Jes V: Called to have my services cancelled after receiving a call that a technician was coming to treat my lawn. I was confused why they were coming because I only paid for a subscription for last year. Spoke with a representative to have services cancelled and thought everything was settled. Wrong. About a month later I received another call stating that a technician was scheduled to come treat my lawn. This time when I called the representative said they could see that my previous call was logged and they were unsure as to why my subscription wasn't cancelled then. They promised it would be cancelled this time but just to make sure nothing happens I have blocked trugreen from charging my credit card. I will not be using their services in the future if this is how they operate. Sneaky and unprofessional.

Jeffrey H: We began service with Naturescene about the summer of ‘21. The first application was done at the wrong house which was a little concerning to me, but I let go and chalked it up to an inexperienced technician. Since they are the least expensive provider of lawn care in the area, I renewed my contract with them for 2022. The first three applications (spring, early and mid-summer) were done on schedule. My grass began to develop unusual brown spots in the yard, which was later determined to be a fungus. After two weeks and three calls later, I’m still no closer in getting my yard issue resolved. Each time I called I was told you’re on the schedule and someone will be there to treat your lawn. Unfortunately, my experience with this company has not been pleasant and I won’t be renewing my contract next year.UPDATE: In response to my review, NatureScene is actively addressing my concerns. Joshua Doyle: Lawncare is sub par at best, they use the cheapest product possible at the lowest spread rate available, that's why everyone has issues with their lawns not being even or as green as they should be. She needed a professional landscaping company in Granger, Indiana to complete mulch installation, rock installation and do weekly lawn maintenance. Fast Act Landscaping and Lawn Care LLC was polite on the phone when we scheduled the initial estimate for our landscape projects and then showed up on time, gave a fair price and follow the tasks through to completion. I highly recommend company and look forward to calling them back this spring to build us a stone retaining wall with boulders.

I don’t like to speak badly about a small business but I also feel like people should know what they’re getting into in order to avoid disappointment or stress. He finally came around with an invoice a month later - I had my sitter ask him to put it in the mailbox because I currently have Covid.. he refused and waited for me to give him a check.
