Matthew Lehner: Been here a couple times. One time, I had previously taken a laptop in for repair to C & P Distributing. They charged me a $65 diagnostic fee, only to tell me they had no idea what was wrong with it and that they couldn't fix it. After that, I brought it to Miles (who doesn't charge a diagnostic fee). They fixed it no problem for somewhere in the neighborhood of $100. Other time, I had phone screen replaced. This was completed as one would expect. No complaints, and highly recommended this place.

Shane Buck: I received an emailed quote to replace the screen on my Surface 7 Pro Plus. I went to the store to pay half down so they can order the screen. The sales person behind the counter tells me that the quote is not good and that it will cost roughly an additional $100. I mentioned the quote and he said he can’t do it. Sounds like a bait and switch scheme to me.
Michael Prince: They get the job done but they usually have to order parts and they say they will alert you but never do. So I never know when my stuff is ready for pick up
Lydian Mitchell: My father was recommended this store from another business and came in last week for a simple fix when he noticed his phone no longer held a charge. They told him they could fix it and after telling him the fees and suggesting he pay a certain amount upfront, they were unable to do as they claimed so he left and was able to repair it on his own after paying these people for really no service at all ! A reimbursement should definitely be made, they now look like scammers because of this. If you have no basic knowledge about cellular repairs you should not be in business at all and I will work on making that happen !

Eric Miller: Needed an HDMI port on an Xbox series x replaced and Jordan was not only super helpful through the whole process but replaced the port without issue. Would not hesitate to use this place again in the future. They get really busy and some patients will go a long way but for the service provided it is worth the wait.
Mrs. Lindow: I had some pretty annoying issues going on with my phone. The uber polite Genius/CPR team worked with me over several weeks and ultimately offered me a very generous resolution to my issues. I have been here many times in the past and have already been more than satisfied with the outcome. I noticed other reviewers citing a repair that wasn’t an ultimate fix for the individual. Trust me, all you need to do is call or drop in during business hours. They WILL do all they can -which I have found to be a lot!- to make it right. And they will do it with a smile. I have been to genius/CPR on many occasions (we are a 6 device family!). We have made purchases and had repairs done. I have consistently been happy. I highly recommend them!
Eric Pomeroy: They are quick and inexpensive. I went in for an battery change because mine was bloating, my phone insurance wanted over 200$ to replace the device but they were able to change out the battery for half the cost. Also, forgot the name of the guy who was at the counter, but he is highly personable and seems to love his job. His interaction with every customer was 100% pure and he does all he can to help every person, definitely an great guy. Would 100% recommend this place to anyone and it will be the first place I go if I have any more issues.
Lacey Cope: This will be my fifth time coming here. This is my to go spot they have never tried to “just sell me a new phone” like I’ve read nor have they ever been rude or anything. MyFiancé sucks at having phones so we go in to repair his phones a lot. They always do it quickly and very well my last time being there was about a year ago I’m excited to go again they really have the best service! I love have fast they are and I love that they try to tell me what else is wrong with it. Like I last time they told me my battery was at 86% I didn’t fix it so now my battery is at 72% going in and getting that fixed! They really are the best!
Michael Day: Can update later once I go in to resolve the problem, but I got my phone screen fixed on an IPhone 12, got tempered glass for it, fast service, and a warranty, all around $350. I am now, after about a couple weeks, getting what I can only describe as a bar of “TV static” at the bottom of my screen. Hoping this is going to be resolved with my warranty on arrival.

The business is a cell phone repair shop that can fix video games is what they say they can do. Hopefully they can. I'll tell about the outcome once they call me and tell me if they were able to or not.The Update:They called me over a week later to tell me they couldn't fix it. I had to call them a couple of times prior to that to find out. I wound up buying a new game system and another one off of ebay so I could still play my older games. I should have done that in the first place instead of going here.

I left the laptop with them , after giving them a deposit of 55 dollars for " diagnostic " . They said it needed a new screen ? For 200 dollars ! I just cut my losses . If you're going to rob the elderly at least wear a mask by the way the battery I ask to replace is 7.99 with tools and free shipping .
