the labs for her however when we went here there were no wheel chair available. Now my mom was already tired from a week of diaria and the trip to the doctor. Ontop of having to go to a lab that has no wheel chairs for people who need them. Can anyone say pointless. If possible I would give this place a negative 5 stars. Waste of time and effort.
Gwen Knowlton: I had to have to have 25 vials of blood drawn for full panel testing trying to figure out what was going on in my body. By the time I got home I got a phone call that they had handeled 3 vials incorrectly. So I came in a few days later and they drew again. They again called me back letting me know that one needed nto be fasting.. So I came in again. Each time I waited more than an hour despite the fact that I had an appointment. A week later I'm told I have to come back again again because there are three more vials they handled incorrectly. This is now rediculous and they have wasted hours of my time. If they can't read the directions to handling they should not be operating. Just angry. Al
Joseph Bogucki: Had basic BMP drawn a week ago and doctor's appointment is tomorrow. So far results have not been posted to "My Lab Results". Will my doctor have access to them tomorrow? Will Labcorp no longer provide this service where you can see your lab results?I had no trouble signing in with the new digital sign in but I noticed several other patients having problems with no one to help them. They were extremely frustrated.What a truly disappointing experience. I want my South Bend Medical Foundation back.

Ashley Reamer: Very unpleasant visit. I had lab work here for my self many of times and Its always the same the front check in people are soooooooo extremely rude and very unpleasant. I didnt really care because I can return the rudeness to them but I am currently in home health position and bring my clients here quite often and it never fails the check in staff are always rude. I feel as though you should fire the staff In the front and hire all new.. The rudeness is definitely a total unsatisfying experience to go along with the blood draw..

Holly H: This is a great facility. I came here to get blood drawn. I have pretty bad anxiety and nearly fainted during the process. The nurses were extremely nice and patient with me and were quick to help get me ice packs & a chair to lay down and restore my balance. I appreciate it & I definitely recommend. :)
Sharon Turner: Very pleased with my first visit here. I made my appointment online, checked in from my car. I received a text message to go inside, was immediately taken back for lab, and was out 1 minute before my scheduled appointment time! There were other people waiting, but the lab technician said the key to me getting in first was making my appointment online.

Leanne Brekke: Scheduled lab work online for the Main Street Mishawaka location. Gave my information and said I wanted to use insurance. Even gave my member number and group number. Went to my appointment and the office was closed. No clear directions on what to do or number to call. Took a chance and went to the Day Rd. Office. They were open but only gave excuses why offices were changed. Nurse was very nice and did a great job taking my blood. She finished and I asked do I need to check out? She said no you’re all set. Checked my bank account today and Pixel Labcorp on demand charged my card $99. I called and after a lengthy time on the phone the rep for Pixel finally got on and said we don’t accept insurance. WHAT? She said that ordering the lab is a totally different thing than scheduling the appt. She said somewhere in their website it says they do t accept insurance. I said then why does it ask for it when you schedule appt? She just kept saying it’s on the website. Total scam and very misleading!!! BEWARE!!!
Donna Kooy: I'm a bit confused a while back I went for my doctor's labs. I never got a bill. Then this years I went to the same place and it says lab corp. But I got a bill from quest. Did lab corp sell out to quest. Because I never got anything from the insurance. I always get insurance paid way before I got a a bill. So I'm really confused. Does lab corp which is quest. Not take my insurance. Because I've never got a call or note saying either way. And I'm not paying because the insurance has nothing in that spot it's just blank. That was 4 months ago.
Jessica Pious: I had blood work done and the phlebotomist was rude. She lacked communication skills and professionalism. I felt like she didn't know what she was doing. I have a huge bruise on my arm a week later after me blood work. I will never go here again!

The lady that used to check you in was pretty mean, but you still need someone to direct the people coming in. That said, my person that did the blood draw was apologetic and concerned, and was excellent.Wis I got her name😚

I was told over the phone I could come here for that, they didn’t tell me that they don’t draw for certain kits. So I showed up to my appointment with certain samples already collected to find I had to go somewhere else. They didn’t help me find any place, they said to call my doctor and offered no help. All they said was how relieved they were that they didn’t have to do the kit because it seemed difficult and didn’t once apologize or care about how that affected me, the patient. Never coming here again. Miss when it was the South Bend Medical Foundation.
Alissa Hansen: 1.18.21: I went today for my routine glucose test required during pregnancy. I was leery of the place due to the reviews. I scheduled my 9 am appointment last week. I arrived at 8:50 am and signed in. And right at 9 am I was called back for my appointment. The lady helping me (Monique) said they prioritize the appointments and honor the appointment time. Drank my liquid, waited in the lobby for 60 minutes, and was called back by Monique to sit right by the rooms so that I would get my blood drawn right at the 60 minute mark. Melanie drew my blood and Melanie popped her head in to wish me the best. I was out the door by no later than 10:10 am. Both ladies who helped me were so nice! Shout out to Melanie and Monique for their professionalism and super friendly persona. I wrote this review while in the parking lot because I wanted to make sure they both got the credit and recognition they deserve for a great service :)

Zach Rundell: AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. Please do yourself a favor and just go somewhere else. The wait time with an appointment is over two and a half hours in the morning.I needed morning lab work done before 10:00am so i tried twice to come in for an 8:00 appointment. They couldn't see me both times until 11. Those are 6 hours of my life ill never get back.Don't make the same mistakes i did. Go to a lab that has staff that actually does their jobs. STAY AWAY.

Sandy Piehl: Scheduled an appointment, received a confirmation and I checked in online. When I went to the office door a note stated this office temporarily closed. Could not believe it. Unbelievable
Kyle Bullock: I give two stars only because they are in a continent location to my home and don’t usually have to wait.They screw up the billing my insurance though. They send specimens out to other labs that are not within my network. I then am having to pay more because I would think that they are processing or at least billing me from that location which is within my maximum savings network.Will stick with getting drawn at the hospital from now on!
Sherry Scott: This location, though in an OLD medical arts building, is the nearest location to my office and home. Even though the building is old, it was as clean as you can get an older building. All staff is professional and fairly painless. I absolutely LOVE the online scheduling and check in features. Also online test results being very useful when your doctor couldn't locate the results during my appointment...awkward!!!
Diane Erdogan: I do not recommend this particular location. The phlebotomist who completed the blood draw was rude and left a bruise. The individual who was in line prior to me left her office in tears. The only positive I would note is that obtaining a lab test here is more affordable than other locations in the area.
