Anonymous: Got fitted for a wedding and told them the collar was too tight and they told me I’m fine and need to get used to it. They were also instructed to send it to Virginia and when I got there it was still in Mishawaka with the wedding the next day

Robertson Boucek: Was fitted here for a friend's wedding (in Virginia) was told that I could not pick up my tux there, but had to pick up in Mishawaka. Other groomsmen had worse issues. Many could not get their tuxes fit correctly, and one had to go to the wedding with the wrong neck size on his shirt. Better bet to go to another vendor for wedding tux rentals.

Nicole Tweedy: The guy, Tim that was helping us was great. But when he asked for help from a lady she started yelling at him. "What are you doing that for." As he was measuring my son for pants length. Then she told him not to sell us the suite and wanted us to look for a bigger one. She was so roughed we left without buying anything not even the bow tie he really wanted. She lost Tim the sale. If she would have been a little nicer about it we may have still bought the size up.

Lucas V Rogers: The service was insanely pathetic if zero stars was an option that would be more accurate. I have received better service at a gas station than this Mens Warehouse. We set an appointment to discuss our wedding day. Not only when we arrived did the associate have us wait fifteen minutes till we began. She never asked our names, when the special day was or any level of salesmanship. Did not bother to guide us through the rental or purchasing process. If your a soon to be bride and groom and your already stressed with all the planning, do yourself a favor save your time and go to Louie's Tux Shop instead.

When a small incident occured she was able to real the person back into a sale. I cant say enough good things about her and the others who work here. Hannah Brooks: 0/5 stars. Some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced and we had a pair of ripped pants that they wouldn’t refund. Manager was so unpleasant and not helpful at all. Not to mention they cancelled my brothers order 1 week before his wedding. Needless to say we will never be ordering anything through Mens Warsaw house again. Truly unbelievable.

Jay Tipton: The only reason I’m rating Snyder’s at 5-Stars is because it won’t let me give them more. Every member of staff was incredible to work with. It’s hard enough to find locally owned shops at all; to find one that not only has 100 years in business, but is run by a third-generation owner is something truly special. The owner, Shawn Snyder, is a man who is passionate about his craft in a way that just isn’t found anymore. The level of meticulous attention to detail in the tailoring process staggered me and I immediately got the sense that since his name is attached to it, my suit was going to be PERFECT. And it was! Even when I wound up needing the suit a week earlier than I had thought I would, Shawn was unflappable. I’m not a particularly good dresser, but I look forward to finding as many reasons as I can to give them as much business as I can in the future!

Shruti Powers- Khandelwal: This is the first time I entered this store and I felt relieved purchasing men's stuff from this store. They have another branch in Goshen, that I haven't been to, but the store person here was so courteous and professional, I ended up buying and spending alot more than I imagined. Having been to kohls, jcpenney and other chain stores looking for hubby's office clothes, the experience has been less than satisfactory. First, the clothes don't long last, and second, the material isn't always great.My hubby wanted to buy short sleeve buttoned down shirt, and thankfully they still had stock. We ended up buying three shirts, because the material was good, they fit well, and they were all different styles! (And we also tried them in the fitting room! Which is exciting during covid) You do need to pay attention to the wash instructions, and per piece the price could be in the range of $85 dollars, but since it was end of season, we got them at 25% off. Also, I believe the material is durable, so what I spent in kohls for a year (equivalent to 5 shirts), I probably spent here one time. But rest assured, I may not be buying more shirts for the next 5 years, unless hubby gains weight or washing machine takes revenge on the poor shirts ... You never know...Additionally, we also looked at sports coats/jackets.. and while they were running low on stock, we plan on going back and purchasing from here (or Goshen) because sometimes, quality is everything! The store person was extremely patient and helped try the different coats and clearly, my hubby was an in-between size, so he also told us, they could tailor to his size! That's another great thing about buying from here! We also bought one underwear/brief, just because I think the material and fit would be so much better for him... Men who have chaffing issues, should look into this especially. That one piece was $30+ but again , it beats buying from Kohl's...If you wish to buy something special for your man, definitely check this place out. It has possibly everything a man may need for his wear .. the new stuff on the shelves was all winter and some good kashmere stuff. And not to forget,the fitting rooms are open, so feel free to try as many things you want. Enjoy!

Ryan McCormick: Great place to go if you're 60+. They carry all the nice high-end brands (hence how I found the place listed on Allen Edmonds website) but as a 32-year-old they wouldn't even give me the time of day. Stood at the counter for 10 minutes waiting to even be noticed then was blindly told "oh that's a discontinued shoe, we don't have it in 10.5" and not offered other options or advice. Kind of an odd experience considering I walked in the door fully intending to spend $500 on a pair of shoes.Walked out irritated and disappointed. Places like this need to realize that once the 60+ crowd dies off they'll need the 30something professional crowd to stay in business.

They enthusiastically offer to sign you up for email coupons but they are not great coupons. When I think of name brand I think good quality, but that's not the case. I would say it's hit or miss on quality.If you're new to this region looking for big men's clothing I would also recommend JCPenney, Burlington Coat Factory, and the Big and Tall Outlet in Elkhart.

I seen an employee folding clothes and asked what time fitting room closed she said “ about 45 min before store closes” it was 8:08! The other customer said “ how are we to know what fits.” Obviously upset too the fitting rooms were closed so early. I just left my untried on bundle ( lost sale) and paid for leggings I knew would fit from the very rude non greeting cashier Kinzie/ Kenzie with no thank you at the end! Hello and Thank you should be trained! Bad management! I work in customer service and we don’t treat paying customer like we want to get out of there and hate our jobs! And just fold cloths and not help customers! Paying managers to fold clothes and close fitting rooms early so they can leave!

When order shipping is delayed I have had to contact customer service to inquire about the delay to get status information.4. When a product is not available I am not informed it is discovered when I see a credit applied to my bank account/credit card from the boutique.I believe that this boutique has great things to come, but would benefit by improving it's managing of online sales etc. I hope that my feedback helps with that process😊
