House of Andala Lamp Shoppe: what do users think?
Don Mrozinski: Very nice store have big variety of lamps their service is great I give him five stars
Patrick Perry: Mike knew I was from Warsaw and made it a point to repair my lamp in time for my sister to pick it up and bring it to me. He did a beautiful job. In addition, he is a very friendly and interesting guy.☘️
Jeanne W. Garvey: I recently moved to South Bend and was so happy to find this lamp store. They have fixed several lamps for me…one a crystal and glass chandelier and another a pair of antique sconces and did a fantastic job. Great customer service. I also bought a lovely lamp and lampshade. I highly recommend this shop.
Joyce Kern: Excellence/quality work/Good people☆
Mark Conrad: Very nice! Unfortunately he couldn't fix my lamp.
Janice Ringler: Friendly customer service. Reasonable prices .. lamp was fixed beautiful
Henry Locsmondy: Have been to House Andale to get lamp parts they had what I needed everytime I went there .They also sell lamps and shades. The owners are helpful and knowledgeable. Would recommend this business
Diana F: These guys are AWESOME! I believe they can fix ANYTHING lamp! Great service!
James Funk: Convenient showroom, so you can see what you are buying.
Henry Thompson: Is very responsive courteous and very knowledgeable prices were reasonable as well.
Tanya Singleton: Great unique lighting
Bill Davenport: Great place found me a total obscured lamp shade for my fan that I couldn't find in anywhere
Melanie McGuire: Excellent catered service for whatever your lighting needs are. We brought in a very heavy stained glass lampshade and they found thr perfect floor lamp base for it.
Kiernan Cressy Anzelc: I’ve had an antique lamp re-wired here as well as a new light fixture that needed a longer extension of cord and chain. The chain was difficult to match but they found one that was perfect. They are always friendly, reasonably priced and very good at repairs. I’m grateful to have this resource locally!
Lori Mauk: What a great place to find the perfect lamp. So many to choose from and very reasonable prices!! So glad to have found this store!!
Corey Pennycuff: I have an antique crystal chandelier whose ferrule had broken. I took it to the House of Andala Lamp Shoppe to see if it could be repaired. The man was quite condescending and dismissive towards me from the moment I walked in. He told me that it could not be repaired, and even if it could, that it was "nearly impossible" to put the ferrule back on the arm. He said that I would need to replace the entire arm and, since it is antique, it is nearly impossible to find an exact match, so I would need to replace **all** the arms ($28 each) if I wanted it to look nice and consistent. Also, I would need to leave the old arm with him so that he could look through his books to see if he could find a match, and that it would take 2 weeks.WHAT?!? If you replace almost all the parts, it's no longer **antique**!!!I declined, and began to leave. He shouted out that he was the only one who could fix it in the area.Needless to say, I already didn't trust him, and this made it painfully more obvious. As a side note, my mother had accompanied me since she is visiting from out of town, and when we got back to my vehicle, she said, "I'm glad that you didn't leave the arm with him... he was rude!" I told her that that was the very reason that I didn't leave the arm with him!As for the ferrule that was "impossible to fix", a curteous jeweler offered to solder it back together, but unfortunately it would take 2 weeks because of their backlog. I decided to try to fix the arm myself since I could purchase a new ferrule online and it would be here in a couple of days. I bought a new ferrule online for $8, spent 5 minutes easily attaching the ferrule to the arm with plaster of paris (which was supposedly "nearly impossible" according to the House Of Andala), and fixed everything myself.I guess there's more than one person in the area that could fix it. One person wanted to replace all the arms for ($28 * 8 = $224 + tax + labor) and one person called his bluff and fixed it himself for less than $20. Needless to say, I will never trust this shop.
Tamara Ashley: Always very friendly and knowledgeable
Ann Carol Nash: I have had many good experiences there and recommend them highly. The folks are very nice and knowledgeable.
Natalie Turner: Great service. Totally unique store. If you are looking for a ceiling light, unique table lamp or sconces, this is the place to go.
Patrick Cottrell: This lamp shop has a great selection of lamps, lampshades and do an excellent job of repairs reasonable pricedas well.
Troy T.: very helpful!

US 31 Electrical Supply: what do users think?
Scott Matthews: Great people great products
Tammy Cobb: They. Had. What. We. Need
bb “YaleMichMom” hurst: I had a good sales experience. Kris was very helpful even though she had a few customers looking at the same time. I was looking for a replacement dining fixture for resale on my mom’s (she passed) home. Kris walked around with me and gave me some printouts on fixtures I liked. I ended up there until closing. Staff were all pleasant and kind. Hope to find the right replacement within my budget soon. There are many “on sale”models and discounts for full price models. It was a nice visit—thank you!
Chalee Jozwiak: Exceptional lighting selection. Found exactly what I had been looking for for years all in one plcae. Everyone in the store was helpful and made my purchase easy. I would go here before I stepped in Lowes or Menards for a light.
Jeni Heselbarth: I enjoyed the selection of lighting. I also appreciated being able to look around without the pressure to buy. I did however find what I was looking for and was happy to purchase! Thank you!
Geoffrey Lucas: Excellent place for professionals to get the supplies they need.
J Niblock: We had excellent customer service …starting with the first steps into the door , ordering , delivery and follow up ! Love our lighting fixtures and Jane whom we worked with 😊
Michael Wandling: Very knowledgeable
Chad Spraker: Drove 2 hours. Showroom was appointment only it said. Called lady was very rude. Would not let us in. Said she was only one there. And was to busy. Been nice if it was posted on the website.Called again to let manager know the situation and the lady was rude again.
Gordon Mock: Great selection but I didn't find what I was looking for. People were very nice.
M Patterson: excellent supportive sales work every visit.
Erin Turinetti: Why aren’t you open on Saturdays or evenings so that people that work can come visit?
Michael Zorn: Just left the place for the last time. I bought many lights over the past years for the house. I purchased 5 LED bulbs for the outside lights and had one go bad. 3 year warranty, HA, if I want to warranty the bulb I need to contact Satco the maker of the bulb and send it back to them. Not helpful with anything and very rude. I was nice and let them know they lost a good customer and will anyone that I take to, if the subject comes up, how the people treat there customers. I work with a lot of people.
Gretchen Klyczek: Very rude and unhelpful service at the parts building on 7/25 in late morning. I needed a replacement part (transformer) and the man said he'd never seen one like this and they don't carry transformers any more. I told him that I bought the light fixture there and he told me to go see "the girls" in the lighting shop. I came home, when to another local lighting store and (of course) they could order the transformer we needed.
Laura Meilner: My experience was great! Jane was extremely helpful and I ended up buying two bathroom light fixtures at a "sale" bargain!
Stacey Wilder: Very helpful. Listened to my questions and directed me to the correct product for our needs.
Donita Borton: Only open 9-5!!Closed on weekends. How do you expect people to shop there???
Faustino Aranda: Very helpful,good service.
David Howells: Very happy with this store. I've gotten several distinctive and high quality fixtures from them. Recently I got a small space heater there, but it quit working after a while. I thought returning it would be a problem, but to my surprise they gave me a full refund. I'll be back the next time I need a light.
Clara Latham: It is amazing. Any thing you might want in lighting can be found from the very simple to extravagant. Loved it.
Patty Cocquyt: They had a great selection of lights. The woman who helped us was very knowledgeable. Prices were good also.

The Home Depot: what do users think?
Hannah Armidon: Inaccessible for anyone who needs a wheelchair. Was dropped off at one of two main entrances. I asked the welcomer about electric wheeled carts and told they were at the entrance at the other end of the store. I said that I couldn't walk that far and was met with a shrug and she walked off. I got someone to push me on a cart over to the other entrance, only to find that the wheelchairs were so fenced in with carts that I couldn't actually get onto one, much less climb over three others to unplug it.Home Depot, do better. You're not accessible unless people can access the tools you provide.
Amanda Pious: Thank you kindly
Debra Hughey Parsons: Love coming here to compare prices and items. Occasionally buy what I can't find elsewhere.
Nikkole Spencer: Home Depot was the only place I found my flooring I needed. Super happy, since it took me different city's n months to get the right color I was looking for.
joe white: Best tool selection among all the home improvement stores.
JediMasterBT Skywalker: Got my new microwave
Jerry Roberts: Good service.
Kathryn Celeskey: The girl with silver hair at the return desk was not helpful at all.
Mike Johnson: Very nice and clean
Felipe Corona: I love shopping at this Home Depot, the store is very clean and organized. They always have great sales and the employees are very polite and helpful. I have also had great experiences with online ordering and pick up.
Terri Conner: Always great overall experience.
Janice Rock: Kinda expensive
Greg Martin: Found out HD is dropping off support for Ridgid tools, bummed.
Brian Collier: This is a Home Depot in America - they have everything including the jobs that used to be held by small business owners.
Roxann Urch: The store is ok....understaffed like many. Needed help with a pole saw because they have to keep everything locked up to keep from having things stolen....took almost 10 minutes.
DroneNut Hill: Good store to rent tools and get materials you need for that project at home or for business. The service was great the day I was there.
Lyn Cheramie: The staff is very helpful and the prices are in my budget
Mark Valentin: Employee. Was very helpful with showing us the different colors of flooring. Use the app when inside. Will help find things easier
Les Dabney: They have tools.
Terrell Davis: Past experience wasn't so good here, but TODAY I was going up and down the plumming isles looking for a replacement piece, couldn't find what I was looking for. Amy R. Spotted me from a distance and ask if I needed help. She took a split second look at what I had and knew exactly where to find it. That was the most fastest and most helpful experience I ever had in a long while. She helped with a few other things. Very smart lady. Thank you again Amy R. at Home Depot mishawaka..
Zeb Jaffe: I rented an industrial plumbing auger and had some issues on the job. The staff in the rental department absolutely pulled through. If I could give them a 10/5, I would. Take your business here and you will not be dissatisfied.
