Bones Foust: Refused to wait 10 minutes for office staff to return from lunch to unload freight. Staff member actually saw the driver pull out of the lot at 1:54. Driver first made contact with us at 1:44 and we said we would get someone there ASAP. Then when called on it XP gave us a one star review on our business even though we have never done any work or service for them.
Angela Warfield: Shout out to Deb L., who did her very best to help me with a delivery that another XPO location had (but were a nightmare to deal with). We need way more Deb's in our world! Thank you for your kindness and your time!

W L: the city is beautiful, but in this place if you arrive after 12:01 am THERE IS NO ONE to help you!! Even the security guy goes home and EVERYONE comes back after 5am!

Cassandra Bowling: Scheduled delivery time and they never showed. They rescheduled the delivery without ever contacting us and it is Friday. They want us to wait until Monday when we have NO furniture. Terrible company.

Gayle Marie: Made a delivery appointment for my shipment, and the day before I get a notification at 7:50pm that it delivered at 11:35am. I've been home all day and no one has been here to deliver anything. Tracked online, and someone who I never heard of signed for the delivery. Was unable to get ahold of anyone at the shipping company, so now I have to wait .Oh and no one called to tell me it was delivering a day early.

Roksa Express Inc Accounting: if the president of the company is dishonest liar himself what more can be said. Accounts payable is at all irresponsible employees making simple mistakes. they confirmed that we were set up for quick pay and then they set it up as regular pay. president Robert said that check will be issued on one date, when we called to get check information, he said that check will be issued next month. don't haul with them if you dont want to be treated as a fool!
Anna Sidis: lied about what they are going to pay you, just to get you loaded. then when it came time to get our revised rate con went back on their word.
