Justin Colcord: This guy was referred to me by an employee of mine who thought it was the original owner… IT IS NOT! The new owner has had my equipment for 2 weeks and has done nothing… will not answer my phone calls and the shop is never open when I drive by. I’m obviously gonna have to involve law enforcement to get my equipment back. Wouldn’t recommend this guy to anyone.
Made In Americaaa: Every since the old owner is no longer here the service is extremely POOR! How are you going to take my lawn mower text me and say the parts are ready then try to snap when I come to the building asking about it ? It’s mines! It should’ve been done! It’s been two weeks mind you! He texted and said the parts was there the next day I brought it! Then he’ll scam you once you go pick it up and say you owe more than you do! Be CAREFUL!!!!!!!

I called to check on the repairs he never got to it this was over a week so I started going to the shop he never there. so about 3 weeks later I cought him at the shop never did anything to it. so he get mad cause I comes up to the shop.said his helper was not there but his have been about 3 weeksso he said it would be ready the next day. he charged me 250 dollarsand the lawnmower still doing the same than on pick up than he tellsme it 85 dollars a hour four labor and I know he did not spend no 4 hr on what ever he said he did the deck still had dirt and grass on it where I know he is a crock

When I first pulled up to the shop I could barley identify where the shop was even located, once I did locate the shop I noticed how much junk he had piled up inside of his garage which was kind of alarming to me. When I grabbed my mower an took it out the guy almost insisted that I stay an help fix "my" lawn mower, which is bizarre considering the fact I'm paying "him" to fix "my" mower. After he thought he fixed the mower I noticed the engine wasn't idioling right, but he assured me it's from the c-foam he added to the gas to clean the carberator. Well after a couple days when I decided to mow my yard my mower was doing the exact same thing I brought it in for. So I basically wasted money for this man to have "me" help "him" try to fix "my" mower an never fix the problem. This is the most unprofessional place I've ever seen in my life, also the man was ranting on about "white people" considering the fact I'm half cacausin, an how white people are this an that. I highly suggest if you want your lawn equipment fixed for real, to not even waste a breath an take it somewhere. I will never do business with this man ever again.

He put the mower back together in just a couple more minutes.He went to fire it up and as he did I said"Let's hope for some luck!"As he's pulling the cord to try the mower he says "You don't need luck. If luck worked, it would have worked when you were at home." Mower proceeded to fire right up on the first try. Then he smiled at me from the brim of his hat. ♥️

Bingo Johnsson: Left chainsaw for tune up almost three weeks ago. No response as to status or as to requests to return saw either "fixed or unfixed". Left numerous phone messages and emails. Does not respond to either. Don't recommend JR's because of this. At this point I'd just like to get my saw back! Chainsaw returned this date 9/14/21, unable to repair because of parts availability. JR has had health issues and because of this communication extremely poor. Even though not repaired revising review .

All three dealerships hold the same level of professionalism and a customer-first mindset at the top of their priority list. With their caliber of work and sales, it is understandable how service-times can be a little longer than most, but when my equipment is ready to be picked up, I can guarantee it was looked-at and serviced to the best of their ability. No one greeted me as I walked in, no one came to see if I had any questions about what I was looking at either. While I was looking at some equipment I over heard some employees behind the counter choosing some less than professional language when referring to a customer that was “giving us problems”. Overall the trip was a waste of time and I was very unimpressed, So I went elsewhere and bought everything I was looking for at Riggs. If you are looking for a buying experience where your literally on your own till you swipe your card or write a check this is your place!

Michael White: Best small engine repair business!!!! My craftsman snow blower is only 2 years old and from the get go when it was under warranty I had problems with it. Craftsman said it was fixed but still ran bad. Would stall all the time if you plowed just a few inches of snow. This year I couldn't start it unless I used the electric start. After C&C Distributors replaced the carburator and gave it a tune up and told me the right kind of gas to get for it, it runs BETTER THEN NEW!!!!!! Pretty dissapointed, if you're hellbent on buying from them you had better check everything twice and mind all the details but you're better off finding somewhere else to spend your money.

Jenn Turner: Ok, so their customer service could use a little work, but they get the job done. They took my tractor for a tune-up, oil change, and inspection. I was told if any additional work needed to be done, they would call me in advance to discuss the cost. After a few weeks, I received a call saying my tractor was ready, and the price was $53 more than I expected. I asked why and was told the blades were replaced. When I asked why I wasn't called and told about the additional work needed before it was done, I was told the blades were bad, they were unsafe, and they didn't call because this one fell through the cracks. Then he got snippy and added, if I didn't want a safe tractor they would be happy to put my old blades back on, and they would make a note on the paperwork saying the tractor was returned to me in an unsafe condition so that if anything happened while I was using it, it wouldn't come back on them. I told the guy he was rude, of course I wanted my tractor with the new blades, I was only asking why I wasn't informed ahead of time about the additional cost. I told him I would have a check ready for him upon delivery and hung up on him. I did call them back soon after, and asked if they put mulching blades on it. During this phone call, Stacy was much nicer, and even apologetic about the previous phone call. He said they replaced my blades with the exact blades they took off, and said he would show us the old blades when he brought the tractor home. After seeing the old blades, there's no doubt, they were really bad, and definitely needed replaced. My tractor came home thoroughly clean, and running like a top! So yes, the customer service could use a little polish, but they do damn good work. I can deal with a bit of attitude from someone that can back it up with good work.

I paid $10 for a 1.5 inch o-ring.Don't try to buy a mower here without taking out a 2nd mortgage. Also, the old man who retired provided horrible service (read the old reviews), and the new people are only slightly better.I think everyone is unfriendly because they are the only game around.
Angela Hankins: They fixed my mower and I still had issues starting it. Even though they knew it probably my inexperience and an easy fix, they followed through with me and made sure it was fixed right and taught me the best way to restart my mower. There was no anger at looking at it twice, they didn't make me feel silly. Just pure 100% great customer service and they now have a customer for life.

Stephen DePastine: I had a terrible experience with this business everyone should hear about.my chainsaw is 7 yrs old and has endured Nirmal wear a tear over the years but was in need of preventive maintenance along with difficulty starting so I brought it to the lawnmower place. thier idea of servicing my machine was to only put fresh gas in it, not clean my carburetor, not even change the spark plug, not clean or even inspect for any defective or worn parts. just change the gas, rudely accuse me of putting the wrong gas in and gouging me 29.50 for a pint of fuel and saying its fixed. wow talk about doing the bare minimum, I would caution anyone from thinking this establishment will be thorough with their machines and I cannot recommend their services any longer
