Em Horvath: Found this place searching for a lunch spot as we were stopping from out of town to see a show. My mom and I have been vegetarian for years, and we both loved being able to consider an entire menu rather than picking through for the stuff without meat (although it made it harder for us to choose!). An amazing assortment of meals with so many veggies and lots of non-meat protein. I got the sautéed tofu and veggies and loved it, huge portions and came out quick. A great little hole in the wall place. I feel like my food was a little on the unsalted side, and they only serve brown rice but those are the only things I would keep in mind about coming here, and are certainly not an issue. Definitely check this place if you are vegetarian/vegan, and try it even if you’re not!
Chloe Barker: so happy to have an all vegan restaurant in town! I would like to try more on the menu, there are so many options! The miso soup was not my fav, but the pumpkin soup and general tso’s were amazing!
Terence McKenna: Can't say enough.. if you are vegan or even if you are not, you will find this restaurant as a holy place.Dietary restrictions: Everything is vegan!
Les Dabney: Kimchi, vegetable moo shoo, mushroomsAbsolutely delicious.
Kayla Kranc: I never dined in before. suggestion, for noodles, please use containers with holes in them. when i received pad thai and japchae, they were all stuck together from heat. looks over cooked. korean food, bibimbop and japchae does not taste like korean food at all.
Paul Schermerhorn: Food: 4/5|Service: 3/5|Atmosphere: 3/5More
Roger Lisenko II: We just had our first meal and it was excellent. The lady here is very friendly and the food comes out quick. The kimchi Udon was awesome. We would definitely come back. Great alternative to super fattening make you feel miserable traditional Chinese food.Recommended dishes Kimchi Udon Noodles …More
Lake Kubilius: Delicious vegan Asian food. A huge selection of options, featuring a large variety of realistic fake meat options. Well worth trying for anyone who likes vegan food!Vegetarian options: 100% vegan menuDietary restrictions: 100% vegan menu
Marcie Shields: One star is generous! I spent $48 on my first (and only!) take-out order from Pinellia and, after a few bites, ended up throwing everything--except for the spring rolls and vegetable dumplings--in the trash. Disgusting! The Moo Shu Vegetable was watery, soggy and filled with disintegrating, overcooked cabbage. The sesame noodles had no flavor. We tried adding soy sauce, sriracha, sesame oil, but nothing helped. While waiting for our order, I took a glance around. The place looked like a cyclone had hit it and it was not clean.
Amber Mustard: Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5More
Britney Slaven: AMAZING restaurant!! Food and service were fantastic! Definitely coming back if I’m ever around south bend again. The world needs more of places like this!!!
Caitlynb: This place is PHENOMENAL! The food is amazing, the service is wonderful, and they are willing to work around allergies as well. Walked in without much of an expectation and was completely blown away by how excellent everything was. Try this place! You won't be disappointed
Michael Babienco: Just finished a meal here. Phenomenal vegan food. The menu had many good looking suggestions. I had the veggies and soy protein in garlic sauce with miso soup on the side. Fantastic taste. Also wonderful service who was very kind to make sure my wife with allergies was taken care of. Thank you!!

Main Login: This is the best Pho I have ever had!!! The second time I had it was yesterday and it was amazing!! I’ve also had the pad Thai and it was great also!! My son had chicken strip’s and they were crispy and good!! Please note, they close at 6:30 and it’s better to call ahead- they start cleaning up early! They were out of crab Rangoon yesterday about 5:30.
Sean Turner: There actual restaurant is INSIDE the gas station. You won't be able to tell where it is from the outside. My wife and I got the Curry Chicken Noodles and the Chicken Pad Thai. I asked for extra spicy curry, and they gave it to me. It was spicy enough to feel my teeth burn...lol. The flavor was great and the heat was spot on. My wife's Pad Thai was excellent. The noodles were nice and chewy, and the sauce was tasty and tangy. If I have any less than positive comments, it would be that the Pad Thai could have used more sauce. Other than that, I would definitely recommend. We'll be going back again.
BurritoXL: Wow!! Don’t let the location fool you. Some of the best pad thai I have had in town. Very simple version of the dish but packs a flavor punch. Ingredients were fresh and great home cooking vibe. I ordered the shrimp and beef pad thai, and was not disappointed. Will definitely be back to try their other dishes.Dine in: Yes Outdoor seating: No Takeout: Yes …More
mann jaye: Great peeps!! Respectful. Love their Chicken Curry!!!! It is sooo good. $9.99 for a large. Only gripe, wish they would fill the large box a little more for the money. But it really is very good. These are the kind of people you root for and try to support!!
Karen Weller: I have never been let down on anything I get! I have tried everything on the menu..I love the pho soup when I'm sick it does its magic and makes me better. This is a family owned business. I go here so much I have adopted them all. I call to see what mom is cooking. This is more home cooked food
Tron Effect: Food is great and those Eggrolls are the bomb!! It may look like it's part of the gas station but it isn't. What I understand its like a really small plaza... lol
L Chance Correll: Oh baby. Great people, awesome food, to the max. We're going for pho this weekend, got to try it. Momma is so kind and happy, son is aloof yet gracious. The food is it out of this world, promise. It looks like a gas station. Because it is. They are real folk. And worthy of business. Please help keep them alive, and... Enjoy!
Shelly: Honestly I was very Leary of getting Thai food from a gas station but was open minded , and am I glad for that the food is excellent , fresh prepared ,quality ingredients I loves every bite it's a little out the way , off mayflower rd going to walkertonBUT so So So goodI had the flat noodle w chicken ,and fried rice crab Rangoon, im going tonight again . Noodles and Company: what do users think?
Jeremy Gesicki: Always a great place to stop for lunch.Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5 …More
skyla crafp: I was so excited to try this place but ended up so disappointed. There was dust and dirt everywhere. A woman came out from the back and started “sweeping” (pushing dirt around, she didn’t even have a dustpan). Definitely DONT come with children because I heard f-bombs dropped at least 4 times. They were blasting rap music when we walked in and the girl up front was on her phone 90% of the time I saw her.
Jake Renfree: This noodles is terrible. Takes forever to get food. Waited for 25 minutes after ordering food. Then opened it up and the portion was tiny compared to other noodles locations I’ve been to. The previous time I walked in and waited 5 minutes with no one acknowledging me so I walked out to get dinner somewhere else. Not going back.
Shawn Jackson: Lady that I asked for a drink carrier was extremely rude.Service: 1/5 …More
Brian Westfall: Great pregame meal. Food was fast and tastyFood: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5 …More
Errol Pal: Closing an hour before they are supposed to messing with my money. Had a huge ubereats delivery from there and they shut the lights off as I walked up to the door. This location is useless, act like yall been somewhere before unreal.
Grzenia Mannion: In September of this year I filled out the survey to express my disappointment in the portion size of my noodles because it had happened a few times before. I got a nice email from the general manager, Alissa Bennett, apologizing & offering a gift card to return. Never received said gift card & no response when I asked for an update a month later. Today I decided to give it a shot...I was about to order online and thought it would be better to order in person. I walked in and saw several people waiting and got in line. Three employees looked very busy making food and that was good to see. But in that time no one ever acknowledged my presence or came to take my order. I saw a co-worker waiting for his meal that he placed online. After I watched an employee take a dish out to a waiting customer at a table and the customer tried to tell the employee that it was still wrong and was ignored...I decided I made the right decision to not order online. Right as I decided to leave, I went up to my co-worker and told him good luck and told him how I've had such bad service lately. He informed me that his order was 20 minutes overdue. Then someone else chimed in that their order had been wrong twice. NEVER GO TO THIS LOCATION! The staff do not care (although they are never rude) and management does not care or follow through. I walked straight to Five Guys for my lunch. I'm going to write a review for Five Guys because they've never disappointed me...expensive but never got my order wrong or took too long.
Jason Swift: I wish I could give this restaurant less stars, because they don't even deserve one. Only go here if you have an hour or more to kill, because that's how long they'll make you wait. I put in an order that said it would be ready at 12:36pm. I arrived around that time, and my order was not ready. While waiting, they served 2-3 people at the order counter. Those folks received their food before I got mine. I had to ask the wait staff 3 times before I received my food. Each time I asked, the server acted like I had never made the request before. She was more interested in chatting with a friend who was in the store visiting. To make matters worse, they marked the order as "ready" 20 minutes before I got my food. Then, once I finally received my food nearly 30 minutes after promised, it was WRONG. They added toppings to my salad that I requested not be on it. They gave me the wrong dressing. Charged me for extra dressing when there was none. Hardly gave any protein, and the flatbread side was crunchy. While I was waiting, another woman in the store expressed her frustration as well, after the waiting staff gave her the wrong order TWICE.The customer service here is abysmal. This is not the first time either where the wait was this long. In fact, it's this long of a wait more times then not. Would not recommend this restaurant to anyone, because it's certainly the worst on Eddy Street.
H. K.: Our family has gone to Noodles and Company for years over in Mishawaka but lately it seems like they're always closed. So we tried the South Bend location for the first time today and it'll absolutely be the last. My son cannot eat dairy so we got the same order we get every time we went to the other location; macaroni noodles with no cheese and some veggies and protein. (We've gotten this order with zero issues for years in Mishawaka.) They brought it out with cheese on it so the employee took it back so they could remake it. About 5 minutes later, I heard someone say "No! You weren't supposed to put cheese on it!" So they made it again and another several minutes later I heard someone else say "wait, this isn't supposed to have cheese on it?" (Mind you the kitchen is 10 feet from where we were sitting so we could hear everything they said.) And if you're keeping count, that's 3 times they've made a simple dish incorrectly. So after several minutes waiting again, everyone else at the table was done eating but my 3 year old son still hadn't received his food. So I waited in line to speak with an employee about getting the order to go since everyone was done. She went back into the kitchen and it was apparent that they still hadn't fixed the order. In fact, several people came into the restaurant and got their orders in the time we were waiting for them to make a dish without cheese. While waiting again, I heard the chef ask confusedly, "so they just want it with noodles, tofu and broccoli??" Like was it THAT difficult?? Either way, I'm definitely not going back if a simple request like no cheese takes several tries and the staff is not even caring enough to get it out in a timely manner. Especially since we spent over $50 on just two adults and two kids.
Benjamin Pykare: Took 20 minutes to get 1 of our 2 meals that we ordered. Showed them our half empty bag and now waiting another 10 minutes to get what we paid for. Avoid unless you want to get ripped off
Margarita Kawakami: Vegetarian options: Tofu is very dry and hard. Customer service was very good.Kid-friendliness: Kids food was great.
Dominique Watson: I was so excited to get some noodles. There was no line but a small wait for the food because it was cooked fresh. I finally got my food. I made it all the way home on the other side of town only to find that my Lo Mein Orange Chicken had ABSOLUTELY NO CHICKEN in it! The lady even threw in free cookies for the wait but i feel like it was a setup because she knew my food was not correct. I am very unhappy and will not be back. The other location in mishawaka was better and they filled up my bowl.
Jack O'Leary: Always a nightmare. Food routinely 25-45 minutes late and never less than 10 minutes late no matter how simple the order or how far in advance it is placed.
Beth Dinwiddie: This place has five star potential and should be buzzing with customers. I have tested this place out several times over the last couple of months and order from here at least twice a week. The food is usually super tasty which makes the rest of the experience pretty disappointing. There was only one issue with food that I will touch on later. All but two of the times I have gotten food here, there is a crazy wait just to order and not because there is a line. It seems to be the practice that whatever orders are in, those orders have to be completed before more orders are taken. This is rather silly because if they take your order and your money, you've gotta hang around. When they don't take an order for minutes, respond to customers, or greet customers, it makes it super easy for people to walk out and go to another place. Once the order is taken, my food is usually out in 11-12 minutes if it's not busy.Weekends are decidedly worse. Sometimes there's a faster response for an order, but you will often get an unexpected one as a customer. One weekend my husband went to pick up an order before closing and was told (along with other customers) they weren't taking orders because they sent their cashier home early. Someone did eventually come out from behind the prep area and take customer orders. Customers are frequently told that machines are down and they're not taking orders unless you ordered online. I have heard a dasher be told that they never made the food because "dashers don't normally show up." The dasher said he always shows up to get his orders and at that point they began making the order. Another night we were told that they are not taking orders because the cook was let go an hour before closing. On these occasions, it can take 30 minutes or longer to get your food even with an online order. The longest wait we had was just under an hour with an online order (due to staff being sent home). Today I was told they weren't taking orders while working on a catering order unless it was an online or Door Dash order. The manager said it would be 15 minutes before I could order in person. The only food issue was when they were adding salad chicken to the food rather than the baked chicken I had ordered. When it was brought to the managers attention, he quickly corrected it and said that shouldn't be happening. It has not happened since. While it is discouraging the number of times I have been told they are not taking orders, the food really does taste great. The fresh ingredients taste fresher than the Mishawaka location.Dietary restrictions: I have lots of dietary restrictions due to certain foods making incredibly sick for days. The main ones I have problems with are dairy and gluten. The Pad Thai is my go-to for a safe option with no alterations (baked chicken is a great addition). Most of the cooks (yes, the cook, not the person at the register) at this location already know that there are no changes to the recipe and to keep utensils separate or use a clean pair. Despite how difficult it is to order food, I have never gotten sick from cross contamination or anything else. That's a big deal to someone with limited options and takes a chance every time they order out.
Sean Healey: NOODLES get them here. Short ones long ones, thin ones and thick ones. All sorts of noodles. Ramen, Spaghetti your choice NOODLES
Olaoluwa Balogun: Sweeeeet
Harley Beaver: First time ever going to noodles and co. Food was good. However, the manager who took my order was probably the most condescending person I've had take my order at any establishment.. ever. Not impressed I feel bad for the two employees working with him because he had an attitude and was not talking nicely to them at all. Probably won't be going back.
Ashanti Tobar: Very rude service over the phone .
Danielle Wales: Noodles and company is usually a go-to for lunch for me but this location was horrible. I was the only one in the restaurant and waited a full five minutes for my order to be taken. When I did get the chance to order, I had to correct the cashier twice. I waited 15 minutes for my food to come out (again I was the only customer when I arrived) and my food was ice cold once I received it. I am very disappointed and will not be returning.
Kate Hawkins: Seriously? This is the pad thai you packed in my to go order? Did you dig it out the trash? This particular location should be closed!
Clay Goldman: I like the Noodles & Company brand. It’s a simple product with a lot of tasty options, so it is not very hard to make it a pleasant experience. With that being said, this location can be very slow. It’s poorly equipped for high volume times due to size and arrangement of the facility.
