Stacie Jensen: The community health workers are such an amazing resource! Tracina and Jessica were both SO helpful to me during my high risk pregnancy. They connected me to so many resources and helped me figure out what was going on with my Medicaid case, which was much needed as I and baby are facing several months in the hospital!

Isabelle Schalliol: Got there at 1:30 (appointment) and sat there for 30 minutes waiting to be called back when we (my husband and son) waited to get his 6 month shots. We had the privilege of hearing the nurses share recipes in the room next door. Later, these same nurses were the ones to give my son his shots. They didn’t hold his legs and so he moved while the needle was in his leg and started bleeding a lot. Afterwards they told us not to give him Tylenol?? but I couldn’t hear why bc my son was screaming in pain. He’s currently unable to use his legs (10 months so he walks) and has been crying for hours. Never had this problem when my regular pediatrician gave him shots. Also got a parking ticket 4 minutes before we got back to our car. Maybe if they hadn’t been blabbering away about food, I wouldn’t have gotten it so thanks for ruining my day 👍🏼
Ian DeVore: At PHM, the barriers that were assigned to be placed at the school are more of a distraction then a necessity to protect the students from Covid 19. Pls fix this problem.
Kimberly Shelton: Five stars for Dr. Fox and his assistant. Zero for the immunization clinic. After numerous unanswered calls and voice mails from the immunization clinic, I contacted Dr. Fox's office to make a complaint and was pleasantly surprised when he called me back personally and assisted me with making an appointment.
KRISTI STARR: Excellent. Needed a copy of my birth certificate. Young man that helped me was very courteous. In and out in less than 5 minutes.

Juan Leyva: Sue Burnett, Lynette Wesley, Melissa and Carolyn Smith are reasonable to work with. They need our support even more so during this pandemic. No one is perfect and I am sure improvements are always in need but they do a more than a satisfactory job! I own a small restaurant and Mobile Food Truck so I dealt with them all(including the front desk lady handing out permits) and it has been a positive experience. I appreciate them all!!

Paul Farthing: This organization doesn't know what is going on. It is all but impossible to get a question answered of report a problem. I leave messages with no replies. They tell me on their VM to call 2-1-1 if you are reporting a CV 19 issue. When I call 211 they say they don't have anything to do with reporting of businesses not following CV19 procedures. Is somebody in charge?

Michael Hensley: I waiting over an hour while other people showed up to get vaccinated. They bring me into a room to ask me what vaccinations I wanted when I made it clear through the door why I was there. Then I was given more paperwork to fill out and put to the back of a line of a dozen people. When I showed up there were only 3 in front of me. With vaccinations being given at the rate of about 3 people an hour I just left. The lack of transparency and professionalism is just shocking. I’d rather pay more and get vaccinated in 10 min at a local pharmacy. I wouldn’t suggest going here unless you have all day and are prepared for a back and forth of paperwork.
Mary Cote: I am new to the area and my grandchild needed an immunization. I called this office and was told that it is a walk in clinic open until 4. I asked if I could make an appointment and was told NO. I left work early, picked up my grandson early from daycare and headed to the office. It took me ten minutes to find a parking spot. I entered the office at 3:40. I was told by an extremely rude office person..." We cut off taking patients at 3:30 so we can leave on time at 4. We have alot of people waiting. I am wearing a orthopedic boot and tried to explain way it took me so long to get into the office. This rude office person didn't care and was very unsympathetic. I know there are rules but if I would have been told 3:30 and not 4 I would understand being told NO. This is an unacceptable way to treat people. Is is because I might have been considered "low income"? The women at the desk needs a lesson on how to properly treat people.

Linda Quist: My husband waited for over 40 minutes in the waiting room for the hygienist to take him back while she was informed by my hygienist that he was there and she was not with another patient, then she forced him to take 3 unecessary x-rays on 8 teeth. Our insurance would have covered the proper x-rays. They do not cover unecessary ones,which left us with a bill. Also the front desk would not open their blinds or the window to check in patients but will interrupt a cleaning to get insurance cards and tell you that you did not check in. Trying to scam insurances and then the patient,very unprofessional. My hygienist was great,no complaint. They also lied in my husbands chart and said he wanted a new partial,so they needed the xrays,he told them his was fine. They have also canceled appointments for our son while he was on route there.

Jackie M: AWFUL experience. Made an appointment here just for a cleaning and got it scheduled out MONTHS out about 6 out, which is fine I am a new patient. I accepted that. April comes around for my appointment, i call off work because of my appointment. I walk in and tell them that i’m there for a cleaning. Lady at the front desk says “we called to tell you the dentist wasn’t in today” (something along those lines) and i said “weird bc i have no missed calls” she then checks to tell me the number they called and she says “oh we don’t have a number on file for you”. then told me she could schedule me about 6 months out ALL OVER AGAIN and NOTHING she could do. Shouldn’t they have asked me before to put my number on file?? how do they not have it?? how is there no way i could be scheduled in a little sooner, come on now. A YEAR for an appointment when the cancellation wasn’t even on me NOR was i aware at all. Very dissatisfied and quite honestly felt very unprofessional, never experienced something like that from a place like this. Do not recommend!!! My mom was also referred here after a root canal and they didn’t even properly grind down the crown and at this point we didn’t even bother to return, we went and got it fixed elsewhere!!

Tracey Maleski: Very friendly. Just had to have a tooth filed down from being chipped. In and out in 10 minutes. Took longer to do the paper work. I would love to have a cleaning but they said they are short staff
Stacey Wilder: Grateful for the county dental care. They do a great job and very kind. They make it affordable fir those who don't have dental insurance. The hygienists and Dr. Sam are very professional. The only criticism is the mask requirement. The CDC has dropped the requirement even for medical facilities as of last week in September 2022. Time to get back to normal. We have learned to handle and deal with covid. If you want to wear the mask wear it, but don't make others follow your personal choices. Again I am grateful for the county help department providing dental care in Dowagiac.
