Kevin Lockwood: We are new to T-Mobile coming from forever with the "big red guy$" and my wife's recent stint with "ma Bell". We already had our new phones, purchased elsewhere and unlocked. Making the jump, I anticipated might have issues and I was right. However, the crew here at this store have been friendly and extremely helpful as we resolved issues with our Google and Apple phones. T mobile as a carrier, jury is still out, but local personnel at their corporate stores have been great to work with.

On top of that the owner of the store will leave a msg on your review with an email to reach him/her at making it seem like they’re concerned and willing to help but really it’s just a front. I msgd the owner at the email I was given and no reply til this day, my lost though right? Terrible business
charles mburu: Lacy was the bomb. She added a line to our account. She was on point even when issues came up, she was able to fix them right way. She is an asset to your organization. Will definitely be going back. That was a year ago. and Lacy is gone.We went back last week, the door was locked employee Chris (Retail Manager) was inside with a customer. We thought maybe one customer at a time rule so we waited (it was an hour before closing). 20 minutes later no acknowledgment that we were standing outside. After knocking on the door again, Chris came out and said he is done for the day and would not help us. We said all we wanted was a new sim card, he said nope and locked the door. What a difference a person can make to a business. T-Mobile you are about to lose a loyal customer!
Christopher Le Croy: Rushed to this store to find locked doors. They already adjusted their closing time from 8pm to 6pm. Why not just make it 5:30 if your not going to stay open untill 6pm!

Kennedy Blank: The customer care is unbeatable! I encountered a problem with my phone that had nothing to do with Tmobile but the manager and staff helped me after hours, informed me daily about what was going on, and went above and beyond to find out the information I needed from Apple. At one point, the manager even came back to the store after leaving for a break to personally help me. Absolutely recommend this location due to the wonderful workers.

Ladell Allen: Great place to go get your wireless and internet service. They greeted me as soon as I entered the store. They were eager to help me with my problem. They worked hard to resolve my issue. I highly recommend this store for all your At&T needs.

Salih Yasun: Visited on August 19th around noon, asked very specifically for a prepaid plan, reminded it multiple times, but I was still provided with a post paid plan, which I learned after calling the costumer service.
Erika E: Walked in, the guy (there was one worker there) said I will be right with you. He was already on the phone, so I waited, no big deal. Then he answered another call....and I waited. I just wanted to cancel my WiFi. The employee said they cannot cancel your service in the store. They cannot take back their own equipment in the store. He said just call the customer service line (cause that is the only way you can cancel your home Wifi) it's quick and easy. And then you have to go to a UPS store to drop off your equipment. Ok, I call the customer service line, current wait time was 57 minutes - 2.5 hours. Sure quick and easy. I wait, and the guy finally gets on the phone....I just want to cancel my service....they never just let you cancel, they want to know if someone else would like my service...and this deal and that deal. I just need to cancel my service please. The guy was nice enough. But then I had to go to a UPS store to return my equipment. Just not convenient at all.
Alan Myers: Worst place to come to get questions answered the sales person/manager has a baby on a car seat inside the store on the table won’t pay attention to your concerns because she’s worried about the baby there was a couple behind her which I’m assuming was the parent’s baby if you’re gonna run a store you have to make sure you’re paying attention to the customer not the baby or the other friends you got there.

Kim and Lance were extremely helpful and answered all questions and made the whole transfer from boost to AT&T super easy and stress free. Even with their being a lot of people waiting to be helped they didn’t rush and shove me out of the door. They took their time and treated me as if I was just as important as the others who came in behind me and still answered all questions. Thank you guys so much!!!

George S: Bought a phone from AT&T online and brought it in to transfer sim cards from my old phone to my wife's and from hers to the new phone. After waiting 20 minutes associate said she couldn't do it since we bought it online. We've been doing this at this same store for years. AT&T does not value their customers enough to provide this simple service anymore.
