He made it a pretty easy process even while I was very busy with work. Staci Wetter: They had me paying insurance on the wrong vehicle bc she had the VIN wrong after I gave it to her multiple times and I needed renters insurance by June 1st called in on May 6th went through Auto & Renters policy was told everything was good to go I DIDNT NOT KNOW NOR WAS INFORMED to call Progressive to make it into effect so as of June 2nd when I went to find my renter’s policy it wasn’t there so I had to call and ask why and she acted like I was the one wrong! When she knows I’m new to all this stuff. I used to love this place been a customer for over a year now I need a new place and it’s horrible I have to start over somewhere else. It makes me very unsettled! I’m not saying her name bc she was great most of the time but this is messed up and cause me a lot of unnecessary stress and worry!!!

Jason Smith (Patriot in Goggles): I am writing this review because I am currently helping a friend get her money back after she was told false information about the "comparison" quote she was given.She was convinced that she had to pay more for her insurance than was actually necessary.She was told that "State Farm" would charge her over $80 a month. I had talked to an agent from the local State Farm and was quoted $43.98.My friend was flat out lied to over the phone. And convinced that for basic coverage plus roadside assistance would cost her $70.67 a month.It is extremely unprofessional to lie to your customers. If she is refused a refund, I will be looking into taking legal action.

Laura Johnson: I had an accident in November with one of their clients. I have not had any contact with the adjuster since the end of November. I have attempted to reach her many times. I leave voice mails for her. She has no interest in helping me. Then there was an appointment scheduled to have my vehicle repaired without my knowledge. I can't safely drive my van. I would NEVER recommend them to anyone that I know. Tey won't even write me a check for the damages. It's horrible how these people treated me.

They don't respond to any calls back or messages or even emails. They are "always away from his desk" and "can't be reached". They are so happy to take your money when you enroll, but if anything happens, they completely ignore you. AVOID THIS "INSURANCE" PROVIDER AT ALL COSTS. DO NOT EVER CHOOSE CHARLES ALKIRE OR LIBERTY MUTUAL FOR ANY REASON.

Cory Williams: When I got this insurance I asked for same benefits and the same $500 deductibles that I had in my previous policy. Yeah when I called in a claim to get my trunk fixed, I was hit with $1,000 deductible in the winter kind that was supposed to be set up for me was never set up and had to pay a $50 deposit for the car and could only go 90 miles when I told them I have to drive back and forth from South bend to Elkhart each day to take my son to work. So my $50 was gone in 3 days when my car was in the shop for a week. I had to get a ride to the place to pick up the car and then there was no car available. I was stranded at the car shop and then at the car rental company so I had to delay put in my car into the shop until I got a ride to drop it off the next day.
