David Werling: The vast majority of negative reviews are from truck drivers. Steel Warehouse Company does not exist to service third party carriers and their drivers. We are here to service our customers. That is our primary mission, and long wait times for pick up means we are doing just this.
Nonya Business: Dispatch is like Comedy Central nothing but a JOKE!!! Drivers are treated like the bottom of the food chain, chewed up and spit out daily!! Ruining the lively hood of many family’s while they make changes to line their pockets more with zero regard to hard working loyal drivers! It’s not a trucking company it’s a steel company and no one there knows anything about trucking!!!

Randy Smith: Very slow to load, appointments do not matter. They work at their own pace and that’s turtle speed, make sure you fuel and have food before coming here. I won’t be back.

Ryan Paid Tourist: Sometimes it takes a while to get loaded, sometimes you're in and out. Pretty much like any other steel facility. At times it's because the driver in front of you doesn't have any sense of time.

Alex Stefan: I was banned from this company for no reason. There was a woman there who unloaded the metal plates. I said nothing to her but "okay", nothing else! I didn't cause any problems or anything. I didn't speak to anyone but her. Be aware if you have to deliver something here, it looks you might offend somebody by just minding your business.🤷♂️

Gary Waddell: The people who are in receiving are nice but my freight bills do not say appointment needed and actually hussy copper is the one WHO SCREWED ME .I sat there until Friday for thyssenkrupp to unload me a big 7 minutes but 30 plus hours.and thanks to HUSSY COPPER I SPENT SATURDAY SUNDAY MONDAY SETTING IN MINNESOTA. THANKS HUSSY COPPER .

Sherril Merrill: We were there twice this week. Delicious prime rib sandwich. Wonderful appetizers. The dippity dough balls are yummy. Charles is a fun and attentive server.
Juan Lopez: Delicious, great environment, friendly staff! Great for a business lunch, a fun get together, or a night out with friends and family.
Amy Minnick: Sandwich was awful, elote slaw was not remotely so, and fries were obviously frozen out of the bag
Lealand Parsons (Rebel): Excellent bistro bar called Laubers located in the old J C Lauber Sheet metal shop. Comparable to Sickie Garage. Very good Italian sub with honest to God hand cut fries. Service was very good with an attentive waitstaff.

Buddo Hood: DRIVERS:Never had any problems at this location. Always an easy drop and hook. If load isnt ready, its usually a small wait, nothing too extensive. The shipping department alway has someone friendly and helpful. There is a small driver lounge/ rest room area if u need it. Its always CLEAN...Do your part to keep it that way! As you know, most places dont offer this, so dont ruin a good thing.EXITING:Make sure to EXIT around back of building, making a RIGHT onto Didam Blvd. Then a RIGHT onto Voren Pkwy. Then 1 more RIGHT onto Olive Rd. That will get you back to where you entered on W Cleveland Rd. 👍🏽

Michael Zawacki: It was one of the best places I've ever worked for. If you like to make money this is the place to be. Very structured. Weekly meetings, and Good Insurance also. If the company does good in production that year, they are very generous when it comes to bonus. They have a point system and believe me they use it. This is a place of work not for play. I would recommend it to anyone that is a go-getter and wants to learn.
