Nicholas Lowe: Like and BMV location in the state, the place can certainly be busy. But I've never waiting more than 30 minutes, even on one of those days when all the seats are taken. The manager has come out to help speed things along when the wait line grows. I just haven't had a very good experience with friendliness from the staff. I know they have a government job and people are largely demanding and can be aggressive but I always try to be as cordial as possible and smile and it's not always returned. But, they are efficient. So, if you're looking to get in and get out, this is a good place to go.

Allison Lédée: I witnessed a worker at the counter be extremely unhelpful and rude to this little old couple who was looking for help with their taxes. When I tried to help them, the worker and her supervisor were extremely rude to me as well and then proceeded to go back to the supervisor's desk and speak rudely about me loud enough that I could hear them. VERY unprofessional. I wouldn't expect a supervisor to feed into gossip and poor customer service that way.

Brenda vine: Just moved hear from New York State so we had to get new plates and drivers license so first things we walked in and there must been 10 people working which was nothing like new york you go to the department of motor vehicle and there would be 3 people there 2 working other one just handing out paperwork you get a number and would be waiting for hours to get waited on hear we tooked a number and they were calling our number as we walking in we got to the window and my husband got his new driver's license in minutes I got my new plates but no new driver license because of didn't have my marriage license from my other marriage something that they don't ask for in new york plus you don't have 2 license plates and you don't have inspection just have to say that the department of motor vehicle in Indiana are so much better faster and nicer people
