Buddo Hood: DRIVERS:Never had any problems at this location. Always an easy drop and hook. If load isnt ready, its usually a small wait, nothing too extensive. The shipping department alway has someone friendly and helpful. There is a small driver lounge/ rest room area if u need it. Its always CLEAN...Do your part to keep it that way! As you know, most places dont offer this, so dont ruin a good thing.EXITING:Make sure to EXIT around back of building, making a RIGHT onto Didam Blvd. Then a RIGHT onto Voren Pkwy. Then 1 more RIGHT onto Olive Rd. That will get you back to where you entered on W Cleveland Rd. 👍🏽

Michael Zawacki: It was one of the best places I've ever worked for. If you like to make money this is the place to be. Very structured. Weekly meetings, and Good Insurance also. If the company does good in production that year, they are very generous when it comes to bonus. They have a point system and believe me they use it. This is a place of work not for play. I would recommend it to anyone that is a go-getter and wants to learn.

Hustle Dinero: I literally had the same experience as Sky Drink
Sky Drink: About this place, one can say one thing, they are the most-most slowly operating organization in all of America. I have not seen anywhere else such workers. I managed from South Carolina, to arrive in 11 hours 700 miles before 3:50 pm in the afternoon, and they already closed at 1:30 pm in the afternoon. I had to wait 15 hours for a new day and while it was unloaded, this can be recorded in the book of records. for this, they could not have put at all an otsuka, but unfortunately, at least one should be put. GOD forbid once again to come here. Good luck to everyone and good weekend.

Deer Valley Trailer: Thought everything was going great. Had a lot of back and forth with John & Patrick over a few weeks. I sent photos and designs of what I needed, They even asked me to make arrangements to send them a sample at my cost. We'll thankfully I didn't send it. I called today to touch base cause they quit responding. John answered and seemed annoyed to be speaking to me. He quickly informed me that they no longer want to do business with cause they can't all of a sudden take on new customers. They want save all available parts for current customers cause of import issues. I felt very put off by his tone and "just go away" attitude. Dealing with Imperial was a complete waist of my time and my wages for my employer. I thought everything was going well up to this point. No real hard feelings but I think this experience should be documented for others to see.

Whether you want to build a part or not, dont you think you would wnat your company to have at least decent customer service?Terrible customer service, TERRIBLE ran office especially the manger PATRICK. Sorry about your personal life man, thats got to be what your problem is. Think about it.
