Peachxxiii: I guess the rating really depends on how the student is socially and academically. I would give this school two stars because it just wasn’t a good year for me.To start of the teachers aren’t totally bad, but some of them are just not helpful. It’s just like they don’t care. Also if your a student who doesn’t follow directions don’t expect too much from teachers. They will hate your behavior even more. And some teachers yell at every little thing complaining about how they hate their jobs and hate all of us within their years of their teaching. Secondly, there’s lots of stuff that happens from drama, bullying/name calling, and WAY more. Every school has ups and downs but LaSalle isn’t the most perfect student school as people say it is. The last thing I’m gonna say is how they run the school is just not for me… I’m not sure if they changed it for this but the hours were crazy weird. Like 9:30-4:30…. We weren’t getting home until like 5 and then we had lots of homework. And the buses were always late so people riding buses don’t get home till like 6-7… Also LaSalle needs more opportunities for students. This school needs to get back in order and become more organized.

Weeping Harmony: I, Tierney Ferguson have this to say. This school has its ups and it's downs, but overall the school is really good. You get a great education which is most important. Not the chicken nuggets. Another thing, students like to joke about having Crippling Depression. Stop, now. The school's principals are fine. Some trouble here and there but, otherwise fine. (Mr. Groves made a school rap.) The teachers are amazing. They all have their ways of teaching, and many bring there fun personality to the classroom. Personally, I liked my years at LaSalle. It's a great school and though many students give bad reviews, they give the reviews about really idiotic reasons. Like the poor food quality or the students. If the students are bothering you, ignore them or stand up to them. Not to call anyone out (Isaiah, Baraka, Mateo, Grant) They like to joke around. Don't take them seriously. Isiah has only been here for a year. 7th grade. He is now in 8th. All the people I mentioned are now in 8th. I agree with Leann. The school is fine. Look past all the stupid details and see that LaSalle isn't all that bad. I've been here for my entire middle school life. Fifth grade all the way through 8th. I'm started 8th grade a few weeks ago, though I'm exited for High School. I'm going to miss LaSalle. And haters that attend the school. Back off. Stop getting mad for stupid things.

Leann Lincoln: This school isn't perfect. I mean there is always something wrong with every school. The majority of reviews are from formal or current lasalle students that are just mad because they have to go to school and this happens to be that one. This school is the most advanced in the sbcsc region. No other school provides the necessary information better than this one. I seriously doubt anyone actually reads the reviews but this is a very good school. Just sometimes the kids are ignorant. VERY ignorant. But in my 13 years of living ive never see a school care so much about their students and provide a better education. Take it from a current student about to finish her years at lasalle. And I'm not saying its perfect I made that very clear at the beginning, but its the best damn school I have ever see. In the sbcsc area.

Mr.Chevy 4000: Be careful with this school . The whole staff is professional. And will leak out your personal information. Especially the social workers. Mr. Davis is the worst of all and pretty useless. Not sure why or how he's even qualified to work in any public schools.

Tiffany McMenamin: After reading the reviews I was sceptical about sending my child to clay intermediate and it turns out I should have been. My child's teachers were great and cared as much as they could. The children are abusive to each other and some staff seem to look the other way. The principal....Worthless!

Bo Dunlap: Clay Intermediate is horrible (in all aspects) since Mrs. Beard became principal. Like all things in life, the functionality and success of a business is the direct result of its leadership; in the case of Clay Intermediate, there is a gaping void in this area. Unfortunately for my children that attend Clay--due to financial barriers, and not choice--the classrooms are overcrowded with behavioral problems, the majority of faculty members are ineffective to say the least, and the academic counselor(s) and administrators are unprofessional and unconcerned for the continued academic success and progression of their students. Ultimately, I do not recommend ANY of the public schools within the South Bend Community School Corporation (at any level). Until the S.B.C.S.C fixes its internal problems at the administrative levels, the state mandated standardized test scores will continue to reflect the lackadaisical efforts of the union-protected "educators" that "teach" our children.
