They did revise their invoice, but still inflated the revised invoice. When I asked them about I got conflicting details as to how they were arriving at the total and they basically refused to discuss my questions with me on the phone. Additionally, it became clear in one of the few conversations of substance I had with the firm that they were billing two clients for the same hours.
