IHC at South Bend: what do users think?
James Kauzlarich: Gertrude Mumba-Kaunda is a horrible Nurse Practitioner. Rude. Asks questions, then keeps talking. Does not listen. Orders tests etc. without talking to you about it, or even telling you.
Judy Spitler: I would not trade my medical care here for anything! My condition can be challenging, and it's being successfully treated here. They are doing with me what Beacon and St. Joseph failed to do. Dr. Mumba is patient, thoughtful, caring and thorough, as well as kind. The staff is always friendly, professional and welcoming. I'm so glad I tried this place!
Marcia Stromme: They treated me with utmost respect and care!
Cori Allen: On Fridays The phone's Don't Get Answered Until Noon !!!!!!!!!!
Barbra Ellis: Best Dr ever, Dr.Chew, besides Dr.Uy
Marvin White: Never answer they phone!!!!! Barely can schedule or reschedule an appointment
Coleysa Henderson: I previously had a good experience until today. I talk to 2 Hispanic women one older one younger both rude and not helpful! My son has a skin condition one told me (the younger one) his script was ready for pick up. I said great called Walgreens and that was not the case so now a little frustrated I call back and the older woman told me I needed a request for that ( which I did not know) but nevertheless she was rude and hung up on me abruptly!! So I am left with no refill and a sent request with no explanation wow . Super rude woman I’ll edit this soon when I obtain their names
Kelema White: They never answered the phones. Now I have to find a new doctor because THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONES!!!!! I use to like this place. 👎 👎
Anna Loftus: Terrible they never answer the phone pick it up and put you back on hold they're terrible
Stephen Ochelli Jr: No one answers the phone at this office. Every time I call I'm waiting for over a hour to actually talk to someone. Very inconsiderate and very unprofessional.
Maribel DE Jesus: I call today and my call was holding for 12 min.is ridiculous,....please answer you call you have a lot a people on desk ,why the don't answer....not rigth.
Dede Carter: Couldn’t even make an follow up appointment because both ladies was having personal conversations on the phone and the third lady is lazy asl… first time and last time coming here
Susan Kay: Local, outpatient multi-specialty health clinic, onsite Lab, no X-Ray. Centrally located, great parking, 8 - 5 hours.I've had stellar, caring service from GP's, NP's, and treatment staff. Front office is friendly, helpful and efficient, waiting time is minimal, the facility cleanliness is terrific. Everyone I've met here is professional and caring. Would highly recommend to family and friends. Wish they had extended or weekend hours!
XxFraction z: IHC is a very good Clinic I'll recommend anyone there. The staff are very friendly, and they don't keep you waiting for ever like other clinics. My family loves going there....❤ ❤ keep on the great work IHC
Isaray Rodriguez: I called over a month ago needing a referral sent so that my child could be diagnosed!! & after over a month I found out that they never sent it over!!! So my son was never placed on a waiting list. & When I did call the first time I got hunged up on 3 times!! & Everytime I called back asking if she could stop hanging up on me she lied & said she couldn't hear me but I could hear her perfectly fine & I couldnt even finish saying hello back before she hung up on me again & she kept having an attitude. I now have to call over and over til they feel like picking up & ask for a referral to be sent again bt they'll probably will need him to come in again for an appointment so wait another month in order to do that & this whole thing has just set back my son from starting school & being diagnose & further back on a wait list by months!
king walker: They don’t answer the phone.
Latrice: I appreciate the dentist pulling my tooth because it was hard to get for sure but he gave me ZERO medicine for pain. I’m currently shaking from the pain hoping this Aleve kicks in soon😢😥 I am giving a low rating because I never experienced a tooth drill and pull and NO PAIN MEDS THIS IS HELLLISH. Update: The director responded to this very review asking me to call about my experience and she NEVER ANSWERED OR RETURNED THE CALL!! Just adding to my horrible experience
Jemmie Nieves: They're the worst, starting with the doctor and finishing with the secretaries, they're late to answer the calls, you say it's an emergency and they leave you up to 30 minutes on hold. Thanks to the inept of the gynecologist I had a miscarriage, today I do not have my babies because of her.
italian princess: Worst doctors office for children!!!My sons 3 yrs old I kept telling them he had a hearing problem .no one listened to me finally they checked his ears and found d out he had a terrible ear infection! Then sent the prescription to the wrong place when I called NO ANSWER!! THE NURSES R RUDE AS HELL!! I WILL BE REPORTING THEM !
Josephine Davis: Dr. Pamatmat is just like her picture.(backward) She was not helpful , unconcerned ,and Insensitive. Nasty disposition.
tricia vandygriff: I highly recommend this place for children

Physicians Urgent Care: what do users think?
Anjanette Noe: Everyone was super nice & caring! Got us right in & I was seen very quickly! This is the only urgent care I go to! Great job everyone!
Alecia Taelman: All four ladies working where wonderful.
Katherine Adams: Physicians Urgent Care are efficient and effective, plus they all had a good attitude. I was checked in quickly and seen not long after, got tests done and had my diagnosis and prescription in a timely manner. I appreciate the help and am already feeling better the day after! Thank you!
Kayla Drach: Physicians Immediate Care was so great! They were one of the only urgent care centers in the area open on Easter Sunday and they were very efficient with all patients. Tracy Mitchel was very nice to work with, knowledgeable and helpful. The front desk staff were also so pleasant and worked very hard to reduce wait time and get patients in and out the door.
Sara Haluda: Little wait time. Friendly and personable staff!
Tommisha D: The service was 10 out of 10! Everyone was so friendly.
DEBBIE TATE: Everyone is so great and super nice!
Ray Barkey: Show me quickly as a drop in patient, friendly, efficient, and competent.
jen strombeck: They were great! Thank you for your help
Amy M: I have taken my son here for 2 broken arms (one year apart) and my mom for a broken ankle- all spanning over the last 8 years. But yesterday was for me.When I arrived I was in pain. My Advil must have been wearing off and suddenly I was in a terrible state and really couldn't function. As I was sitting in the exam room waiting to be seen, I suddenly had stabbing ear pain. I was there for a strep test. I had been exposed several times at my work with small children (strep running rampant) and I had all the signs. I had a fever, aches, my skin hurt to touch, throat so sore and red, it hurt to swallow, glands swollen to where you couldn't see jaw bone, etc. Now, I was also nauseous. Long story short, after my exam the doctor or Nurse Practioner offered me a choice to have an injection of antibiotics and a syringe of oral steroids if I wanted. I said absolutely! They also gave me some meltaways to put under my tongue for nausea. I could barely drive home but I did. I went straight to bed in full sweatshirt and pants and my fever was 102. I slept for 3 hours and woke up sweating like crazy. I had broken the fever. I awoke and felt 50% human again, just 3 hours later.I am so grateful to the doctor/Nurse Practioner for going above and beyond. While I can't remember being this sick for a very long time, I have never been offered more than the standard oral antibiotic for 5 or 10 days. I should mention that I am also continuing with an oral antibiotic as well, prescribed as part of my treatment. BUT, I feel the extra interventions that were given to me in the office yesteday were pivotal for me feeling better and boosting the healing process. It turned out that I had strep throat and a double ear infection. I am not 100 % and it's only 24 hours later, but I'm probably 65% better and no pain. I'm so grateful! Also, you can make your appointment online. I waited only 10 minutes in the waiting room. My wait was because they couldn't find my check-in (which I did from home) on their computer. Turns out I made my appointment for the following day but they took me anyway! Thank you so much! I HIGHLY recommend. And on a side note- regarding the previous families broken bones. All 3 times we had to follow up with an orthopedic doctor and all 3 times they were always very happy with the way the bones were set or in the ankle case, not set and rather a very supportive boot prescribed by Physicians Urgent Care.
connie wawrzyniak: Awesome front desk staff very happy and polite ! And Dr. Wilson was wonderful best experience I have had going there .
HDRG 13: Muy buen servicio rapido y professional
Megan Therrien: I almost missed my appointment! Got there in the nic of time! I was able to walk in and go straight to the exam room. The lady that took my vitals was personable and thorough. And the provider, she was awesome! Kind compassionate, knowledgeable all around pleasant soul. I had been having a rough day on top of running late and being sick. Unexpectedly, This Dr. Visit definitely lifted my spirits!I was in and out so quickly, got meds to take care of my sick at home (hopefully, looking good so far) instead of acquiring an ER bill! She even understood what I was asking for when I couldn't get the words out! I've got anxiety and she's got great people skills. If I could have Erin Brick (I think that's right) as my Primary I would never dread Dr.'s visit again.Keep up the good work! You guys are so very very appreciated!Overall 10/10 will recommendWill definitely drive the 25 mins if needed, to be treated with the respect understanding and care that I was.Thank you Urgent Care Team!!!
Iris Outlaw: The staff was courteous and Frank and honest in regard to my treatment.
Tammy O'Connell: My hubby and I were really sick. Great care. Low wait time. Wonderful staff. She listened to us. Will definitely go back if we get ill again!!!
Denise Ortiz: Everyone was very nice and professional. We didn't have a long wait at all. Thank you
Willie Harris: I was in and out in a timely manner. The staff was great, friendly and curious and they all had great smiles
Cindy Fox: She's a keeper! Everything was printed out for me that we went over. That's good so everything was clear and instructions how to treat wound. She came in my room with a huge smile. She made me feel very comfortable.. I went to med point and they didn't have xray tech available so I went to physician urgent care.they got me right away.
Miss Donna: My name is Kimberly Jones I’ve been sick for a year one visit at your office and I finally feel on the road to recovery thank you so much for being there and doing what you do I will always refer to you dr. James Diekema,PA whom was my physician thank you again so much I have not use my inhaler in the last three days I was able to run at work I have not run in over a year. It just feels good to feel normal again❤️
Mary Miller: It was a very pleasant experience. The staff was polite. They responded quickly and efficiently. Every time I have been there I have been met with the same standards of excellent care
Barb Truhler: PA Emily Literally talked to me for 1 min. Didn’t listen to my past history. Treated me like I wasn’t an individual. Gave me a medication I did not want.

Immediate Care Center, The South Bend Clinic: what do users think?
Paul Szabo: Simply needed a chest x-ray! My Dr emailed me the script and I was having trouble downloading all of it. I stopped by Radiology to see if what I had with me was enough to get the x-ray. The lady behind the dest for Radiology check in was absolutely no help. I tried explaining my reason for being there and needed help with my scrip. All she kept telling me was "what do you want me to do". I guess helping was out of the question!!! Never going back to this place.
George Garner: While individual doctors and staff are surely not worthy of this rating, the difficulty of making appointments and navigating archaic systems is incredibly frustrating. I'm finding myself waiting days upon days for a callback, only to be bounced to another department, only to have to wait more days. As I write this, I've spent well over a week just trying to make an appointment to deal with a pain issue. This is far, far too long, and far more frustrating than it should be.I would highly recommend avoiding them until they're able to get new systems in place that are more user-focused and friendly.
Timothy Marsh: Phone service is really poor and they don’t have a patient portal app to keep their patients updated on results and allow for communication and refill requests.
Bryttni Verhaeghe: Was told to be 20 mins early for an 8am appt as I was a brand new patient, stood in an empty waiting room until 8am when a man finally came to the desk to start checking people in. After my appt, I needed to do some lab work and decided to just use their lab as I had already been fasting and it was right there. The lab staff was not rude but did not try real hard to be overly friendly and really just rushed to shuffle everyone through. Called today with a question for the lab, the woman who answered the phone was extremely rude, treating me as though I was a complete inconvenience for a 30 second phone call. She answered snarkily and then answered my question with "it doesnt matter" and when I said said thank you she quickly said "yea." and hung up. While I was pleased with the Dr I saw and plan to return to see her, I wont be using their lab services again.
Jeanne Brownell Mullet: "Just work on crutches" is what they said after coming in for a severely sprained ankle. Lady, have you ever used crutches before? How am I supposed to CARRY STUFF?!? Like, most people NEED to do for work. Backpacks/bags aren't allowed into my workplace due to security, and I still can't walk at all 2 weeks later. I literally can't do my job without carrying stuff. All I got was a doctor's note for like 3 days off and a a request for me to be able to sit at work. My work accepted it for a short time, and let me do limited duties, but urgent care won't fill out a form from HR so I can continue sitting and not carrying stuff, which I absolutely have no hands to do on crutches. They want to reexamine me so I can be charged a second office visit to tell me my ankle is still sprained. Like that's gonna change somehow. Greedy money hogs. This is what happens when you employee uneducated, untrained medical scribes to take patient histories (I was one lol, zero school and zero training required). I finally followed up at my primary doctor, 9 weeks after I sprained my ankle, it's still messed up. My doctor read that the scribe at urgent care wrote down I tripped over "a block" (like a children's toy) and "rolled" my ankle. No wonder why they scoffed me out of the office when I went back to have work accommodation forms filled out. No I tripped over a PARKING BLOCK not a toy, and I landed on the TOP of my FOOT.
Becky Banks: Brought my son in who was breaking out in boils. Has a history of MRSA.Doctor Binkle/Bunkle came in and was absolutely the worst, coldest, most selfish doctor I have ever encountered.Didn't even physically touch my son, no temperature was taken to see if he had a fever with the infection. Was more concerned my 2 year old TOOK MY KEYS TO KEEP BUSY AND TOLD ME NOT TO LET HIM DO THAT BECAUSE HE COULDNT HAVE HIM SCRATCH THE FURNITURE. My son then was crying and he didn't even raise his voice so I could hear what the plan was to treat this infection. Just talked over him. Sent a prescription to a pharmacy already closed and told me to re evaluate him in a week if it wasn't gone. Absolutely atrocious care and I will not be returning to this location and will be calling his boss and complaining that was as well.
Cayla Rivera: Toni at the front desk was great, very sweet and polite. She bumped it up a whole star herself. Everyone else acted very uncaring and like I was wasting their time. Wouldn't recommend unless you have very obvious cold symptoms and need antibiotics or something. Especially dont recommend if you don't have insurance. If I had to pay $100 to be told what i already know, like today, i would have been livid.
Lupe P: Very pleased with the professional friendly service we served from Toni at the desk. She was so very helpful and kind and so was the nurses who saw my son. We did not have to wait long and I would highly recommend anyone who needs to be seen when your doctor in Unavailable
Luis Quintos: Everything was fine until doctor walked in. I felt like she was in a rush to get me out of there.. Didn't seem interested in listening to my concerns..I feel like I just wasted my 100 dollars..probably not going there again.
Briana smith: Felt rushed in & out no real care
Amanda Tracey: Brought my daughter here (age 5) for breathing distress and a fever. Didn’t even take her temperature (the doctor felt her head with his hand) spO2 was sitting at 93. They did nothing. He shrugged it off and said well she seems ok now. Smh. Luckily this isn’t my first rodeo with dealing with her having breathing issues. But if I come in with her it’s an emergency!!! Act like it!!
Chris Torres: Building is not actually open on Saturdays.
Dawn Powers: It's nice having a place to get well fast when you can't see your doctor.
Brigitte Hanauer: Comprehensive care, friendly staff, everything in one location
Paul Rumbach: Great place, much cheaper than the ER. It's about $150 to see a doctor, and maybe a bit more if they have to do lab work. #PriceTransparency
Daniel Armstrong: No appointment required. Fast intake time. Doctors and staff very courteous and take care of you
David Conroy: I just came here to get my foot checked out and it was a great experience. The reception was efficient and kind, the nurse was prompt, and the doctor listened well but also didn’t waste time.I’ve been to many urgent care facilities and this was easily one of the best
OnToBetterDays: Ok service. Still wish I could pay my Riley Outreach Clinic copay here. It would make it so much easier.
Anna Magdalena Christianson: Went this morning for treatment for 2nd degree burn. I am accompanied by a service dog. I was told the doctor was "terrified of dogs." The nurse asked if she could take the dog so the doctor could see me. My husband was in the waiting room so I had him sit with my service dog. This sounds like no big deal, but being separated from my service dog was extremely distressing for me. Not only that, but the request to remove my dog was illegal. I knew this but feared that I would be denied service if I did not do so. A service dog can be asked to be removed if it is not housebroken or is not under the handler's control. According to the Americans with Disabilities Act, fear of dogs or allergies are not legitimate reasons to ask for removal of a service dog. I let the doctor know I was upset. He responded that if I did not want him to take care of me I could go somewhere else. While I do see several doctors at South Bend Clinic, I will never use their Immediate Care service again. Some people have had wonderful experiences. For people with disabilities, particularly when accompanied by a service dog, I would recommend going elsewhere. The nursing and office staff, however were nice. The doctor I saw was a Male named Sohair Aleem.
Ray Bennett: Fast friendly service
Kat Conaway: Their okay wouldnt fully trust them they rush you in & out.!

Beacon Medical Group: what do users think?
Luis Lopez-ramirez: Taylor Phillips doesn’t care about the employees and honestly don’t think she’s a good fit for the position
Nanci Jozwiak: This business is the absolute most disorganized, incompetant business I have ever dealt with. Tried paying a bill over the phone, the same bill that was billed to an incorrect insurance company, and the employee was not able to help me. Said my card wouldn't go thru. Very unlikely!! How does that happen? As far as the medical aspect I am not at liberty to say right now but when all is said and done I will have my say. I only gave a one star because I had to mark one to give my opinion. UGH
Andrew Gingerich: Absolute Garbage! I have requested several supervisor call backs and I have not gotten one. We have wrongfully been charged over $1,500 for visits we never had. This has been going on for 6 months. I really don't want to get law enforcement involved.
Margaret Jentz: Was on hold for over 15 minutes trying to pay my bill. They hung up! I have been trying to pay this for over a month!
mann jaye: I wonder if corporate is cognizant their billing employees will continuously hang up on clients who are attempting to make their monthly payment. Because it was 7:45-7:50-755PM.It's a shame and I can only wonder how many other this lazy practice has cost the company revinue.
Hope Delapaz: Called to put more insurance on file and they wouldn’t even let me. Person on phone was very rude and continued to tell me that it was my fault for not having correct insurance on file when I’m not even a patient where I went.
james lee: Trying to get a test for 3 weeks ( cancer test) keep getting wrong procedure code. Even my insurance company called while I was on line and gave them wrong code.
Jeffrey Petermann: What a disgusting group of people. They discriminate against any with a religious sharing plan, and even used that term. You don't like that I am religious? Well, perhaps you should look a little closer at the Constitution folks, because if you don't figure things out REALLY quickly, you will be talking to my lawyer.

Memorial Emergency Care Center: what do users think?
Bradley Parker: Im a trucker who have to shut down, call an uber n get my tooth infection taken care of. Staff was more than helpful and sought to my every need. They took care of me and id highly recommend this place to anyone going through an illness
KRLL: It was quick. I appreciate all the stuff members who were taking their job seriously. Thank you so much. I noticed that there is only a few positives review and this need to be changed.P.S. I came here after St Joseph emergency room where I was writing 3 hours. I will keep sharing this unpleasant experiences, to trigger some changes in that amature organisation.
Cassy: This was the absolute worst ER experience I have ever had. Nothing was seen as an emergency and multiple people with serious problems left after 5+ hours of waiting. I left after 6 hours of waiting, still never seen by an actual doctor.
Dan Meehan: This place is a joke
Avril Do: Certain things I would go to this hospital for but if I were having heart issues this wouldn't be one of them! Jared the RN not a cardiologist is making decisions on heart patients! In my opinion he isn't a great physician and should not be working with heart patients!
Steven Scales: My dad tested positive for Covid at 8pm here we are and it’s 11:30pm and we still have not seen the doctor. I have noticed young white patients being taken to the back to see a doctor when the emergency room is filled with 95% non white patients having to wait for over 3 hours. People will say it’s not true but tonight it’s my 85 year old dad back to reality moment to experience how far we have not come.
Dean Snyder: Sat nite after the ND game there was no less than 20 people in the ER. An infection was making it painful to breathe. After an EKG i was sent back to the waiting room,i asked the nurse,is it going to be hours? He shook his head yes. There was a man who stitches had ripped open from prior back surgery..3 1/2 hours and still was waiting to be seen. I was there almost 3 hrs and saw 3,maybe 4 people taken back to see a doctor. The guy left and went to Elk general.I left not being seen,no better, and went home. I hope the staff,if u wanna call them that, are proud of their incompetence. Today there was 6 people waitng. After 3 hrs i asked the nurse behind the counter if i was going to be seen soon,to which she sarcastically replied"we're doing the best we can,but thank u for your concern"and shut her little sliding glass window in my face. Again,i left, untreated, and went home and took some advil. That ER is a joke. Never again.
Vanessa Cales: Very polite and very kind
Greyson Smith: I waited 5 hours in pain with shortness of breath I started to really struggle and with no chance of being seen in sight my boyfriend took me to st joe were in 30 minutes i was in a room chest xrays done and labs sent off and on oxygen so please memorial explain to me why i waited 5 hours
Lora Shook: The amount of time you wait and so many walking back and forth, its ridiculous.
Melissa Harris: I went in with a uti, pain level was a 20... I was doubled over in so much pain, and crying, they still had me in the waiting room for over 2 hours, with 3 ppl in front of me still... they really need to take the sign down how they take the more severity of illness or injury... I don't get how ppl were up walking and talking on their phone was worse than what I went threw.. I left came to St. Joe, and I have a kidney infection... good job memorial.. I know I won't go there again!
Pat Hipskind: I took my friend there not long ago. She was in terrible pain. There were people there who were walking in and out smoking, getting food. Etc. She had to wait over an hour and no one came to her aid, while these others were enjoying their time there. Something must be done! The sign in er says they take people according to pain level - not true+!
Angela Vore: I was treated like a sub human there they lied straight to my face gave me a shot I thought was anti nausea medicine only to find out it was a sedative then was woken up to be told I would get to treatment bc I was on drugs. I'm 46 yrs old and nvr knew one could leave the emergency room sicker than when they went in. I feel humiliated used and abused. If he didn't want to treat me he should have NEVER put Anything In My Body!
mary ellis: have. been outpatient and inpatient staff were kind and caring while carrying out their professional duties ; you must let them take the lead in such a stressful situation I thank everyone of them.
Becky Vollmer: If I could give this place a 0 I would. I understand staff is overworked, burnt out, way busier than normal but Memorial is supposed to be the top of the line in Michiana. I arrived to the ER with 4 people ahead of me. It was 2 hours before the 1st was called back and around 3.5 before I was called back. I'm not bothered by these wait times as I know it could be much longer. I'm bothered that when I was called back, I was placed in a room...and no one returned. An hour and a half went by and still not a soul to check my vitals, assess me, get me comfortable. My husband (who was in the parking lot) said 3 south bend and 2 mishawaka ambulances were pulling in and lots of police. Hospital went on lock down. I knew these patients would take precedence over me since they don't even know why I'm really here.... so I left. The front desk staff was less than sympathetic. My husband drove me over to Franciscan in Michigan City (and WOW...what a great experience and beautiful hospital) and what do you know....emergency gallbladder removal. Have had a great experience at Beacon Granger so if you can make it there to be treated...or get treated and need higher level of care...let them transport you to Memorial so you can skip Memorials ER...I'd do it.
Jerome Jonesiii: I literally just called them because my wife is there now. She got some shots and she passed out while we were video chatting I called them and told them what happened and they said they were sending someone and almost 10 minutes later she called me back and said no one came in. I had her push the call button and then someone just came in. It's sad and scary at the same time when you can't count on the people that are supposed to help save lives where your loved ones are. I am very upset about this. I can't even come up there because of the covid restrictions or I would be there now. DO BETTER MEMORIAL HOSPITAL. I know it's a job but you are trusted with the lives of the people that you "care" in that facility!
Everett Carver: They are so unprofessional it makes no sense,The staff was joking about peoples illnesses I seen a man next to me have a seizure and it took them 10 minutes just to get him assistance. The staff at Memorial Hospital ER have lost the passion to serve the people have lost the passion to help people now it’s all about a paycheck. People are out here losing their lives to COVID-19 and the ER staff are sitting around joking about it life is precious it should not be made fun of I hope something is done about the staff there.
G Ivano: These for profit hospitals need to be eradicated, they are nothing but quick grab scam artist . There are filled with clueless nurses and ABSOLUTELY USELESS DOCTORS.After I went to Physicians Urgent Care and the useless doctor there scared me that I must immediately go to the ER because there was nothing that he could do. I followed up on the advice and went to the Memorial ER. I waited for four hours before I was able to see a doctor and he said that he could not believe what I was told at Physicians Urgent Care and that he doesn't know what could be wrong with me. It took less than 5 minutes, if that. The combined bill is close to 600.00 and I am in the same limbo as before seeing the two Dumbo docs.To add insult to injury, Memorial ER contacted me several weeks later stating that I owe an additional $250+ because of a test that I didn't consent to and it wasn't even reviewed or discussed by the doctor.Absolute disgust with treatment. This is extortion!I really hate the broken healthcare system in our country. We seen as nothing more than incoming money, no one cares to help anymore.
Sdv V: I rarely write reviews, but I've been compelled to do so due to the lack of service received and issues with billing.1. The wait was well over 5 hours, yet the actual time spent with the doctor was less than 5 minutes. I went in with severe ear pain, and left with severe ear pain. There was absolutely no diagnosis given, other than the doctor saying "I don't know", and ushering me out.2. During the wait, blood was drawn without the doctor's orders, or my consent/understanding of why. Results were never shared (the doctor didn't even know, nor did he ever, at any point, give an order for blood work after seeing me). I have been billed however for this "lack of" service. After talking to billing about the issue, and even though she agreed with me, she stated I would still be expected to pay for the blood work. Why?So, I have to pay to talk to an incompetent doctor, that provided no treatment.I have to pay to have my blood drawn without a doctor's order? Just so they could bill $$$$ to my insurance company. What sort of business practice is this?
Jack Cooper: I had a car accident and I was sent here by helicopter. I really appreciate the nurse Emily and Misty. The nurses are excellent. But the therapy plan is suspicious, I almost got skin necrosis on my right foot.
Austin Manning: Pretty helpful
