Robert Egolf: I was very thankful for their service back in October! I had gotten an oil change back home several hours away and they had found bad cracks in my tires. I sort of ignored it but the longer I drove the more it weighed down on my mind that I needed to spend most of my vacation money on new tires. Every bump made me more nervous! They were able to get me in very quickly to put the tires on after I purchased the tires online. The technicians were very kind and did a great job!

Steven Thrash: Had to wait 2 hours to get tires mounted. They started to lose pressure in cold weather and one of them had a protrusion on the side wall and I had to open a claim. I was told that claim was denied by a third party because was not closed on my behalf within a arbitrary window
Gary Mayfield: Ordered a new set of tires for my truck and didn't have them installed as I have the means to do that. Ordered and paid for online, quick easy pick up.
Malcolm Branch: Was the only place in South Bend that carried the "special" tires needed for my Tesla Model Y. The only thing I did not like was that they required full upfront payment over the phone in order to set an appointment which was a bit uncomfortable for me.

Brent Wentzel: I just had an unfriendly experience with Tire Rack. Received a call regarding the dealership I was shipping my tires to. I was asked if I know someone there that I am shipping the tires to and are they expecting this shipment. I brought up that I entered a first and last name of an employee at the dealership in the shipping address section per Tire Rack's software and submitted it. Tire Rack's employee that call me responded, "Yeah well that's not there." My response, "Then you have a software issue, because I entered it and it did not work. I noticed after finalizing my payment the contact name I entered in the shipping address was replaced by my name." TR employee response, was basically that won't work. You can enter more than on contact. I mentioned, your software asks that blank to be filled in. So I gave him the first and last name over the phone at 8:44am this morning. My complaint is the guy could have been friendly, but was not. He did not want my feedback. He just wanted to do his job and get my tires shipped, which I have to respect because his job is not to collect customer feedback. The positive is that I am glad he cared enough and took the time to make sure there was a contact name/attention to name for my shipment. Just be friendly. I have bought from Tire Rack for years. Executive leadership at Tire Rack, please try placing an order like I did and see if you have a better experience. The customer experience can take place everywhere. Even in the trenches where the people are that work for you. Because guess what, if your fill in the form shipping address software had worked, your employee would not have needed to contact me. Building brand image for years can be changed in a short minute.

Marina Bulat: I place an order from TR for two tires. It was delivered on time but unfortunately only one tire from two. I called them back to figure out what is going on because I told the costumer that his car is going to be ready on Friday. They couldn’t get the driver on the phone (since he was driving) . How is it possible not to know the driver’s name or phone number to call and ask him about this situation?! It’s been over the weekend and still no answer. My costumer left without paying any money and also leaving a bad review about us. I’ve been working with them for very long time and never had any issues but this time is something unexplainable.

Adams games and comedy: This place is awesomeI've ordered once before and it was a good experienceThis second experience was by far one of the best experiences I've had with a business. I ordered something that was out..got a call less than 5 min after placing order, and was helped by a real human person, he helped me pick some available wheels with no issue. And the best part they were at my door and on my car in less than 24 hours after purchasing . Was said to be expected the 27th and it's Christmas Eve the 24th. Best company to get tires and wheels from hands down. You forever have my business if it's always conducted this way.
mkalamo: Hours and hours to have tires installed , even with an appointment. So disappointed. Plan on spending 4-5 hours if waiting.
