Kevin Johnson: Many of the reviews seem to be related to the Home Care facility that was at the same location, but was separate from the pharmacy. My wife and I both have used the compound pharmacy at this location and have had extremely good customer service and have never had an issue with billing or prescription pick ups. Dedicated staff who knows their stuff and have always been friendly and helpful.
Shelby Smallwood: Terrible and very rude costumer service. The price to fill at this pharmacy was very high compared to another, and she was very rude when I told her I no longer needed the prescription and hung up. I am VERY happy that I did not continue care with them.

Nikko Crum: I cannot believe the treatment I received just this year. I have been a client of Beacon for almost five years. The nurse, Tracy Wenger, and bathaide, Danielle Miller were wanting to drop me. They found ways of doing this. How can they say they care about their clients? First off, Danielle would be texting on her phone while giving me my bath. She had her back towards me supposedly getting my shampoo ready, leaving me freezing cold in the shower. I really believe she can't go even five minutes without texting or answering her phone...oh by the way if her office calls her, she ignores them. Lately she kept saying how that if she didn't have me as a client because of drive time and the three hours with me, then she could see three other clients! Then when she says she has to leave to go to her next client, she stands around talking, and repeating her dialog. She came to see me on Monday, I informed that I had the flu for the fourth time this year, she came and left me in a urine soaked bed without offering to clean me up. Danielle, I know it's all about money for you, where is your concern for the client???Tracy Wenger has no respect for her clients, she comes to see me after being in the office for meetings, then takes her frustrations out on me, especially when I'm sick and running a fever, She's very brass, raising her voice and almost threating to drop you if you don't do what she says..always wanting to send me to the E.R. unnecessarily, when the E.R. wonders what you're doing here in the E.RI have requested if she could come on any other day than Mondays to avoid her backlashing, I even tried for a time, have her vent to me her frustrations over the office visits, but it took a big toll on my own life dealing with my many health issues.WHAT I WANT TO SAY, TAKE CONSIDERATION ABOUT YOUR PATIENTS, ITS NOT ABOUT YOU. IF YOU CANT BE CONSIDERATE ABOUT YOUR PATIENTS, THEN MAYBE YOU'RE IN THE WRONG PROFESSION!I was wrongly treated. Even when Tracy Wenger called me one day that her supervisor Rosena was coming with her for a visit. Tracy made some trumped up excuse that I had disrespected her and yelled at her, I was so sick in bed, I didn't yell at her, I just rolled over in bed and fell asleep. Well, nothing came of that false statement. Then I knew they would go to great lengths to get rid of me. So, fellow clients, have your guard up when it comes to these two and it's company.Tracy tried to complain to her supervisor which came to nought, then she complained to my case manager and my friend, neither one of them could get involved in her petty bickering. It reminds me of a little child, who doesn't get her way, so she throws a tamtrum til she gets her way...(ask her fellow employees).Good Riddance Tracy Wenger, Good Riddance Danielle Miller... Maybe others will see your "work" habits too. Good Riddance Beacon Home Care!
A. James McAdams III: It is remarkably difficult to get this office to meet its promises, answer the phone, get information. I always wonder what the people are doing in the back. The facility is beautiful, but even as I contemplate calling them now, I dread the wait and the potential problems. What is amazing to me is that no one in the Beacon administration addresses these problems. So where are you Beacon? This is a recurring problem!

John Kerkemeyer: If I could, I'd give them zero stars. This is a business that operates like a scam artist. They prey upon people with medical needs through misinformation, deception and unmet commitments. They incorrectly bill insurance companies and pretend it's the insurance company's fault.
Jamie Lane: They lied to me for months by saying my items were covered by insurance. I asked every time I got replacement parts and mentioned I had not received a letter or documentation or anything and was told I was fine. Yesterday I got a giant bill in the mail. I called and no call back. Why would you keep sending more items if the previous ones were not paid for?! Why wouldn't you make a phone call or some kind of notification sooner? You wait 9 months then send a bill?!?
Scott Nafe: nice folks, but worst customer service on the planet. I waited on hold for over a half hour, twice, and never received a call back. They failed to deliver oxygen to the hospital before dad was sent home on an ambulance, then he sat at home, with no oxygen, for about 3 hours.Wish I could have left zero stars. I will cancel the balance of my medical equipment for home care as soon as they open this morning.
Ann Hochstetler: So incredibly disappointed in how Beacon Home care is handling their closures. We had been waiting for call backs for weeks, now we are waiting over a week for our sons information to be transferred to Alicks. Had BHC notified their families of the closures we could have made sure to start the transfer of care before supplies became low. This is such a disservice to the children and families that depend on service.
meshall williams: I absolutely adore the people that work here. Every single time I have went in, they have been helpful, courteous, and they always do a great job of explain everything.When I go out of town especially, because I need a smaller oxygen concentrator to take with me. It's always ready. Only 1 time I had a problem, the nozzle, (upside green tree that connects to a bipap was missing). Fortunately my daughter could bring it to me. So I will be sure to check and make sure it's on there the next time. I won't be just a couple hours away, more like 15.
Danielle Kline: This is happening in real time: 2:59 pm, Monday, June 27, 2016. Terrible customer service. While here I've been told to call my Dr for a prescription renewal. Did that a few minutes ago. Drs office needed their fax #. When I asked for it I was told that they should have it on file. The staff person from Dr Englert's office was quite taken aback that the Beacon customer service rep wouldn't just give it us. Another Beacon co worker came over and gave it to me. My ticket number to be waited on is 54. The CR rep who waited on me initially just made a statement to no one in particular, but loud enough for me to hear that 54 is her lucky number. Waiting now to see if I can get my equipment today. The gentleman who gave me the fax # is now waiting on me.
Richard Wolf: Terrible billing practices. They bill in 7-8 month lumps. The staff are hostile and uncooperative. I strongly advise going somewhere else. I see from other reviews, my complaint is not unusual.
Todd Beutel: Horrible customer service, questionable billing practices, don't schedule service appointments for rented equipment...the worst company I have ever worked with. Run the other way!
