Donna Rock: It is scary getting into an accident, especially when it is not your fault. I almost went with another firm (because they contacted me) but was recommended to go to Stesiak. The rate was 10 percent lower, and it was in my hometown of South Bend. It felt more personal working with Angela and meeting Stesiak in person. I truly felt I was understood and my truth meant something more than just money. I wasn't given any fairy tale outcome, and I appreciated that. I was even able to talk about how I felt uncomfortable suing knowing we all make mistakes when it comes to driving (I am a Christian) and It may take a couple of years before all is resolved... depending on the accident and insurance company to get any results. The bigger the accident ( hurt, loss of income, death) the faster it can move. Stesiak did not settle for anything less from what he confidently knew he could get! They are real fighters. She was called this morning of 9/19/16 in order to locate a missing payment on a settlement we arranged. Long story short this "woman" was extremely rude and decided to hang up on me multiple times also refusing to give me her name. I called back to speak directly to Chet and she asked who was speaking and hung up on me when i told her my name. i called back to get her name where she hung up on me again. I attempted to leave a Voice mail directly to chet and she disconnected the machine and hung up on me again, then my last time calling back she asked me "is this how u start your mornings?" She needs to go immediately.
